The Arduino UNO microcontroller based smart portable soil testing system is developed to determine the values like pH content and moisture level. This can be done using the sensor respectively to check the values. The GSM Module which uses the mobile communication to communicate the value to the given mobile. The communication method used here to retrieve the values whenever it is necessary and after getting the values it would be displayed in LCD. Then when the button is pressed, the GSM starts to work, search for the signal and after responding to the signal the values are sent to the registered mobile. This method would be easier to check the value of soil so that it will be viewed whenever the values are needed. It describes that the values are available at our doorstep because it is smart portable monitoring system. This project helps us to create a new idea to do further additional functions that can be done.

DC-DC Converters are used for storage of energy from renewable energy resources. These converters uses zero voltage switching concept to reduce the losses. In order to increase the operating range of the converter duty ratio is varied using effective control technique. By changing the duty ratio with transformer in the output, zero switching losses can be obtained over the full range of duty cycle by the voltage second balancing. Analysis of two port and three port converters is done and simulated to verify the analysis.

The article considers methodological approaches to assessing the development of the food complex. The authors have revealed that the functioning of the food complex is associated with a food-related problem. The algorithm for its solution depends on such aspects as population growth (a factor in increasing food demand), the use and conservation of land (the most important natural source that satisfies the needs of humankind for food). The analysis of food consumption by the population of the Russian Federation has shown that certain types of products did not achieve production volumes that would correspond to the physiological norms of nutrition. Regarding crop production in the Russian Federation, potatoes, grapes, sunflower seeds and sugar beets had high profitability. Livestock products experience a different situation. This negatively affects the sphere of agricultural production, i.e. it weakens the effect of financial encouragement for workers; the costs of purchased resources prevail; there is a simplification of production technology (primarily in crop production), which leads to a decrease in crop yields and reduces the quality and competitiveness of products.
The article deals with the influence of the digital transformation of the Russian economy on its material and technical resources. The analysis of the research subject reveals significant changes taking place in the employment structure of the Russian population. It has been substantiated that the education system is intended to play a key role in overcoming the emerging imbalances in the labor market. It is particularly important given the current decline in workforce productivity growth rate in various sectors, which diminishes the competitiveness of the Russian economy as a whole. The digital economy will yield results only when technological innovations start to equally influence all the elements of society.

