In the daily work of the substation, electrical misoperation events often occur, so the installation of anti-misoperation equipment is an important technical link to ensure the safe production of electric power vigorously implemented by the current power sector. The current anti-error locking system is digital through the microcomputer anti-error locking system, but there are still defects such as empty operation and not real-time alignment. Based on this, this paper designs the intelligent error prevention system of substation based on the micro-power wireless network of the Internet of Things. By using the ZigBee wireless network technology to form the control network to build the substation error prevention system. Through the application characteristics of ZigBee wireless technology, the disadvantages of the traditional error prevention system and high cost can be overcome. The application test results of the system show that the frame loss rate of the anti-error system is low, less than 1%, and the use of repeater makes up for the distance limit of ZigBee wireless technology, and excellent accuracy is achieved under the interference of different weather factors, and there is no delay in the response time. Therefore, it can be concluded that the intelligent error prevention system designed in this paper has strong real-time performance, and low cost, less wiring, and has a certain feasibility.
