
With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, a large number of AI products have been produced, which promotes the transformation of human-computer interaction (HCI) mode and puts forward higher requirements for HCI design. The application and development of HCI technology in AI products are systemically carded, the development trend of HCI technology in recent years is analyzed, and the three-dimensional architecture of HCI oriented to AI products is constructed, clarify the scope and boundaries of HCI design. This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of HCI design standardization, combs the standardization requirements, and combines the current standardization work of HCI design at home and abroad, creatively puts forward the standard system and key research contents of HCI design.
本文首先梳理学术界对标准和标准化基本概念、基本理论以及关于算法标准的研究现状,然后在此基础上讨论源代码、算法和标准,以及算法标准的特性.作者结合标准、标准化的基本概念指出,软件系统服务的解决方案通过算法固化为标准,一方面对系统本身进行规制,另一方面也对服务对象进行规制,属于软件开发企业的私有标准;算法标准具有黑箱特性和社会渗透性.然后作者考察了4个算法标准案例:电商平台、CAD软件、医院挂号及就诊管理系统、交通信号灯与健康码.作者通过讨论认为,算法标准在微观层面发挥协调和控制的作用,在各个领域控制人的社会生活,而且是私有标准大行其道.作者还讨论了软件开源带来的标准化体制变迁.
Through statistical analysis of standard categories,attributes,responsible departments,and publication times,it was found that the current food cold chain logistics standards in China have serious problems such as out of date and unpractical standards,overlap of standard content,and lack of standards.To effectively solve these problems,based on the feature extraction of the food cold chain logistics industry and the Hall three-dimensional structure standards system methodology model,a three-dimensional food cold chain logistics standards system architecture is constructed,which includes the cold chain food category dimension,cold chain logistics node dimension,and cold chain logistics process control element dimension.The paper also proposes to establish and improve the coordination and promotion mechanism of standardization work between the standardization administrative authorities and relevant food cold chain logistics industry administrative authorities as soon as possible,sort out and integrate food cold chain logistics standards,and promote the construction of China's food cold chain logistics standards system.This provides reference for the optimization and upgrading of China's food cold chain logistics standards system.
With the gradual integration of culture and tourism,there is an inevitable requirement of building and improving the relevant standards system to achieve high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration.To address the problems in the existing cultural and tourism standards system,this paper takes Yunnan Province as an example to explore the ideas,framework,and content of constructing the cultural and tourism standards system,providing inspiration and reference for the construction of cultural and tourism standards systems in other regions of China.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The cultural and tourism standards system should determine its coverage and scope based on the institutional functions of cultural and tourism departments,standardization objects,and the characteristics of cultural and tourism integration;(2)The cultural and tourism standards system is divided into two categories based on the needs of cultural and tourism development:government-led standards and market competitive standards;(3)The cultural and tourism standards system should establish sub systems for culture,tourism,and cultural and tourism integration based on the respective characteristics of the culture and tourism fields,and refine the system table based on the characteristics of each field.This study is an exploration of the construction of Yunnan's cultural and tourism standards system,which can provide reference for the integrated standardization development of China's cultural and tourism fields,and provide theoretical support for the high-quality development of cultural and tourism industries.
The assessment of the implementation effect of mandatory energy-saving standards is an important work content of the statistical analysis point for the implementation of construction standards,and also an important basis for upgrading the standards.This paper assesses the implementation effect of the mandatory national standard,GB 30251-2013,Refining unit product energy consumption limit,builds the assessment system,and analyzes the implementation effect of the standard from the aspects of technical content,implementation and its application effect,to provide reference for the revision of the standard,and ideas for the refining and chemical enterprises to realize the green,low-carbon and high-quality development.
This paper takes food related products as the study object,and comprehensively analyzes the risk mechanism and defect causes of such products based on product classification,injury risk,and main issues of recall.It is hoped to provide reference for the food related product industry from the perspective of recall,promote enterprises to strengthen the identification and risk identification of product quality and safety issues,and optimize production processes and quality management measures,to continuously improve product competitiveness in the market.
