Optimization Management of Supply Chain Based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

In order to reduce the storage cost of building materials dealers, the cost of delayed construction due to the shortage of construction units, the loss of customers due to the delay of construction period, etc., the building materials supply chain optimization management method based on adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed. On the premise of analyzing the cost components of building materials supply chain, a collaborative optimization model of inventory and distribution based on virtual inventory reasoning was established, which was based on the minimum cost of the whole supply chain system, and solved by genetic algorithm. Finally, according to the analysis of the example, Matlab software is used for programming simulation. The experimental results show that the cost of building materials supply chain can be reduced by 12% by comparing the total cost of allocation scheme with the total cost of ordering scheme which is 5836138 yuan and 6662137 yuan. This method verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the cooperative optimization model and algorithm, and obtains the minimum cost of supply chain and its corresponding allocation scheme.
