
Objective To establish a serological index method for early screening of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and evaluate its application value in asymptomatic people. Methods Enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) was used to detected and compared the expression differences of autoantibodies(cyclinB1,TGF-1,Bcl-2 and BRCA2) in the sera of ESCC patients and the normal population to determine the optimal combination of detection indicators. Serological tests were performed on 1350 asymptomatic patients in areas with high incidence of esophageal cancer,and the results were different in combination with the contrast indicators of endoscopic pathological biopsy.A large-scale asymptomatic population serological test was carried out in the high-incidence area of Linzhou,and endoscopic pathological biopsy was performed on the positive group to predict the detection of ESCC. Results There are significant differences in the expression of 4 autoantibody indexes in 350 ESCC and 350 normal populations (P<0.001). When the 4 indexes are tested in combination,the judgment efficiency is the best(sensitivity82.00%,specificity 79.71%). Serological tests combined with endoscopic pathological biopsy were performed on 1 350 asymptomatic patients in the high-risk area,and 34 cases of ESCC were detected in the positive group and 1 case in the negative group. Serological testing of 20 153 cases of asymptomatic people in highrisk areas detected a total of 3 855 high-risk subjects (19%),and endoscopic detection of 517 cases of early cancer accounted for 95%. Conclusion Combined detection of cyclinB1,TGF-1,Bcl-2 and BRCA2 improves the detection rate of early cancer and saves costs,and is an effective method worthy of promotion for early warning and early cancer screening of high-risk population of esophageal cancer.

To solve the low accuracy of identification of potential competitors in electronic commerce,an improved( support vector machine,SVM) algorithm was presented to optimize the recognition. By combining the Mercer theorem with the factor of margin,the kernel function was modified step by step in order to improve the generalization ability of classifier. Taking Listing information extracted from ebay as the object of research,the kernel function was transformed through conformal mapping based on the Mercer theorem firstly. Then based on the Riemannian geometry theory,the kernel function was improved by integrating the interval factors to form a new classifier. Finally the parameter was chosen automatically to determine the model and test the data. Compared with vector similarity algorithm and the original SVM algorithm,the accuracy of improved algorithm to identify competitors is increased by 10. 2% and 3. 8% respectively.
The vector quantization algorithm used in the speaker recognition system required full search of the existing codebooks in matching and recognition. The calculation time of full search was increased while the number of speaker increased,which impacted the performance of the system and was not conducive to the design and application of system on chip. In order to solve this problem,a codebooks clustering vector quantization algorithm was proposed in this paper. By clustering the codebooks obtained by the training algorithm,the classification of codebooks and eigen matrices of each cluster was obtained. In the matching and recognition step,the sub-category of unknown speaker was determined firstly,and then the unknown speaker voice feature was matched with the codebooks in the sub-category. At last,the speaker identity was determined. In this way the calculation time of matching with other impossible category codebooks was reduced. The results of experiments show that the optimal codebooks clustering algorithm can achieve a false recognition rate no more than 5. 00%,just by using 42. 56% calculation times of full search algorithm.
It is difficult to get the complete skeleton model by motion detection and segmentation method based on color image which can only get skeleton joints with 2-dimensional information. Kinect sensor can build 3-dimensional human skeleton joints model based on the depth image to improve the accuracy of skeleton joints model. In this paper,skeleton joints location information was obtained by the skeleton tracking module of Kinect. A method of coordinate transformation was put forward to get 3-dimensional coordinate representation of human body skeleton joints. Then vector quantization was performed by using k-means clustering method to represent each action as a symbol sequence. Finally,action recognition was achieved by using trained discrete hidden Markov models. Through the experiment of self-built data sets,the results can achieve 94% recognition rate.
Existential clauses, including existential construction and the construction of appearance and disappearance, consist of the locative element, the process and the existent, which embodies the existential sense. The existential sense presents the hierarchical relationship in different types of existential clauses. By the prosodic structure in Hallidayian Functional Grammar, the research indicates that the existential clauses with the verb "YOU" is the prototype, but as to the existential clauses without verb, the existential sense is embodied by the conceptual sense in the clause structure, which is the least prototype of existential clauses. Between them, there are existential clauses with the verb"SHI", the existential clauses with the actional verbs and the construction of appearance and disappearance, which form the hierarchical relationship.
Objective To investigate the expression of NADPH oxidase NOX2 and NOX3 mRNA in human gastric cancer tissues. Methods Fifteen samples from radical resection of gastric cancer,15 samples from normal control group,and 20 biopsies from chronic gastritis patients were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR ). Results The expression of NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were significantly increased in the gastric cancer compared to non-cancerous tissues and specimens of chronic gastritis. There was no significant difference in NOX2 mRNA expression between tumor-matched normal mucosa and tissue of chronic gastritis,and the expression of NOX3 mRNA was also very low. Conclusion NADPH oxidase of NOX2 and NOX3 may play an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
Due to the vigilance towards cultural imperialism and guard for national culture, the post-colonialist criticism on films directed by Zhang Yimou shows its unique significance. However, as a result of its innate color of cultural cold-war thinking, contradiction and confusion between native standpoint and the potential concept of west focus, and restraint by cultural nationalism as well as its wordlessness and absence after being wholly deconstructed, it has been gradually losing its rationality to interpret and power to construct in the area of nationalization and globalization of Chinese films. Therefore, the criticism on the Zhang Yimou' s films and Chinese films should transcend post-colonialism in order to find the way to be more powerful.
Objective To detect the expressions of Rictor in gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma( GCA) and corresponding adjacent normal tissues,analyze the relationship between it and clinical pathological features and prognosis of gastric cardia cancer,judge its possibility as early diagnosis and prognostic index of gastric cardia cancer. Methods The expressions of Rictor in 30 cases of cardiac carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were measured by the fluorescent quantitative PCR method and immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results Rictor gene copy number of adjacent tissues was 9. 10 × 108~ 11. 12 × 109. GCA was 7. 78 × 105~ 8. 58 × 106. The expression of Rictor protein in the corresponding adjacent normal tissues was 76. 7%( 23 /30),and the GCA tissue was 56. 7%( 17 /30). There existed significant difference between them( P 0. 05). There were no significant correlations of the decreased expression of Rictor with the age,sex,TNM and lymph node metastasis( P 0. 05),but tumor differentiation( P 0. 05). Conclusion The expression levels of Rictor in adjacent tissues is much higher than those in the GCA tissues( P 0. 01). Preliminary inference of the expression of Rictor is related with the progression of cancer,therefore,it may be used in the early diagnosis,therapy and prognosis in GCA.
The hierarchical Bi2S3 nanostructures were synthesised by a facile microwave assisted solvothermal method with Bi( NO3)3·5H2O and thiourea as raw materials,and ethylene glycol as solvent. The nanoflowers were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectra. The results show that the nanoflowers synthesized at 150 ℃ for 1. 5 h are composed of nanowires,which grow radially from the center of the nanoflowers toward all directions. The nanowires are single-crystalline and the length of the nanowire is up to micrometers. The room temperature photoluminescence spectra show that there is a strong and broad photoluminescence band centered at about 720 nm in the wavelength range from 650 nm to 800 nm. The formation mechanism is ascribed to self-assembly and intrinsic splitting character of the Bi2S3 structure.
Since the 1980s, the phenomenon of agriculture feminization in our country has caused widespread concern in the sociology, women' s studies, economics and other disciplines. Scholars explore the causes, effects and problems of agricultural feminization from different perspectives of disciplines and obtain a series of fruitful results. This thesis aims to analyze these results and comment on key viewpoints and problems so that this research can improve the research of agricultural feminization.
Noise source model is the basis of research on noise. The Doppler effect is always ignored in the current vehicle driving noise model. Based on the analysis of the Doppler frequency shift influence on vehicle noise,this paper established the small vehicle driving noise model of the Doppler effect and analyzed the factors affecting the Doppler effect of vehicle driving noise. The results show that the changes of the sound pressure level and A weighted network frequency response resulted from Doppler frequency shift lead to difference in vehicle oncoming and leaving by the sound pressure level. The Doppler effect has a significant influence on high speed small vehicle driving noise. In the example,the sound level of small vehicle with 120 km / h in oncoming is 2. 3 d B higher than the sound level in leaving. The higher the vehicle speed,the more obvious the influence of Doppler effect.
The reform of "separation of the three rights" in rural land provides favorable conditions for agricultural modernization. As an independent right with specific connotation, the management rights of rural land have important significance to fulfill the benefits of rural land and to promote the agricultural development. At present, the cooperative with the management rights of rural land as shares meets with many obstacles such as the weak study of basic theory and the lag of relevant supporting systems. It is suggested that the basic nature of the cooperative should be explored and "Farmer Specialized Cooperative Law" plus related laws should be revised and improved to construct modern agricultural management system in China.
