Due to characteristics of evaluation conflicts and subjective biases in conventional fuzzy evaluation system, and problems of low accuracy and robustness performance for the network security situation prediction caused by such characteristics, a novel network security evaluation algorithm based on Dempster-Shafer(D-S) evidence theory and recurrent neural network was proposed. The roles of network security based on the evaluation data of different experts were constructed, and then the triangle fuzzy function was applied to obtain the experts’ evaluation index. The weight D-S evidence theory was used to screen infer, and correct the evaluation index, and the loss and possibility matrixes were constructed. Lastly, the loss and possibility matrixes were imported in RNN model to finish network security evaluation. The results of simulation experiments show that the D-S evidence theory is proved to be able to deal with experts’ collision problems, and the RNN model can improve the precision and robustness of network security situation prediction results.
Using lamprey miRNA as the input vectors of support vector machine tool Lib-SVM,we develop a program Lj-miRSVM for the predication of lamprey precursor miRNA sequence after optimizing parameters with the Grid program.Through the 10-fold cross validation method,we obtain that the average sensitivity,specificity,accuracy are 95 %,95.9%,95.8 %,respectively,and the area ratio under the ROC is 98.9%.We predict the pre-miRNA of other 20 species using the Lj-miRSVM classifier and obtain 78.5% average accuracy.
综述钙钛矿太阳能电池的组装、结构及相关性能等领域的最新研究进展,总结甲胺铅碘电池的稳定性、材料毒性及制备方法、有关电学性质存在的争议、工作机理及结构优化等方面的问题和困难。指出制备高晶体质量的甲胺铅碘薄膜、深入理解甲胺铅碘基本物理化学性质及电池光生载流子输运机理是该领域的重要科学问题。提出应通过系统优化生长条件,获得高质量的甲胺铅碘薄膜,利用半导体实验方法精确测量钙钛矿材料的不同物理参数,利用能带理论设计和优化电池结构,进而深入探索光生载流子的产生、分离、收集和复合等输运规律。
The interference signals produced by a photoelastic modulator have nonlinear optical path difference. In order to study the frequency characteristic and the optical path difference of the signals,a frequency-to-voltage conversion of the interference signals is presented. First,the frequency and the nonlinear optical path difference of interference signals are simulated using Matlab software,and then a frequency-to-voltage converter circuit is designed to achieve the conversion from frequency to voltage signal. Experiments show that the converted interference signals can be accurately measured and can be used to calculate the instable optical path difference caused by heat generation of crystal,ambient temperature changes and center frequency drift. The rapid calculation in frequency and the optical path difference of the spectrum is improved by nearly 40%.
In student-origin credit loans,banks entrust county-level financial assistance centers to manage and encourage their staff according to their achievement,which is decided on staff effort,bank evaluation and common uncertainty factors. However,the evaluation subjectivity and the bank moral hazard of not fulfilling incentive promises weaken the incentive intensity and hinder the loan policy running smoothly. Tournament theory is an incentive mechanism that studies principal-agent problems based on participant's performance rank order. Study shows that relative performance ranking method can eliminate the influence of common uncertainty factors on staff's performance,and in the specified performance index contract,bank's dominant strategy is promising to pay higher reward for higher performance according to a reasonable proportion. The studies suggest that the design of incentive mechanism should be based on the employee's effort rather than the absolute performance,and the bank should only pay the reward except for fixed salary because the staff are government emplyee. Punishment given by bank together with government would also have the incentive effect to staff.
The incremental duplicate data detection problem in data cleaning was analyzed.A new algorithm to detect the incremental duplicate data based on sorted-neighborhood method was proposed.The proposed algorithm can greatly reduce comparing times through jumping windows;MapReduce was combined with the new method to improve its detection performance in large-scale data environment.Experiments show that The improved algorithm can improve the speed of incremental data detection under high detection accuracy.The method is very stable,which made it become more useful in massive data situations.
In order to enhance the academic influence of University Journals,based on the database of cited papers of China on CNKI,we selected the first 5% cited papers published in the Journal of University of Jinan( Sci. Tech.) from 2003 to 2012 as highlycited papers,and analyzed the distribution of subject,education background and professional titles of the first authors,fund and paper types. The results show that: The highly-cited papers are mainly from the subjects of Computer Science,Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Material Science,Resource and Environment Science and Automatic Control Science; The number of papers of which the first author possesses the master's degree accounts for 53. 7%; 90. 7% papers are supported by funds. At last,in order to provide a basis for soliciting contributions and examining manuscripts,as well as to provide a direction for colleagues of other University Journals,we expound the strategy of soliciting contributions from the foundation of high-quality column,optimizing authors,focusing on fund papers,the relation between intramural and external papers,and the roles of Editorial Committee of University Journal,etc.
An interleukin-6 epitope vaccine is developed and its immunogenicity is investigated. Online B-cell epitope prediction tools were used to predict the potential linear B-cell epitope( Ala69-Asn80); The corresponding gene sequence of the epitope was fused with the DTT by over-lap PCR and the fused gene was cloned into expression vector p GEX-6P-1; Recombinant proteins were successfully expressed in Escherichia coli BL21( DE3); Recombinant proteins were purified by affinity chromatography and the purity reached to more than 95%; BALB / c mice was immunized by the purified and identified proteins subcutaneously and antiserum titer was determined by ELISA; The epitope vaccine transplanting h IL-6( Ala69-Asn80) to Diphtheria toxin transmembrane domain( DTT,Ser305-Ile310)could elicit strong immune response and antiserum titer reached to 1. 0 × 105.
