
The measurement data of high concentration sodium in food by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with deflect or no were collected and the measurement uncertainty were evaluated. The results show that uncertainty evaluation of deflect burner is smaller then no deflect burner when the food contains higher sodium. This is due to the uncertainty of dilute for many times is avoided if the burner isnu0027t deflect.
With the deteriorated pollution situation in China, the air pollution is motioned by more and more people.Due to the small particle size and worse harms of PM2.5 , it became the focus in research.We set chengdu university of technology for sampling points and collected PM2.5 samples in 2014 November.Using potential ecological risk assessment for the heavy metal in PM2.5 . To deepen understanding its greatly potential threat for human health.
Objective To determine contents of trace elements in the Allium chinese. Methods The sample was digested by HNO3. Five trace elements including Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Mn in samples were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results It showed that the content of Ca in the sample was the highest, followed by Mg, Fe, Zn, and Mn. In addition, recoveries of these microelements were ranged from96. 18% to 101. 9%,and the RSD was less than 2. 5%. Conclusion As one of the traditional chinese medicine and Chinese food, Allium chinese contains reasonable percentage of trace elements,which could be the reference to its qualification study. The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.
Using supercritical CO2 method,ultrasonic assisted extraction and soxhlet extraction method to extract camellia seed oil,its physical and chemical index and fatty acids composition were determined,and effective components of tea pulp were analyzed. Studies show that supercritical CO2 method and ultrasonic method oil extraction rate is high, good security and process efficiency of environmental protection; Soxhlet extraction of tea seed oleic acid value is too large; From the point of tea meal effective component content, ultrasonic assisted extraction is better. Considering three extraction methods,ultrasonic assisted extraction of camellia oil quality optimal.
Objective To evaluate the effectivenss of posterior approach laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenctomy versus tradtional pancreaticoduodenctomy and study operation method and safety and feasiblity of posterior approach laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenctomy. Methods From april 2012 to march 2014,a group of 15 patients underwent posterior approach laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenctomy and another group of 15 patients underwent tradtional pancreaticoduodenctomy. The related outcomes of the two groups were compared with intraoperative and postoperative indicators. Results The laparoscopic group had significantly longer operation time [( 524 ± 77) min vs( 358 ± 72) min( t =6. 093,P = 0. 001) ] and had significantly shorter intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion [( 313 ± 101) m L vs( 417 ± 100) m L,t =- 2. 828,P = 0. 017;( 1. 2 ± 1. 0) U vs( 2. 2± 0. 6) U,t =- 3. 697,P = 0. 001] and had significantly more the number of dissected lymph nodes[( 17. 2 ± 4. 5) vs( 12. 8 ± 4. 9)( t = 2. 547,P = 0. 017) ]. No significantly differences were detected in ICU hospital stay,exhaust time, eating time of mouth,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications and R0 resection rate. Conclusion Posterior approach laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenctomy is a safe and feasible operation method compared with tradtional pancreaticoduodenctomy. The recent effect of operation is good.
Respectively using dry ashing method,high- pressure digestion and wet digestion digest standard milk powder. The manganese content in milk powder was determined by raphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that dry ashing method is the best way to digest milk powder,and the manganese content of standard milk powder was 0. 485 μg / g. The relative standard deviations( RSD) was 0. 66%. The average recoveries were 90. 4% ~ 96. 7%.
Objective To analyze the efficacy and complications of transurethral resection of the prostate( PKRP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia( BPH). Methods Our Hospital of 100 cases of elderly patients with BPH. According to the sequence of admission time will the divided into two groups,observation group( 50 cases) use PKRP treatment and control group( 50 cases) using TURP treatment,compared to two groups of efficacy and complications. Results Compared with the control group,PKRP group the average operation time,continual irrigation time,indwelling catheter time,hospitalization time was shortened,the postoperative QOL in six months,IPSS,Qmax and PRV values improved significantly( P 0. 05); the two groups had no electricity resection syndrome( TURS) and other serious complications. Conclusion PKRP is effective and safe in the treatment of BPH,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
Objective The method of the atomic fluorescence spectrometic was used to analyze trace Sb, Sn in drinking water in this paper.Methods The reducing agent was KBH4 -NaOH, and the liquid was certain HCl, The content of Sb and Sn was analyzed by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric.Results The correlation coefficient of standard curves were greater than 0.999, the RSD were 2.1%and 3.2%, the result of recovery of the method was 99.8%~102.8%.Conclusion The result showed that the method was simple, rapid, high sensitivity and less noise.It was suitable for the united determination of Sb, Sn in drinking water, and it was practicable and applicable.
目的 观察氟桂利嗪与米安色林联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择2012年12月-2015年1月佛山市第一人民医院收治的90例偏头痛患者临床资料,按照治疗时不同治疗方案分成两组,对照组40例采用氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组50例采用氟桂利嗪联合米安色林治疗,比较两组疗效及安全性.结果 研究组治疗总有效率明显大于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 氟桂利嗪与米安色林联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著且安全性高,具临床推广价值.
Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative brain disease and the most common cause of dementia. The characteristic symptoms of dementia are difficulties with memory, language, problem solving, and other cognitive skills which affects a person's ability to perform everyday activities. Trace elements have found to play a major role in the Alzheimer's disease. Nowadays, the association of trace elements in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease is more considered, and trace elements such as aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) imbalances in the amyloid beta peptides have been seen in the Alzheimer's disease This review focuses on the accumulation of trace elements aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), and zinc (Zn) in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
A method for simultaneous determination of rare earth elements in peach bought in market by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) was proposed. Sixteen rare earth elements in peach sampes were determined with nitric acid- hydrofluoric acid- hydrogen peroxide by microwave digestion. The detection limits were between 0. 004 ~ 0. 020 μg·g- 1. The precision of the method and the recovery were in the range of 0. 78% ~ 2. 96%( RSD) and 95. 0% ~ 106. 0%,respectively. The proposed method has been used in the investigation of rare earth elements distribution in peaches and the results showed that the concentration of rare earth elements in peach skin was significantly higher than that in peach pulp. The method was rapid,accurate which could be used for the determination of rare earth elements in peaches and other fruits.
Objective To establish simple and sensitive method for determination of total protein in human serum samples.Methods In pH 3.5 Britton- Robinson buffer,the adding of protein lead to great enhancement of the reonacence light scattering singal(RLS) of Chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ-Cu(Ⅱ).Based on value of RLS enhancement,the concentration of protein can be calculated.Results The method was liner in the range of 0 ~ 1.6 mg/L,the detection limit was 11.5 μg/L,the recovery was in the range of 97.5%~ 105.3%,the within run and between run CV was 1.0%and 2.4%,respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of total protein in human serum samples and the results were agreement with those reported by the hospital.Conclusions The method is sensitive,fast,simple and suitable for application.
Objective To investigate the hepatitis B PMTCT interventions integrated multiple clinical results. Methods 110 cases of chronic asymptomatic carriers of hepatitis B virus in pregnant women from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated in our hospital as research subjects,were divided into groups according to the degree of infection 1( high replication infection group) and Group 2( low copy infection group),before and after the birth of multiple injections of hepatitis B DNA vaccine,monitoring of HBV infection markers( HBVM) and HBV- DNA. Results Group 1 PMTCT was 65 cases( 97. 01%),intrauterine infection 2 cases( 2. 99%),Group 2 PMTCT rate of 43 cases( 100%),two sets of maternal hepatitis B average blocking was 98. 51%,an average of two intrauterine infection was1. 495%; when the birth of the first group and the second group of anti- HBs positive rate of up to68. 66%,respectively,93. 02%,while the first group and the first six months two groups of anti--HBs positive rate reached 94. 03%,respectively,100%,two anti- HBs( +) average of 97. 01%.Conclusion By mid- pregnancy,postpartum hepatitis B PMTCT implementation of multiple integrated intrapartum interventions to improve the rate of hepatitis B PMTCT,effectively blocking the mother to child transmission.
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of detection of HCMV in infant pneumonia and clinical application. Methods In 2013 January- December 180 cases in our hospital diagnosis for children with infantile pneumonia and serum HCMV Ig M and urine hcmv- dna detection,respectively by enzyme linked immuno capture assay( ELISA) and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction( PCR) to collect serum and urine were detected. Results 180 cases of pneumonia in infants diagnosed as HCMV infection in 72 cases,of which 54 cases of serum HCMV- Ig M positive,positive rate was75%,62 cases of urine HCMV- DNA positive,positive rate accounted for 86%. To detect HCMV with clinical follow- up survey found significantly after treatment with ganciclovir and other drugs.Conclusion HCMV infection in infants with pneumonia accounted for high rate,it can provide a basis for treatment to clinical by combined detection of serum HCMV Ig M and urine hcmv- dna,helpful to early diagnosis and early treatment to reduce complications and prognosis in patients with essential.
Objective Through examination of cerebral infarction( ACI) in the serum of the patients with D dimer( DD),homocysteine( Hcy) concentration and analysis between them and the occurrence of ACI and the infarction risk severity. Methods In the 78 cases of patients with ACI patients as the research object,according to the CT scan,to the size of the infarction area divided into 3 groups( large,medium,small) infarction group. To detect the blood of patients with DD and Hcy concentrations at the time of admission,and combined with the patients clinical symptoms and CT were analyzed. Results Blood DD in the patient group,Hcy concentration,compared with the control group,ACI DD group,Hcy were significantly increased,significant differences( P 0. 001); large infarction foci in patients with DD concentration is higher than that of middle and small infarct foci area group,pairwise comparison there were statistically significant differences between the groups; and concentrations of Hcy in different stem death foci area set of pairwise comparison is not significant difference( P 0. 01). Conclusions DD and Hcy may be involved in the pathogenesis of ACI and are independent risk factors for ACI. The concentration of DD had a predictive effect on the severity of the disease,and Hcy had no significance.
Objective To study the psychological nursing intervention on the value of CT enhanced scan quality control. Objective To study the quality control method of biochemical specimen inspection.Methods 400 cases of our hospital inspection department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was the hemolysis sample, the observation group was not the hemolysis sample.The levels of aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) , alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) and alanine aminotransferase ( ALT) were detected and compared.At the same time, the effect of the time of the control group was observed.Results In the observation group, the levels of ALT and AST levels were lower than the control group, and P <0.05, but ALP levels of the two groups no significant difference and ( P>0.05);sample storage time longer, diseases such as hepatitis B inspection rate will be significantly reduced.Conclusion Of biochemical samples prior to testing to strengthen quality control, the timely implementation of positive measures, can effectively reduce the alt, AST level to ensure sample delivery time, so as to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the test results, improve the biochemical specimens test level.