Si Cp / Al-Si composite with CeO2 addition was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effects of CeO2content( mass fraction) on microstructures and mechanical properties of the Si Cp / Al-Si composite were investigated. The effects of CeO2 on the sintering densification process of the composite were also discussed.The results show that CeO2 can improve the density and tensile property of the composite at room temperature.The density and tensile property of the composite first increase and then decrease with the addition( 0% ~1. 80%) of CeO2 increaseing. When the amount of CeO2 is 0. 60%,there is a peak of the density and tensile strength. The sizes of CeO2 particles gather and grow with the increase of the CeO2 content. When the content of CeO2 is 0. 60%,the modification effect is the best. At this time,the average size of the silicon phase is the minimum and its morphology tends to be spherical obviously. The average diameter of silicon particles decreases from 7 μm to 5 μm or less.
The combustible load and fire development types were analyzed and heat transfer model was established based on the features of high-rise buildings. The offices of a high-rise building were taken as a special case. By using fire dynamics simulator numerical simulation,the temperature distribution of rooms and shared spaces was researched under the condition of spreading fire. The results show that the fire power of offices can rise up to 14. 27 MW in 500 s by analyzing the condition of the distribution of typical combustibles.There is an obvious stratification on the temperature of rooms and shared spaces. The room temperature can be up to about 1250 ℃. The temperature in the corridor can be up to about 165 ℃.
For a class of uncertain generalized systems with multiple time-varying delay,the robust stability problems were discussed. By chosing the proper integral form of Lyapunov function,the Jesen inequality and Schur lemma were used,and a sufficient condition of robust stability for the systems was deprived. Finally,the feasibility and efficiency of the method were verified by numerical simulation with the linear matrix inequality( LMI) toolbox in Matlab.
In this paper,the contact stress of the supporting roller at fracture and edge curling was analyzed and calculated for metal track tractor. Firstly,the force analysis was carried out with the roller in three conditions of the stationary state,the deviation of gravity center,and the tilt traction and deviation of gravity center. The theoretical calculation of contact stress was performed with the Hertz contact theory. Then,by employing ANSYS software,the three-dimensional finite element model of the roller was built and the contact stress was analyzed under the three conditions. The results show that the contact stress is maximum in the tilt traction and deviation of gravity center working condition,especially for C1302 tractor. The distribution of the maximum contact stress is at the rim flange. The contact stress of theoretical calculation is consistent with the results of the finite element analysis,and the difference between them is leas than 5%.
The method of DEA-Malmquist index is used to analyze the efficiency under transformation of the economic growth model in Henan,a representative province in the Central Plains Economic Zone. The results show that improvement of TFP supports effectively the transformation,that technological advance proves to be the only driving force with an average annual advance 2. 9%,and that the comprehensive technical efficiency turns out a backward tendency with an average annual decline 0. 8%. Provincial comparison shows that eastern coastal area wins the highest transformation performance,the western region wins a higher performance,but economic development in Henan Province suffers from the lowest performance with the increasing gap compared with other provinces. Therefore,it is suggested to take corresponding measures to promote vigorously economic transformation.
Hot deformation behaviors of 45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel were investigated in the temperature range of750 ~ 1200 ℃ and strain rate of 0.002 ~ 5s- 1on Gleeble-1500 D thermo-simulation machine. The constitutive equations based on Hansel-Spittel model were developed to model the hot deformation behavior of 45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel. The accuracy of the constitutive equations was evaluated by the correlation coefficient r. The results show that the developed constitutive equations can give a precise prediction for the hot deformation behavior of45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel.
The fuel physical property has important effects on process of spray. This paper explored the difference of acidic oil biodiesel and diesel spray characteristics at high ambient pressure in terms of spray penetration and spray angle by using high pressure common rail fuel spray system,constant volume bomb( CVB),schlieren and high-speed camera. The results reveal that acidic oil has shorter spray penetration than diesel at the same injection pressure when the ambient pressure is 2 MPa,while it is contrary when the ambient pressure is 1 MPa. Acidic oil has smaller spray angle than diesel at two kinds of ambient pressure,but acidic oil has wider and more irregular spray head than diesel.
