摘要
This paper shows an in-vitro real-time viral identification platform using IR fingerprint absorption enhanced by a plasmonic hook nanoantenna array (HNA). With the validation of a maximum of 13.5 times signal improvement by HNA, the proof-of-concept demonstration is done by fast and accurate recognition of trace amount (128 ng) of 4 different coronavirus variants from spike proteins assisted by deep learning on the HNA spectra.
