
The development and industrialization process in methyl mercaptan synthesis with hydrogen sulfide and methanol in domestic and international field were introduced.The reaction mechanism for the process was discussed,and the key points of reaction were to reduce the alkaline of hydroxy on methanol and enhance nucleophilic performance of hydrogen sulfide.The type of catalyst,catalytic mechanism and research progress on catalyst were mainly discussed,and the application of acid and alkali catalytic theory in the progress was emphasized in this paper.

As the by-product of coal processing,coal tar is an important chemical raw material,has extensive application value.As a purification of coal tar is the premise of its deep processing,the method of removing impurity by additive was studied for the effect to ash content of coal-tar,the results shown that ash content could reduce to 0.00449% by above treating method.The reaction's optimum condition was:the additive amount of dilute sulfuric acid(as V water :V sulfuric acid=20) was 6mL,reaction time 60 minutes;the additive amount of dilute aqueous ammonia(as V water :V ammonia=3) was 40mL,reaction time was 20 hours.

In present,most wet washing tower of Shell powdered coal gasifying process appeared exit over-temperature that influenced by operation temperature,the kind of coal and loading.As the exit over-temperature cause analyzed,it was found that the enter three-way pipe corrosion was accelerated in quench gas compressor by over-temperature.So,the operation temperature should be optimized,the suitable kind of coal be stable and be running in high load as possible,the potency and superiority of the device could be functioning adequately.

As conductivity of liquor condensate was over-proof frequently,about 100 ton of liquor condensate had been discharged,so that energy consumption was increased,and environment affected.To reduce the conductivity of liquor condensate,the processing capacity of humidification-steam stripping system was enhanced by increased flue-gas temperature,optimized flow direction,increased quantity of steam in low-pressure system,so that the conductivity of liquor condensate was controlled at 10μs/cm recovery criteria.
This paper provides an overview of yellow phosphorus refining arsenic removal process flow,main equipment and in the engineering design problems encountered in design and technical measures.Proved by practice,the process of the device is simple,reasonable design,reliable operation.The arsenic removal effect is good,technical indexes of the product reach the expected requirements.
As depositional silicon-calcium phosphate ores were the research object,the pre-concentration was tested by the table and spiral chute,through system condition test,make sure the table suitable process conditions were the pulp concentration 20%,inclination angle of the table 40,the flushing water quantity 4.0L/min;the spiral chute suitable process conditions were the pulp concentration 20%,the flushing water quantity 3.0L/min.The results show that,the effect of the spiral chute was better,based on ores with P2O5 grade of 25.80%,SiO2 grade of 15.82%,a comprehensive phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28.24%,SiO2 grade of 12.75% and recovery rate of 85.19% were obtained.
To resolve the interference of alkali recovery system caused by silicon reacted with sodium hydroxide forming sodium silicate and into stewing black liquid in bamboo wood stewing process with sulfate,it could reduce or resolve the influence of interference to bamboo pulping by adding precipitated silica agent as sodium meta-aluminate,calcium oxide,aluminum sulfate in stewing with sulfate process,and adding silicon removal agent as aluminum salt.