The Unified Power Flow Controller(UPFC)is currently the most powerful and optimal line power flow control device,which is of great significance for the safe operation of large power grids and the improvement of renewable energy consumption.In the paper,on the basis of analyzing the development of UPFC technology,the current research status of UPFC standards is thoroughly studied,and the design principles of UPFC association standard system are formulat-ed.A unified power flow controller(UPFC)standard architecture is designed,which includes five aspects:basic com-prehensive part,planning and construction,scheduling and operation,maintenance and repair,and equipment equip-ment,and 24 specific standards.The application and significance of the standard system are summarized.At last,the UPFC association standard is comprehensively evaluated by the grey comprehensive analysis method.
Standard verification is an important part of the standard development and revision process.By confirming the technical provisions,core indicators,testing and inspection methods of the standard,the scientific,normative,applicable,and timely nature of the standard can be guaranteed and improved.The ocean is an important field for national economic and social development,and promoting the construction of a maritime power requires the technical support of standards.In response to the characteristics of a large number of standards in the marine field,a wide range of verification requirements,cross industry,multi-discipline,complex technology,and high verification difficulty,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of verification work,and explores the ideas and methods of promoting standard verification work in the marine field.It proposes to establish a standard verification technology system,build a unified work platform,strengthen the application of standard verification results,and emphasize international cooperation in verification technology to improve the overall quality of marine standards and the level of marine standardization services.
With climate change and economic and social development,the power system is prone to frequent natural disasters,external accidents,and other unexpected events,which has characteristics such as complexity and extremism.The technological development trend is to utilize digital technology to enhance the intelligence and precision of power emergency technology.This paper constructs a digital technology framework for power emergency.By leveraging the driving role of standards in technological development,a digital technology standards system for power emergency has been constructed in three dimensions:power emergency business,digital technology,and standardization needs,and the system includes 16 key elements.The digital technology standards system for power emergency provides theoretical basis for the relevant standards development and the coordination between standards.
With a gradual increase of pet owners,the demand for pet healthcare also grows.This paper studies the current development status of standardization in the management of animal diagnosis and treatment institutions in China,analyzes the problems in the standardization work of animal diagnosis and treatment institutions,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of standardization work in animal diagnosis and treatment institutions in China.
The recall of defective automotive products is a common practice in the international supervision of automotive product quality and safety,and is also an important means of regulating the automotive aftermarket.Collecting clues about defects in electric vehicles accurately,timely,and effectively,and then systematically analyzing potential safety risks,can accurately and quickly identify potential defects in electric vehicles and implement recalls,effectively safeguarding public safety and consumer rights.This paper mainly analyzes the collection of defect clues for electric vehicles,standardized processing of defect clues,correlation analysis of defect clues,and platform system construction and application,providing reference for defect clue processing and analysis of electric vehicles.
EN1811,as one of the main European standards for the detection of nickel release in imitation jewelry and other products intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin,is an important technical barrier for such products in the EU.In 2021-2022,a considerable part of the simulation jewelry products exported to the EU are blocked outside the EU market because they do not meet the standard.The European Committee for Standardization(CEN)issued a new version of EN 1811 in February 2023,replacing EN 1811:2011+A1:2015.This paper mainly introduces the main changes of EN 1811:2023 compared with the old version,to provide technical guidance for Chinese export enterprises of imitation jewelry and other products,so that they can fully understand the changes of the new standard,to ensure their export products meet the new standard.
In order to study the influence mechanism of e-commerce service quality and perceived value on consumers'knowledge sharing willingness,this paper identifies the key factors affecting the service quality based on the SERVQUAL model and LDA theme model,designs a questionnaire survey to collect data,and uses the structural equation model to analyze 216 valid sample data collected.The results show that consumers have a positive influence on the knowledge sharing willingness;and the perceived service quality indirectly affects the knowledge sharing willingness by influencing the perceived value.
