Work in Progress: Culturally Relevant Pedagogy in Engineering: Understanding Faculty Perceptions

摘要
This work in progress explains the importance of implementing culturally relevant pedagogical approaches in engineering education and describes our methodological approach to better understand instructors’ perceptions of the value of such pedagogical practices in engineering. We present a rationale on why CRP is important and lay out our future plan to collect and analyze data in this ongoing larger project.