Considering both reasoning models and logic systems,we put forward a new fuzzy reasoning method called reverse symmetric implicational method and establish reverse symmetric implicational principles. The rationality of the principles,which improve the previous reverse triple I principles,is proved by means of researching the properties of its solutions. Besides,the optimal solutions of the reverse symmetric implicational method are obtained for fuzzy modus ponens( FMP) and fuzzy modus tollens( FMT),where the classical Lukasiewicz implication operator is employed. The reversibility of the proposed method is verifyed for FMP and FMT,respectively.
The navigation of power patrol unmanned aerial vehicles( UAV) under GPS failure is considered. As the navigation accuracy of single inertial navigation system is not high and the height channel is divergent,an integrated navigation system based on monocular vision system composed by a CCD high-definition camera which must be equipped in power patrol UAV and barometric altimeter aided SINS systems is constructed. Navigation parameters of the navigation system are corrected by predetermined anchor pointu0027s information. An overall system design scheme is given and a combined nabigation system model,including element error model,is established. A numerical simulation between the integrated navigation and SINS navigation is done. Simulation experiment results show that the proposed UAV integrated navigation system can improve the navigation accuracy due to the introduction of a variety of external reference information.
Monomer spirostanol glycoside was obtained from the herbs of Xiao Tao Er Qi by chromatographic method and was identified by means of NMR spectral method. Its cytotoxic activities against MCF-7 cell lines,Hela cell lines,Hep G2 cell lines and the normal 929 cell lines were evaluated. The results show that the spirostanol glycoside can inhibit Hela cell lines( IC50 values of 71. 23μmol /L) and has no obvious cytotoxic activities against the normal 929 cell lines.
The 4-bromo-2-( bromomethyl)-1-(( 4-chlorobenzyl) oxy) benzene( intermediate Ⅲ) was synthesized from 1-chloro-4-( chloromethyl) benzene and 5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde by elimination reaction,reduction reaction and bromization. N-allyl-2-chloro-N-( piperidin-4-yl) benzamide was prepared from 1-benzylpiperidin-4-one. Further reaction of intermediate Ⅲ with intermediate Ⅶgave a novel non-peptide CCR5 antagonist N-allyl-N-( 1-( 5-bromo-2-(( 4-chlorobenzyl) oxy) benzyl) piperidin-4-yl)-2-chlorobenzamide. By detecting the activity of GTPγS,the hemi-inhibitory concentration( IC50) was( 5. 35 ± 0. 3) nmol/L. The products exhibit certain bioactivities. In addition,the compounds are characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR,IR and MS.
An electrochemical reduction device developed according to electrolysis,electrodialysis and electromigration theories can reduce bromate to bromide without any use of reagent. The high concentration chloride in samples would interfered the detection of bromate by Ion Chromatography,but this defect could be overcome if bromate is reduced to bromide before detection. When useing the electrochemical reduction device to detect bromate in real samples,the detection limit of bromate was 0. 32 mg / kg,the within day precision was 2. 73%,the between days precision was 3. 81%,and percent recovery was 92% ~ 96%.
Gradient vector flow active contour method in dealing image segmentation have achieved good results,but it largely depends on the initial contour curve and the long time cost of compute the gradient vector field.A method which is based on GVF Snake model for image segmentation is proposed.The method uses the boundary extraction algorithm for coarse segmentation,to obtain effective information points edges postion,then samples the information points to generate the initial contour.Meanwhile,the Lagrangian method is used to numerically compute the gradient vector field,a termination condition based on distance is given.which can effectively improve the computing speed.Experiments performed on standard test images showed that the method,compared with the traditional,manual method and CV active contour,which effectively improves the degree of automation and guarantees relatively segmentation precision in image segmentation processing.
The microstructure,mechanical properties and electrochemical corrosion behaviors of Mg97Zn1Nd2( Ⅰ) and Mg94Zn2Nd4( Ⅱ) magnesium alloys were investigated by XRD,SEM,tensile testing and electrochemical test. The results show that the two kinds of Mg-Zn-Nd alloys are composed of α-Mg substrate and the second precipitated phase Mg12 Nd. The second precipitated phase in alloyⅠ is discrete reticular distribution,and is approximate continuous reticular distribution in alloyⅡ. The grains are more refined in alloy Ⅱthan in alloyⅠ so that the tensile strength,the hardness and the elongation rate of alloy Ⅱ are increased to 220. 61 MPa,87. 2 MPa,5. 31%,respectively,compared with 201. 73 MPa,82. 2 MPa and 3. 07% of alloyⅠ. The fracture mode of alloy Ⅰis brittle fracture and alloyⅡ is mixed fracture. The corrosion current density of alloyⅡ is increased to- 2. 834 m A / mm2,compared with- 3. 342 m A/mm2 of alloyⅠ,so its corrosion resistance is weakened.
Taking the high-purity bovine hemoglobin from purified bovine blood as raw materials,we obtained the polymerized bovine hemoglobin polymer through glutaraldehyde cross-linking reaction under different conditions,and analyzed its molecular weight distribution using SDS-PAGE. By use of glucose-glucose oxidase system and xanthine-xanthine oxidase system,the effects of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide on the oxygen-carrying property of bovine hemoglobin were studied in the state of oxidative stress. It is shown that the optimum reaction conditions are: 82 g / L hemoglobin,0. 2 m L of 0. 47 mol / L lysine,1. 2 m L of 0. 25 mol / L glutaraldehyde,0. 1 mol / L KPB at p H 7. 4 in a total volume of 5 m L,at 4 ℃,rocking at 150 r / min for 24 h. Hemoglobin is oxidized under oxidation stress when hydrogen peroxide,glucose and glucose oxidase,xanthine and xanthine oxidase are present. However,the degree of oxidation of hemoglobin is alleviated effectively when antioxidants SOD and catalase exist in the reaction system.
