An Effective Composite Jamming Method for Synthetic Aperture Radar in Practical Electronic Countermeasures
2024 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing Workshops (ICASSPW)(2024)
Abstract
The interference technology of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is become a hot issue in the contemporary electronic countermeasures. However, the existing kinds of single interferences possess some defects. In this paper, a composite interferences method is proposed to overcome the defects of single jamming for SAR in practical electronic countermeasures. The corner reflector jamming, interrupted sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) and false target jamming (FTJ) are utilized to disrupt SAR for the composite interferences method. Then, the characteristics of the corner reflector jamming, ISRJ and FTJ are utilized to rectify weaknesses possessed by each interference, which produces more excellent interference effect and realizes effective protection of high-value targets. Simulations and raw data experiments are implemented and analyzed to validate the superior interference performance of the proposed method.
