The purpose of this study was to determine the level of awareness acceptance towards the Department of Health's (DOH) policies, programs, and projects for Post-Hansenites in Sulu. A descriptive exploratory research design was employed. Two hundred (200) Tau'sug respondents were drawn in the Province of Sulu using systematic purposive random sampling. The result showed that respondents were moderately aware of the government policies, programs, and projects on health service for Leprosy in Sulu; likewise, they had a moderate level of acceptance for government health policies, programs, and projects. The result revealed no significant relationship between the level of awareness and acceptance when respondents were categorized by age, gender, civil status, income, and educational attainment. It was observed that the most significant predictor among the demographic characteristics was income. It is recommended that the Department of Health should have a massive information drive and educational campaign on government policies, programs, and projects on health services for Leprosy in Sulu. The DOH should integrate a social program in their treatment scheme to integrate the Post-Hansenites into mainstream society. Both physical and social treatment of leprosy should be a dual function of the DOH in health services, thus treating the whole person and not just the disease itself.

This paper aims to investigate the effect on the trade volume of Thailand's exports to China by the China-Laos railway after its completion. This study will help Thai exporters and China importers with valuable information about the China-Laos railway. First, the authors study Thailand's export industries and export destinations in China from the literature review. Then, the authors' research information the China-Laos railway development and volume of the freight from Thailand to China through in-depth interviews and secondary data. The authors calculate the value of the export trade per freight volume for projecting the trade volume when the additional transport capacity is available by the China-Laos railway. Linear regression is used to calculate the trade per volume and confirm the fitness for the use of the trade per volume value. The trade per volume is used for estimating the amount of trade that can utilize the capacity the China-Laos railway connection will provide. Finally, the author calculates the amount of trade that the China-Laos railway can bring in the early, middle and late term, and predicts the proportion of Thailand's export trade to China that the China-Laos railway can share. This proves the effect of China-Laos railway on Thailand's export trade to China. In addition, the paper also discusses the advantage that the China-Laos railway will bring to Thai exporters in terms of the cost -effectiveness and added freight capacity.

Technological advancements and the widespread use of digital technologies are reshaping retail businesses and the shopping experience. Augmented reality (AR) is digital technology used to create a new retail concept in which a shop’s physical and digital components coexist. This study investigated a customer engagement model in the context of online retail business that utilizes AR-based applications. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 400 customers who have used AR in online shopping. Descriptive data were analyzed using frequency and percentage distributions. Partial least squares regression was also used to analyze structural equation models. The findings indicated that digital service experience impacted customer engagement through hedonic and utilitarian values due to perceived ease of use, social influence, and personal innovativeness, all of which were causative variables. Additionally, the findings showed that perceived risk did not affect the hedonic and utilitarian values, and personal inventiveness did not affect utilitarian value. This research demonstrates the critical importance of understanding the variables influencing customer engagement with online retailers using AR-based applications. The research suggests the use of AR-based applications to online retail entrepreneurs to increase customer engagement.
The village financial system application (siskeudes) is new to the financial management of village governments in Indonesia, and it is rapidly expanding. The purpose of this study was to explore empirically siskeudes acceptance based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with behavioural intention as the mediating variable and experience as the moderating variable. The research surveyed 137 village heads, village treasurer, village secretary, and siskeudes admin. The sampling technique is cluster sampling based on the results of district performance in 2019. We used structural equation modelling and the WarpPLS approach to test the research hypotheses. The results show that performance expectancy and perceived ease to use are the strongest influences of behavioural intention. The facility condition has a low significant effect on behavioural intention. Behavioural intention and perceived value have a powerful impact on the actual use of siskeudes. The presence of experience strengthens the relationship between behavioural intention and usage behaviour as a moderating variable; however, experience has no impact on the relationship between performance expectancy, perceived ease to use, facility condition, and behavioural intention. In this finding, the government should increase the users’ intention to use siskeudes, which ultimately continues with the actual use of siskeudes.

The Non-Performance Financing Ratio (NPF) is a ratio that is a very serious concern for banks because if this ratio is allowed to continue to increase, it will have an impact on decreasing profits, which, in turn, will reduce the Bank's financial performance. This study uses the ratio of Financing To Deposit Ratio, BOPO, and Quality of Implementation of GCG (Good Coverage Governance) to see its effect on NPF (Non-Performing Financing) with inflation as a Moderating variable in Islamic Commercial Banks Registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2014 – 2019. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, which is processed using Eviews 9. The results show that: The implementation of GCG is carried out to comply with the applicable rules regarding sharia bank governance and serves as a reference for shareholders in determining investment decisions. Good GCG implementation has not been able to suppress the non-performing financing that occurs because the increase in NPF is caused by other factors that influence it. The higher the liquidity of third-party funds for financing, moderated by inflation, the higher the funding non-performing that occurs in Islamic commercial banks. Any increase in the BOPO, moderated by inflation, does not affect the condition of Non-Performing Financing. The higher the GCG self-assessment results, moderated by inflation, will lead to higher non-performing financing in Islamic commercial banks.

Background: Faculty Research is the most important criteria for the ranking of any university conducted by the world’s universities ranking systems. Universities across the globe are taking many initiatives to promote the research culture among their academic staff. Research Problem: Saudi universities have low research productivity due to their limited publication output. Al-Khalifa (2014) investigated the bibliometric studies of Saudi researchers. He discussed the low number of publications by Saudi universities and low impact factors. He stated that the production of scientific research, high quality research published in referred international academic journals and indexed in international research databases is considered poor compared to most countries in the Middle East. Saudi universities rank the lowest among other developing countries in terms of their number of publications. Further, the roles of academics in institutions of higher education are becoming more complex because academics have more responsibilities in teaching, research, and service than ever before (Krause, 2019). Research Purpose: The purpose of present study was to identify the significant association between the individual and institutional factors and the faculty research productivity in Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh. Material and Methods: This study was designed as a longitudinal trend study. The period of study was set from 2010-2020. The population of study included the faculty of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh. Descriptive statistics i.e. frequencies and percentages have been used to analyze the faculty demographics. Independent sample t-test was used to interpret the data. Recommendations were included at the end of the research. Research Significance: This study is helpful in identifying the significant factors affecting the faculty research productivity at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh. The findings will help the scientific research department and the research centres to build an appropriate research policy and a strategic research development program to support the research productivity of academic staff.

The automated generation of coherent text is an area of natural language processing (NLP) that has received a lot of attention in recent years. Several state-of-the-art language models have been developed capable of automatically generating text structures of a quality close to that of human-generated text. Indeed, many potential use cases are seemingly benign (i.e. automated summarizing of long texts, generation of sporting event recaps, generation of text for entertainment purposes, etc.), while other applications such as propaganda generation and fake news have been identified as real risks associated with this technology. In this paper, we demonstrate a new architecture dedicated to the generation of the text essentially based on the basic architecture of neural network of the transformer type and we compare the results of our model with the basic model GPT-2 in English and GPT-2 in Arabic, to show that generating the automatic text of tweets from our AraTrans model gives better results compared to a powerful GPT-2 model or a GPT-2 model pre-trained on Arabic text.