The efficiency of emergency material distribution during public health emergencies is closely related to the level of standardization.To further enhance the efficiency of emergency material distribution services during public health emergencies,this paper analyzes research data on emergency material distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic from a standardization perspective.It summarizes the prominent issues in emergency material distribution during current public health emergencies and explores possible pathways to improve the efficiency of emergency material distribution services during public health emergencies,focusing on standardized supply of emergency materials,distribution models,personnel training,and response system development.This research can contribute to the high-quality development of emergency material distribution services during public health emergencies.
Green packaging is an inevitable trend that conforms to the concept of sustainable development and the development direction of the packaging industry.In order to build a resource saving and environmentally friendly society,it is urgent to carry out research on green and low-carbon packaging standards.By comparing domestic and international green packaging technology regulations,standards,and conformity assessment procedures,the paper analyzes the current status and problems of China's existing green packaging standards,and provides suggestions for standardization improvement and corresponding response strategy.
In international trade,many countries are using green trade barriers to protect the environment.According to the TBT notifications,green trade barriers have the characteristics of wide coverage,detailed categories,strict requirements,and dynamic development.Faced with the severe and complex international environment,Huai'an's foreign trade imports and exports have shown steady growth,with both quantity and quality increasing.However,exports frequently encounter green trade barriers,causing huge losses to enterprises.This paper explores the main manifestations and impacts of green trade barriers from the perspective of industrial development in Huai'an,and proposes suggestions to overcome green trade barriers in product exports from three levels:government,industry,and enterprises,in order to promote smooth product exports and healthy industrial green development.
On January 16,2023,China Engineering Construction Standardization Association officially issued T/CECS 1247-2023,Technical specifications for application of planting structural soil on hard ground,which has been formally implemented since June 1,2023.Based on the problems existing in the traditional hard ground planting in China and the technical characteristics and ecological effects of planting structure soil,this paper expounds the background significance of the compilation of T/CECS 1247 standard,and introduces the main technical contents of the standard in detail,aiming to promote the wide use of the standard,and promote the popularization and application of planting structure soil technology.It provides new standards and new technologies for hard ground planting technology and landscape improvement in China,and can help the construction of urban ecological environment,sponge city and non-waste city in China.
The output and transformation from scientific and technological achievements have become one of the key foundations of national economic development.Standards,as the cornerstone of the evaluation and application of scientific and technological achievements,also play a crucial role in this process.In order to analyze the transformation from scientific and technical achievement to standard,this study firstly discusses national and local policies.Furthermore,this study focuses on analyzing the transformation path of scientific and technical achievement to standard,and then discusses the related influence factors during this process.The results provides reference for building an efficient mechanism for this transformation.
Standards system is a scientific organic whole formed by standards within a certain range according to their intrinsic linkage,Establishing standards system can effectively improve the scientificity,comprehensiveness,systematization and predictability of standardization work.The paper summarizes the status quo of the meteorological standards system in Fujian Province,its implementation and shortcomings,analyzes the requirements,demands and specific tasks for meteorological standardization at the department,provincial and national levels,and gives suggestions and tactics for the construction of Fujian's meteorological standards system.
On the basis of sorting out the development of ecological meteorology business and its standardization status,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of ecological meteorology standardization,and puts forward the basis and principles for the construction of the ecological meteorology standards system.The framework of ecological meteorological standards system is established,which consists of 5 first-level sub-systems,including general ecological meteorological foundation,ecological meteorological monitoring and assessment,ecological meteorological forecast and early warning and assessment,ecological meteorological service,and ecological climatic resources utilization,20 second-level sub-systems and 63 third-level sub-systems.To meet the needs of the modernization of meteorological science and technology capabilities and social services,the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of ecological meteorological standards system are put forward in order to provide meteorological standardization support for the construction of ecological civilization.
