摘要
In this article, a radial electromagnetic force (REF) suppression methodology is proposed to reduce the vibration of in-wheel permanent magnet (IW-PM) motors. The key to this method is to research and design the REF harmonics from the perspective of winding magnetomotive force (MMF). Firstly, an IW-VPM motor with the star-delta hybrid winding (SDHW) structure is proposed as the research object, and its REF harmonic suppression principle is researched by comparing it with the traditional star winding structure. In addition, the air-gap harmonic evaluation factor is defined, which is mainly to evaluate the effect of air-gap harmonics on the REF under different armature winding structures. Then the leading evaluation factor is selected as one of the optimization targets, for further improvement of the motor vibration. Finally, the electromagnetic performances of the motor are evaluated, such as output torque and electromagnetic force, and the final electromagnetic vibration suppression results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
