摘要
During the period between November 2009 and February 2010, two scientific expeditions were conducted in the Bernardo O'Higgins National Park (PNBO). During these fieldworks, a total of 1271 specimens were collected and deposited in the Herbarium of the University of Concepción (CONC). To compile the catalog, specimens collected in 10 additional locations by previous researchers were added to these botanical collections. The catalog comprises 261 species belonging to 70 families. Among these species, 203 are native, and 23 are introduced. The species in the catalog are classified into the divisions Pteridophyta (32), Pinophyta (3), and Magnoliophyta (226); within this last division, the classes Liliopsida (74) and Magnoliopsida (152) are represented. This first floristic catalog of PNBO is of great importance due to the park's vast territorial expanse and geographical location. It contributes to the fundamental understanding of the biodiversity of this challenging-to-access southern territory and the country as a whole.
