The descriptive survey approach was chosen because it allows for studies that include prediction, narration of events, comparisons, and conclusions based on data collected from a somewhat representative sample of the target population. The findings of this study revealed that women continue to be underrepresented in educational leadership positions in private schools, and that attitudes and challenges such as stakeholder misperception, women's role conflict between professional and personal obligations, and women's low self-esteem remain unchanged. The study's objectives were met by employing descriptive survey method. 200 teachers, 100 department heads, 100 principals, and 100 vice principals from private schools in the ten subcities participated in the survey. Totally, 500 respondents were participated. The research participants were chosen using simple random and available sampling techniques. A questionnaire was used to collect information on key instructional leadership practices, obstacles, and benefits. The survey tool created by Hallinger and Murphey, the Principal Instructional Leadership Rating Scale (PILRS), was modified and utilized by the researcher. To analyze and interpret the data obtained from these respondents, the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and mean ranking were employed. Quantitative values were identified with an average mean scores ranging from 1.00-2.49 for low, 2.50- 3.49, 3.50-4.49, and 4.50-5.00 for moderate, high, and very high, respectively. In addition to the questionnaire, a systematic open-ended eight-item interview was used to obtain data from the ten sub-city respondents. According to the data finding, instructional leaders' duties in communicating school goals, overseeing and assessing teaching, monitoring school achievement, protecting instructional time, maintaining high visibility, and promoting professional development are all at moderate and high. On the other side, curriculum coordination, teacher incentives, and student incentives are all high. Graduate employability enhancement is becoming a high priority in Ethiopian universities. Significant numbers of students are facing difficulty in getting employment in the labor market. This study examined the extent of graduate employability enhancement policies, strategies in place, and actions taken. For this purpose, a mixed research approach was employed, where six public universities and twelve industries were selected randomly and purposively respectively. A total of 324 final year students and 121 instructors were randomly selected from the public universities using simple random and comprehensive sampling techniques respectively. Additionally, six presidents, four career center heads, and 12 department heads were included purposively for the study. A total of 154 employers were randomly selected and 18 long-time unemployed graduates were contacted. Moreover, two heads of professional associations and seven industry heads were included in the study. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, document review, analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic content analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicated that although there are various policies and strategies in place to address employability both in higher education and in the labor market, there is lack of coordination and integration between the education system and the labor market as well as poor actions. Finally, the study concluded that the policies, strategies, and actions in place were not satisfactory to enhance the employability of the graduates. Thus, policymakers in higher education and the labor market should work cooperatively to improve the design and integration of effective policies and strategies that can enhance graduate employability

The goal of this study was to determine the challenges and opportunities faced by women working in leadership position at Addis Ababa University. The research looks at how challenges and opportunities affect women both adversely and favorably. The technique of data collection utilized in this study was a descriptive survey, and the instrument utilized to acquire primary data from sample respondents was a questionnaire and an interview as a primary source of data, and document analysis as a secondary source of data. A total of 100 (one hundred) respondents were chosen for the study from 5 campuses using the purposive sample approach. The year of the survey was 2021. In order to answer the core research questions and meet the study's aims, both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods were used. As a result, the gathered official reports were recorded, edited, arranged, analyzed, presented, and interpreted in connection to research questions for the study's fulfillment and effective completion. The study's findings show that women's involvement in leadership position at Addis Ababa University is still at an all-time low. Low leadership position engaged by women is due to a variety of barriers.
