Emotion detection in image processing is a burgeoning field with applications in facial recognition and human-computer interaction. This provides a brief insight into the significance and methods of emotion detection from images. Techniques such as deep learning and facial landmark analysis are employed, offering promising avenues for improved technology-human interaction. Challenges include handling diverse expressions and ensuring ethical data use. Efficient Net-BiGRU, a novel neuronal system construction, leverages Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units (BiGRU) to competently excerpt rich structures from input data. This design enhances feature representation in a computationally efficient manner, making it adaptable for diverse applications. The highlights integration of EfficientNet and BiGRU for effective feature extraction. The Hunger Games Search Optimization (HGSO) algorithm, in conjunction with Attention Gated Recurrent Unit (AttGRU) model, presents an innovative approach for emotional prediction. This mixture model combines the powerful search capabilities of HGSO with the attention mechanism in AttGRU to accurately capture and interpret emotional cues in data. The abstract underscores the synergy between optimization and deep learning for emotion prediction tasks, offering promising results in various applications. This tool provides a user-friendly and efficient means of analysing and processing the employee dataset, facilitating research and experimentation in the field of employee engagement tracking.
To promote social cohesiveness, economic growth, and environmental sustainability, transportation is essential. Including sustainability principles in transportation investment decisions is becoming more and more important as worries about climate change and environmental degradation grow. The purpose of this empirical study is to evaluate the degree to which transport business owners in Tamil Nadu, India's west districts integrate sustainability aspectsinto their decision-making processes. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys. To learn more about the awareness, attitudes, and practices of transport business owners regarding integrating sustainability into investment decisions, a sample of these owners is questioned. In-depth discussions are also carried out to learn more about the elements affecting their decision-making procedures and the difficulties they encounter when incorporating sustainability issues. Although transport business proprietors are becoming more conscious of sustainability challenges, primary study specifies that there is still little practical incorporation of sustainability concepts into investment choices. Key obstacles to sustainability integration include things like insufficient funds, a lack of incentives from the government, and a lack of knowledge about sustainable practices. However, there are also instances of creative strategies and best practices used by some companies, telling that the transportation industry may be able to integrate sustainability more fully. Policymakers, business participants, and researchers working to advance sustainable transportation systems should take note of the study's conclusions. By determining the obstacles and possibilities for incorporating sustainability into transportation investment choices, this study aids in the creation of plans and regulations meant to encourage the area to adopt more ecologically friendly transportation methods.
With the spread of COVID-19, many countries have issued different policies and regulations on wearing masks to prevent the pandemic spread While wearing surgical masks is a major way to prevent COVID-19 in Asian countries, it is controversial in the western world French nations were sceptical on wearing masks as it is associated with religion freedom suppression, gender inequality or even the infamous “the veil in school†(le voile A l’A©cole) incident As the COVID-19 problem escalated, wearing masks proved to be effective in reducing the spread of virus and many French-speaking nations had to wear masks according to regulations and policies This raised the questions, ‘What is the French nations’ viewpoint?’ and ‘Does formal or informal institution prevail in wearing masks during COVID-19?’ Through data mining from Twitter, this study attempted to investigate how wearing mask (‘port du masque’) policies and regulations were perceived by French-speaking countries during COVID-19 In total, 1288 French Tweets were collected and analysed While it may be expected that French Tweets regarding wearing masks is primarily linked to health and culture, French Tweets on wearing masks were mainly linked to laws and policies

Due to COVID-19, more people are participating in outdoor activities like hiking This study investigated the relationship between weather and hiking accidents at Bukhansan Mountain National Park, a Guinness World Record holder for the most visited national park per unit area Data analyzed included the number of hikers, accident type, and weather information Data were collected from the last three years The results showed the highest number of people took up hiking in 2020 (3,394,413) Accidents were classified into six types: fall, personal disease, distress, attempted suicide, loss of footing (carelessness), and natural disasters Lost footing caused the largest number of accidents (N=274 cases) For weather-related factors, accidents were more common when the temperature was between 16–28 ?, a humidity of 60–65%, and winds of 6–8 km/h, which are actually considered the ideal conditions for hiking Therefore, public campaigns or educational information should communicate that ideal weather conditions are actually the most dangerous and risky for hiking accidents Additionally, the management team and government should inform hikers through signs, course guides, and electronic displays installed in the park Moreover, hikers should be cautious when hiking and be more aware of their surroundings and environment
Background: In a context where the “soft power” of cultural resources is integral to national development, the participation rate of Korean people in cultural and artistic activities is lower than that of other leisure activities, such as sports or recreational hobbies The perceived value of these activities can help to explain the behavior of those participating in artistic and cultural leisure activities Methods: This study examines the effects of perceived value by a step-by-step input to identify the determinants of the leisure benefits experienced by participants in cultural and artistic leisure activities An online questionnaire was administered to 487 participants in South Korea between the ages of 19 and 65 with experience of cultural and artistic leisure activities These data were analyzed with hierarchical regression analysis following a classification of perceived value into three dimensions and seven subfactors: the functional dimension (physical value, price value, commodity value, and professional value);emotional dimension (guide value and emotional value);and social dimension (social value) Results: In terms of the relative impact of variables that determine and improve the leisure benefit levels of cultural and artistic leisure participants, social value had the greatest impact, followed in descending order by emotional value, commodity value, and education level Marital status also a positive effect on the leisure benefits experienced by participants in culture and the arts Highly educated married people were found to affect the functional dimension of culture and arts, and the higher the price value and commodity value, the greater the emotional dimension In addition, with higher levels of education attained, the functional dimension, emotional dimension, and social dimension increased stage by stage Conclusion: Understanding the practical value of culture and the arts as leisure activities from the consumer perspective may enable a proactive response to technological development as well as to contact-free societies maintaining social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic
