
The lime nitrification device is one set of core equipment in the lime-milk preparation system.Developed for different purity,particle size of the lime material,three types of lime nitrification device such as rod and ball grinding lime nitrification device,hydrocyclone lime nitrification device,cross mixing lime nitrification device have been successfully applied in the lime-milk preparation system in many large-scale enterprises including Baosteel Group Corporation,Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corporation,Anshan Iron and Steel Company and Shougang Group.Practical application has proved that reasonably choosing different nitrification device to use in the lime-milk preparation system can improve the efficiency of lime nitrification and the quality of lime-milk preparation.The compositions,structural characteristics,technology process,design parameters and the use of occasions of the three types lime nitrification device are described.
In this paper, the preparation method of sulfonated polystyrene, which can fully solute in water, from waste foamed polystyrene is described. The optimum technological conditions are: reaction temperature:323K; reaction time: 2h; rate: n (sulfuric acid):n (propanoic anhydride)=1:1, the sulfonation degree of product is 88.4%.

An on-line standard addition method for simultaneous determination of Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg and Mn in grains by FI-MPT-AES was established in this paper. Three different smple pretreatment methods were compared. Under optimized conditions, the samples of American Standard Material (1567, 1568) were analyzed, and the results obtained were in good agreement with the certified values. The detection limits for Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg and Mn were shown to be 3.9, 18,31, 6.4 and 69 ng/ mL, respectively, and RSDs were all less than 5.5 %. The recoveries were shown to be in the range of 95.5%~114.1%.
In this paper, graft copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylamide on starch was studied,which using ceric ammonium nitrate,ammonium persulfate and ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as initiators.The best initiator was determined. Other technological parameters were determined.Under the optimum technological parameter,the ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide was 30%,the volume of initiator was 3ml,neutralization value of acrylic acid was 80%,the product can absorb distilled water 520g/g.
