This paper introduces a novel encryption algorithm aimed at bolstering security in visual data communication. The proposed technique innovatively amalgamates multiple images into a single augmented plain image, followed by a jigsaw transform to escalate data complexity. This unique consolidation approach offers enhanced security by introducing inter-dependencies among the image data, making unauthorized decryption substantially more challenging. Additionally, encrypting multiple images at once increases computational efficiency, reducing the overall encryption time compared to sequential single-image encryption. A subsequent encryption layer applies Moore’s automaton, dictating whether a logical XOR or XNOR operation is conducted on the data bits, adding a sophisticated level of cryptographic security. Experimental results affirm the algorithm’s robustness and efficiency, marking it as a promising strategy for secure visual data transmission.
