The running results of high-speed filter of the main water treatment equipment in turbid circulating process in a hot strip mill of Bagang Company were analyzed,it was found there were defects in design of the high-speed filter,and then the high-speed filter was transformed to solve the problems.After the transformation,the quality of water is better than before obviously and the operation is good.

本文根据微涡流混凝原理,分析微涡流混凝反应器如何提高混凝反应,从而提高沉淀效率。并结合丹东化纤股份有限公司利用微涡流混凝反应器技术,对改造原机械加速搅拌澄清池改造的成功经验,说明微涡流混凝反应器在澄清池应用是可行性的。

In order to control effectively the environmental indicators of the weaving shop,a air-condition control is put forward,which is composed of data collection device,temperature transmitter,humidity sensor and actuating device.In the system,the automatic control is realized.Based on the virtual instrument technology,a humanized human-computer interface is designed.Experiments explains that the system owns high real-time performance and dependability,and that it has a good application prospect.

In turbid circulating water treatment process of a hot rolling mill,problems often appear in the high-speed filter such as the difficulty in controlling the backwash hydraulic pressure,failure in adjusting backwash steam strength,loss of filter materials and hardening and mixing of filter materials.Accordingly,the water quality can not meet the standard and the water amount is inadequate so that the hot rolling production is affected.The improved filter is more capable in water treatment.The system also runs smoothly.
