Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing prevention strategies in patients with acute ischemic stroke who have undergone thrombectomy, and to evaluate their clinical value. Methods:A total of 54 patients who underwent thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke and were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group(standard interventional nursing,n=27)and an observation group(comprehensive interventional nursing,n=27)using a random number table. The incidence of complications, neurological function, limb motor function, and quality of life were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The neurological function assessment scores in the observation group after intervention were lower, while the motor function assessment scores of the upper and lower limbs were higher(P<0.05). In terms of quality of life, the observation group outperformed the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute ischemic stroke who have undergone thrombectomy, implementing comprehensive nursing prevention strategies can help prevent complications such as pulmonary infection and deep vein thrombosis, improve neurological function and limb motor function, and enhance quality of life.
The patient is a 28-year-old male. His glans, coronal sulcus, prepuce coronal, warty hyperplasia have been with the keratosis for more than 3 months.Dermatological conditions: annular pink corn-like and warty hyperplasia could be seen around the glans, coronal sulcus and prepuce incision wound. The brown-yellow burr keratosis could be seen on the surface.A few scattered yellow keratosis papules could be seen in the ventral side of the glans and prepuce.Histopathological diagnosis: condyloma acuminatum accompanied by mild dysplasia of squamous epithelium. The patients were cured by surgery combined with the photodynamic therapy. No recurrence was observed for 2 years.
