This study aimed to correlate between nine black soybean genotypes and three harvesting time on seeds acceleration ageing and electric conductivity in two seasons in UNPAD university top farm with split plot design. The parameters were measure seeds acceleration ageing, seeds germination and electric conductivity. The results showed in wet and dry seasons significant different between genotypes. After acceleration aging where high germination in wet season was KA3 94.00% and low was KA2 37.77%, in dry season where high germination was KH4 87.77 % and low was KA2 54, 88%.for three harvesting times the results revealed significant different in wet and dry season where high germination H2 80,37% and low was H3 68,22% in wet season and in dry season were high germination H1 76.59% and low was H356.74%. In wet and dry season electric conductivity at harvesting time and after storage 90 days the result showed that significant different between genotypes. In three harvesting times in wet and dry season at harvesting time and after storage 90 days storage the results revealed no significant different.
The advancement of improved maize varieties was directed to highly pastoralist natives and maize producing belts of settlers in Assosa Zone. The study was supported in the 2015/2016 main season with active involvement of farmers in association with Districts and Zonal bureau of agriculture. A total of nine farmers from three main maize conceivable Districts (Homosha, Assosa and Bambasi). Even though, the pairwise and direct matrices selection of farmers at the field day result showed BH547 as first in the estimating grain yield followed BH546, the overall actual mean grain yield analysis result after harvest showed BH546 the first highest in grain yield (7.9t- 1ha followed by BH547 (7.7t-1ha) and BH540 (5.8t-1ha). Recent trends show a reduction in crop productivity worldwide due to severe climatic change. Water stress is a serious problem for barley production, because it affects simultaneously many morphological, physiological and biochemical traits. The present work attempts to provide comprehensive information related to barley plant response and adaptation to drought stress by using a high throughput phenotyping approach. Morpho-physiological parameters of barley plants were collected using the Scanalyzer 3D high-throughput phenotyping platform (LemnaTec, GmbH), associated to more conventional phenotyping methods. With this approach, we could study the effects of water deficit on barley plant development in terms of early detection of plant physiological stress responses. Our results showed that some barley genotypes cultivated under water stress were comparable to the control in terms of productivity, as well as in digital indices. The doubled haploid line ‘DH2’ and the genotype ‘Safra’ were the most tolerant to water stress.

Distance education and digital learning role in agriculture extension services is a viable mechanism for the upliftment of the standard of education and in the dissemination of advanced and adequate teaching. In this way CABI has conducted digital learning needs assessment survey in Pakistan. E-Learning is dramatically improving how agricultural education is done. It is allowing greater access to more students and farmers, more efficiently, with better information. The evaluation results of the first international e-learning projects in agriculture show that much good can be done toward ensuring food security in the world if developed countries assist developing countries to implement e-learning methods. Under each major component, specific and relevant training needs questions were asked to the respondents and the collected information was systematically incorporated into an interview. Respondents from all the provinces were asked these questions to get better and diversified information. This program is aimed at spreading the use of Digital Learning amongst the college/university level students in order to bring about a technology revolution and bridge the digital divide. Unfortunately, this approach is not very popular in Agriculture sector. The main reason is the majority of the farmers are illiterate and have limited access to ICT, they are familiar with messages and voice calls but the advance web-based education system is beyond their access right now. Simultaneously the Agri. Extension department, representative of more than 1000 generic, national & multinational input supply companies have extensive network at gross root level especially in rural areas where they are providing the timely and spot on solutions of their problems which is quite enough for farmers. However, the stakeholders in agriculture sector e.g. researchers, students, representative of the input supply companies, input suppliers and the officials from academia consciously needs to update their knowledge and skills to have better understanding of the crop health issues, innovative technologies in agriculture and to acquire skills needed to boost their career growth. In this way public and private sector institutions, Universities, trainings institutions, NGO’s are offering on and off campus training programme. These courses are advertised through electronic & print media, pamphlets and nominating agency of agriculture department. However, only few universities in Pakistan except the Digital Learning & Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI) are offering digital learning courses on agriculture.
At the result of conducted geobotanical researches the phytocenosises with dominance of leguminous plants founded at hole-meadow vegetation of Mil steppe of Azerbaijan Republic were studied. Their species content, structure, ecological-geobotanical parameters, agricultural importance, the effect of climate changes to them were investigated and classification scheme was prepared. It was determined that hole-meadow vegetation is formed by 1 type, 7 formation classes, 9 formation groups and 11 associations. At the result of researches it was defined that at holemeadow vegetation the shruby-different grassy-leguminous hole-meadows formation class is represented with more widely areal that the content of founded associations here are more richer with fodder leguminous plants.
