
In this article, one of the main tasks of the studies performed in the framework of the theory of chaos-self-organization is presented in more detail. Currently, it is advisable to study the functional reserves of the organism by means of system analysis and synthesis, it`s initial state, the detection of morphological and functional characteristics of the organism in adaptation to life in the North, especially among the youth population. The method and software product for identifying the parameters of quasi-attractor of the state vector of human organism (for example, the state of the cardio-respiratory system non-native and native youth population of Ugra) is used as effective for the hypokinesia.
A complex adaptogenic remedy “phytocent” stimulates the detoxicative function of the liver by promoting decontamination and elimination of xenobiotics from the body and, thus, decreases the risk of endogenic intoxication development in the body. Its administration on the background of the tetrachloromethaneinduced intoxication diminishes the signs of cytolytic and cholestatic syndromes development and normalizes synthetic and metabolic processes due to the increase of functional activity in P-450-dependent mono-oxygen system of the liver. These effects are conditioned by the inhibition of biomacro-molecule free radical oxidation processes and the increase of bodily endogenic antioxidant system activity.
Currently, the choice of effective and safe means for chemical pleurodesis is an urgent problem in the surgical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. The research purpose was to compare the effectiveness of various methods of pleurodesis in the experiment based on the macro and microscopic study material. Materials and methods. In the experiment there were 200 individuals of laboratory rats VISTAR line, weighing 180 grams. They were divided into three experimental groups and a control group of 50 rats each. Spontaneous pneumothorax was simulated on one side of the thorax of rats. One of the chemical agents was used in three experimental groups for carrying out the pleurodesis. The animals were observed and sacrificed in groups on days 3, 5, 7, 10, 30 of the experiment. The macro and microscopic changes in the lungs and adjacent tissues were described and compared. Regression models were constructed for the change in the number of free cell populations in the lung tissue during the process of analyzing data. Results and discussion. The use of a 0,05% solution of chlorhexidine causes the formation of persistent pleural adhesions with a shorter duration and severity of the inflammatory process in comparison to the analogues. Regression models of the dynamics of the free cellular composition of the pulmonary stroma were created with the aim of predicting the adhesion process. Conclusion: The findings suggest that 0,05% solution of chlorhexidine have the maximum efficiency as a chemical agent for pleurodesis.
The maintenance of registers on problem areas of health requires careful verification of data at all levels of collection. To this end, individual modules, along with built-in monitoring tools, are created that allow you to identify errors after the accumulation and statistical processing of the data array, including the points for analytical testing. The article suggests the analysis of the monotony of changing factors as one of the methods of analytical testing on the example of the real case of mortality monitoring in the Tula region. As a source of information, the mortality register was used, in the base of which the deaths of the population of the Tula region were accumulated and verified from 2007 to 2016. The reliability of the information was provided by software tools built into the register, methods and, above all, an external module for automatically determining the original cause of death. Analysis of diseases of the nervous system and diseases of the circulatory system as an original reason showed an abrupt change in the number of cases in 2013 and the average life expectancy. The above example shows that a violation of the monotonicity of the change in the analyzed factor can be used as one of the methods of analitical testing. The proposed method makes it possible to identify methodological errors that can lead to serious consequences and significantly reduce the effectiveness of monitoring in key health categories such as mortality and life expectancy.
