Menninger Welcomes New CNO I am delighted to welcome Avni Cirpili, RN, DNP, as our new Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Avni has nearly 30 years of nursing practice and leadership experience, most recently as CNO at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, where he led numerous quality improvement initiatives as well as implementation of an electronic health record. In addition, please join me in appreciating Nancy Palyo, MSN, RN, who for the past year has served tirelessly and superbly as Interim CNO. I am delighted Nancy will remain with us and resume her role as AVP of Patient Care Services.