The paper considers an approach to division modules of numbers by bases in number systems in residual classes (RNS). This may be required when solving specific tasks. The approach involves performing the following sequence of actions in the RNS:- reducing the modulus of numbers by the value of the deduction corresponding to the base by which the division is made;- dividing the reduced module by the value of the base;- formation the correction value and its addition to the quotient obtained. In total the division operation is performed through four accesses to the table memory two of which are overlapped in time.If one of the bases of the RNS is equal to pn then the approach under consideration allows to reduce the capacity of table memory by pn times in relation to the capacity of table memory containing the full set of division results, where pn is the base of the RNS by which the division is performed.
Russian companies have actively used the transfer of support functions to outsourcing in recent decades, which allows them to increase the efficiency of their activities and focus on the main business areas. For this purpose, shared service centers are created, which can take various forms – from an internal division to a branch or subsidiary of the company. When deciding to outsource functions, one of the key issues is the choice of the shared service centers’ locations. The purpose of the study was to review the existing approaches to determining the factors that influence the choice of the shared service centers' location, as well as to assess the degree of influence of such factors based on statistical data. Using the method of ordinal logistic regression, a direct statistically significant dependence was revealed between the rating of the socio-economic situation of the region, the number and rating of universities, and the number of shared service centers in the region. The inverse dependence between the unemployment rate in the region and the number of shared service centers is also established, as well as the absence of the influence of the average wage level on the territorial location of shared service centers. The study shows that one of the significant factors influencing the choice of the shared service center location in Russia is the proximity to the main production. This is due to the need to preserve jobs in single-industry towns, the low mobility of the population, and the insufficient level of remote service technologies. The article outlines the directions of development that allow strengthening the role of regions in the creation of shared service centers in the future. The results of the study can be used by companies when analyzing the activities of existing or creating new shared service centers, as well as by authorities when considering regional development issues.
The sanatorium-and-health-resort industry plays an important role in the life of modern society as it performs the function of restoring the health of the population, and as a consequence of improving the welfare of the country and productivity. The sanatorium-and-health-resort industry in the Russian Federation is a special complex, the principles of which were laid down in the Soviet period. However, it can be said that the industry has developed several problems, which in some ways was aggravated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Closed borders stimulate the development of domestic tourism, and quarantine restrictions in large cities have led to the demand for suburban areas for recreation, and also led to the popularity of sanatorium-and-health-resort institutions located within them. Despite the crisis phenomena in the industry, in general, the investment attractiveness of sanatorium-and-health-resort facilities is growing. A load of health resorts during the New Year holidays is more than 80-90%, in addition, many places in the health resorts of key regions are already booked almost 100% for the upcoming holidays. Prices for sanatorium-and-health-resort services have increased significantly despite the crisis. However, it is impossible to say unequivocally that this indicates a positive trend in the development of the industry as a whole. Therefore, the article is aimed at studying the problems in the sanatorium-and-health-resort industry both in the pre-pandemic period and during the period of quarantine restrictions, identifying the factors that affect its functioning. The study of the state of the industry is based on the study of the performance indicators of health resorts at the end of 2019, as well as on the opinions of tourists, which are published in the form of reviews on different sites. Expert opinions on concerns about the prospects for the development of the industry in the post-pandemic period have also been studied, their validity and the reasons why they were justified or not have been considered.
Contemporary challenges of the socio-economic development of Russia, including ensuring the sustainability of economic growth, effective regulation and the sustainable use of resources, define the priorities of the innovation market modernisation. When solving tasks associated with Russia's economic recovery and the sustainable development of the national economy, high priority should be given to innovation activity and innovation in a regional industrial complex that can provide an upgrade in the technological and technical base of industrial production, infrastructure and services. The development and production of competitive products, as well as sustainable penetration and presence in the world markets of goods and services, are of great importance. First of all, this requires systemic changes in all spheres of the region's public and economic life. At the same time, the industrial complex combining the region's main resource potential drives the innovative development of industrial production and the services sector. Here, it is important to ensure the dynamics of comparable innovative development of the production and infrastructure complex. Otherwise, the sectoral imbalance will affect the sustainability of the regional economy. In addressing these problems, the formation and development of industrial complexes as the innovative development driver and the basis for increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy are important.

Turnover is a major issue within companies not only for the company’s sustainability, but also for the health and wellbeing of their employees. As an implication, organizations should understand that their leadership characteristic and environment has a tremendous impact to burnout and employee performance.
The stock market is sometimes referred to as a "mirror" of the country's economic health since it acts a barometer to measure the economic growth. A potential buyer sets a price, known as an offer price, for a share of stock in the stock market, and a potential seller asks for a fixed price for it. When buying or selling in the market, both the buyer and the seller agree on the asking price or bid price. A trade occurs when the bid and ask prices are equal. As a result, stock valuation is extremely important in day-to-day stock exchange transactions. A company's success is reflected in its stock price. Companies with strong results are thought to have strong demand for their stock, which will drive up the price, and vice versa. Stock price fluctuations are influenced by rumours, speculation, and short-selling, among other manipulation practices. The present research on the above backdrop will make an analysis on the volatility of blue chip companies listed in the NIFTY 50 of National Stock Exchange in India.

Waste is becoming a potential contributor to environmental pollution. The perk of waste management is significantly increasing with the growing population. This would have never been an issue if we would have segregated the waste at home, in the first place. This ignorance and indifference has led us to ‘SMART WASTE SEGREGATION SYSTEM'. The smart waste segregation system is built with an array of sensors. They are inductive proximity, IR and moisture sensors which will segregate the collected wastes into dry and wet waste. In this approach, first waste is sent in the conveyor belt through inductive proximity sensor that detects and segregates metallic waste which can be sent to scrap recasting units. Then the non-metallic waste is sent through IR sensor that separates plastic waste and finally moves through moisture sensor using which wet waste can be collected which are used for making manure or biogas and remaining miscellaneous waste like medical waste can be disposed or incinerated ethically. Waste management is essential to maintain an ecological balance, and this approach can make it time conservative and efficient.
