Brown algae as prospective polysaccharide source that increase poultry body resistance

In the course of the research, the content of fucoidan polysaccharide and alginates was determined in samples of brown algae collected on the White Sea coast. Brown algae of the genera Fucus and Ascophyllum can be the basis for the creation of prebiotic feed additives to normalize the microbiome in chickens and to increase the resistance of poultry.