The work is based on the analysis of clinical and algorithms of the 650 patients with goiter who were on the surgical treatment for the period from 2004 to 2014. It is established that compression syndrome is a serious complication of thyroid diseases, often determines the main clinical manifestations of the disease and therapeutic tactics. The authors developed clinical and instrumental diagnostic algorithm and proposed the scale stratification of the severity of compression syndrome in patients with goiter. Research purpose was to develop a diagnostic algorithm of compression syndrome in patients with goiter. Materials and methods: this study based on the analysis of the clinical picture and the data of instrumental diagnosis of 650 patients with goiter who were treated in surgical Department of the Republican clinical hospital No 4 in the period from 2004 to 2015. Results and discussion: Diagnostic algorithm aimed at identifying compression syndrome in patients with goiter consists of 3 levels. The first level includes an anamnesis focused on compression (dysphagia, coma feeling in the throat, shortness of breath), chest x-ray in two projections, thyroid ultrasound, clinical trials (palpation of the thyroid gland, «position test», identifying «mark Pemberton»). Level 2 is performed with positive diagnostic results at level 1 (chest x-ray with contrasting esophagus, computed tomography of the mediastinum, ВЕСТНИК НОВЫХ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ, электронный журнал – 2017 – N 3 JOURNAL OF NEW MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, eEdition – 2017 – N 3 bronchoscopy). Level 3 of diagnosis is carried out with suspicion of rare forms of COP in patients with positive results in previous stages (MRI of the brain and neck organs, Doppler ultrasound, CT of the brain). The Scale stratification of the severity of compression syndrome is maximum capacity of 20 points for all 3 levels. The manifestations of compression syndrome allow to divide into 4 degrees: the first (0-3 points) is “boundary”; the second (4-5) is easy; the third (6-15) – moderate severity and the fourth (16-20) – heavy compression syndrome. The proposed scale stratification of the severity of compression syndrome aims to objectify and systematize the work of the doctor and to prove the best treatment tactics.
It was assessed the involvement of cardiac μ-opioid receptor (OR) in improving resistance of myocardial contractility to ischemia and reperfusion on the isolated hearts in rats adapted to chronic continuous normobaric hypoxia (CCNH). Furthermore, it was evaluated the degree of necrotic death of of cardiomyocytes in response to ischemia-reperfusion of isolated rat heart. Rats were adapted to hypoxia continuously for 21 days at 12% O2. On isolated rats hearts was simulated global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 minutes). Adaptation to CCNH reduced the release of creatinkinase from necrotic cardiomyocytes, and improved post-ischemic recovery contractility of isolated hearts: increased myocardial contractile force values at reperfusion, and reduced degree of myocardial reperfusion contracture. Perfusion of isolated hearts from adapted rats with CTAP (100 nM/l, selective μ-OR-antagonist) eliminated the antinecrotic and inotropic effects of chronic continuous normobaric hypoxia. This data suggest that cardiac μ-opioid receptors are involved in the implementation of antinecrotic and inotropic effects in rats adapted to chronic continuous normobaric hypoxia.
This study was aimed at cardiointerval registration for one subject and for women’s group in relax and under special physical test (fitness). The result of it calculation demonstrates the different number of pare k of samples which we can presents as some common global stochastic distribution. It was demonstrated that before test (relax) we have =7.5 and after fitness =8.9 for one woman with numerical repetition. But for group of women we have =10.9 and =11.9. So it was demonstrated the absence of stochastic stability of such samples.
Lead in conditions of prolonged intake of experimental animals into the body leads to the development of severe arterial hypertension, which develops as a result of a significant increase in total peripheral vascular resistance caused by the development of changes in the α1-adrenoreactivity of the cardiovascular system and the reactivity of the renin-angiotensin system. At the same time there is a decrease in the pumping function of the heart, which is manifested by a decrease in both the stroke and cardiac volume indices. The use of melaxen in conditions of prolonged lead poisoning has a significant therapeutic effect, which is characterized by a decrease in the severity of arterial hypertension, restoration of pumping function of the heart, and a decrease in the specific peripheral vascular resistance. The therapeutic use of melaxen in conditions of lead poisoning helps to reduce the concentration of xenobiotic in the bone tissue, which in turn leads to a decrease in the level of ionized calcium in the blood plasma, relative to the indices of the group of animals receiving xenobiotic alone. The weakening of the expression of the hemotoxic effect of lead in conditions of its prolonged intake into the organism of animals is confirmed by a decrease in the concentration of potassium in the blood plasma of animals receiving melaxen for therapeutic purposes. In addition to this, the effect of melaxen in the conditions of therapeutic use in lead poisoning helps restore the concentration of protein and sodium in the blood plasma of animals, relative to the indices of a group of rats treated with xenobiotic alone.
