
The application of ChatGPT-like AI generative technology in the field of supply chain logistics has injected new impetus and triggered changes in the intelligentization process of supply chain logistics,and at the same time challenged the existing legal regulation system of logistics data risk.In order to regulate the risk of logistics data brought about by it,from the three elements of data collection and processing,algorithm operation and its generative content of ChatGPT-like AI generative technology as an entry point,combined with the existing AI legislative practices at home and abroad,the corresponding legal regulation proposals are put forward from the three levels of normative construction,review and supervision,and judicial remedies,in order to promote the improvement of the generative AI logistics legal system.

随着全国高等院校课程思政工程的不断推进,结合宜宾学院背景,通过分析地方应用型本科课程思政的特点,找到《港口物流管理》这门课程在思政过程中存在的问题,并结合本地办学和地方经济发展特色,探索出《港口物流管理》课程思政实践的路径并构建了思路和框架,为全国地方应用型本科院校建设思政课程提供了一些思路.
Yueyang is a national regional central city,a national port type logistics hub city,and the second largest city in Hunan Province.The logistics location advantage is very obvious.This paper analyzes the advantages and potential of the development of the aviation logistics industry of Yueyang Sanhe Airport from the aspects of its geographical location,the development of logistics industry scale enterprises,logistics industry planning,freight hub construction and industrial agglomeration.In addition,ten cities,which have a GDP similar to that of Yueyang in recent ten years,is selected for econometric analysis,and the freight throughput of Yueyang Sanhe Airport in 2030 is predicted to be 51340 tons by using the econometric method.
With the continuous promotion of the construction of new liberal arts,the reform of ideological and political education has become more important in the curriculum education of various universities.Ideological and political education is an urgent and necessary step in teaching reform.Taking logistics engineering as an example,there are some prominent problems in the ideological and political education of specialized courses,such as a lack of resources for ideological and political education,weak comprehensive qualities of teachers in ideological and political education,and inadequate of teaching evaluation management mechanisms.These problems make it difficult to achieve the goals of ideological and political education under the background of new liberal arts.Based on this,this article explores the ideological and political education reform strategies of logistics engineering major from the perspectives of ideological and political education resource development,improvement of teachers'comprehensive ideological and political qualities and perfection of course evaluation management mechanism.The course of"Fundamentals of Mechanical Design"is used as an example to carry out ideological and political education reform design.
With the development of the global shipping market,terminal competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and its carbon emissions are also rapidly increasing.In order to control carbon emissions,terminals are actively adopting different emission reduction measures,among which the use of shore power and low sulfur oil by berthing ships are common measures.The government has also introduced relevant policies to control carbon emissions.Based on the above background,this article establishes a Stackelberg game model between terminals that adopt different emission reduction measures,studies the game results of shore power terminals and ordinary terminals considering carbon emissions,and analyzes the impact of factors such as carbon tax on the results.The results indicate that regardless of the game,carbon tax can reduce the total carbon emissions of the port area.In addition,the total social welfare increases with the increase of carbon tax and decreases with the increase of social cost of carbon emissions.
In the post-epidemic era,with the continuous improvement of people's attention to food safety and consumption quality,the cold chain logistics of agricultural products becomes a sunrise industry at present,and Guangdong Province is an important production base for fresh agricultural products.The article first analyzes the current situation of the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Guangdong Province,points out the problems in its development,and finally from the aspects of the infrastructure network,infrastructure construction,transportation service quality improvement,the green,intelligent and digital development of cold chain logistics and the construction of support system,this paper provides references and suggestions for the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Guangdong Province,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Guangdong Province.
Supply chain resilience is one of the key elements for China to accelerate the building of a new development pattern and promote high-quality development,and it is also a research focus in the post-COVID-19 era.By identifying trends in existing research that can serve as a basis for future research,this paper is based on VOSviewer and Pajek software,a statistical analysis was conducted on 459 literatures included in the Web of Science core collection database from 2009 to 2022 from six aspects,including the number of publications,countries of publication,journal sources,active authors,highly cited literatures and keywords,in order to analyze and summarize the trends in the research field of supply chain resilience by literature metrology.On this basis,the future research direction is prospected,hoping to provide some references for domestic related research.
Shared electric vehicles on campus is becoming a trend,but the corresponding number of travel accidents has also increased significantly.Campus safety construction is an important topic of campus risk management.This paper takes a university in South China as a case,firstly starts from the four dimensions of risk management of"people,things,environment and management",identifies the main risk factors of shared electric vehicle travel accidents on campus through causality analysis and Pareto analysis,and then puts forward targeted optimization suggestions according to the empirical conclusions:Firstly,at the level of drivers,drivers should cultivate good driving habits by strengthening supervision,doing a good job in time management and other methods,and improve driving skills through driving skill tests;Secondly,at the environmental level,speed bumps should be repaired and added to enhance the rain suitability of roadbed;Thirdly,at the management level,flexible scheduling should be done well.This study also further discusses the risk factors of the dimensions of electric vehicles based on the pre-investigation,and points out the shortcomings of the study,which provides references for other scholars to conduct in-depth research in the future.
This paper takes the teaching project of inventory control,outbound operation and distribution operation in the course of Warehouse and Distribution Management as an example,and carries out classroom teaching design from five aspects:overall teaching design,teaching implementation process,students'learning effect,teaching characteristics innovation,teaching reflection and improvement,and uses the five-star teaching method to explore and design the teaching mode of the course in depth in order to achieve the teaching objectives of the course,improve the teaching effect of the course,and promote the improvement of students'skills and literacy.
"Extended Producer responsibility"(EPR)is a kind of waste management system and principle to deal with the increasingly severe waste problem.It has become a basic principle to promote the recycling of electronic and electrical products.Based on the previous research results,this paper takes closed-loop supply chain as the entry point,analyzes the influence of EPR on node-point enterprises,sorts out relevant theories,extracts the main problems to be discussed in this paper,and writes a decision model.On this basis,combined with the actual operation of the closed-loop supply chain in China,based on the EPR system,in terms of EPR input and recovery rate,the impact of DFR input and recovery rate in each link of the supply chain on enterprise income,as well as the impact of government decision-making,are comprehensively considered.The two-layer programming model between government departments and each link in the supply chain is constructed.At the same time,through the empirical study of the optimal decision-making of enterprises at each node in the supply chain,the influence of government environmental regulation on their income in the supply chain is analyzed,and the optimal government intervention countermeasures are proposed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of an efficient comprehensive waste treatment mechanism.
The development of construction logistics is not only affected by the development of construction industry,but also restricted by the development of logistics industry.This paper selects seven indicators,which are total social logistics amounts,total output value of construction industry,output value of completion,total profit,operating income of construction enterprises,number of construction enterprises,and employees of construction enterprises,to study the correlation degree between construction industry and logistics industry in Hainan Province by using grey correlation degree model.The results show that all selected indicators of construction industry and logistics industry are highly related,indicating that there is a strong correlation between the construction industry and the logistics industry in Hainan,and modern logistics plays an important role in the construction industry.From the aspects of strengthening the construction logistics informatization and standardization construction,building materials supply chain alliance,green construction logistics and so on,the development strategies to promote the construction logistics in Hainan are put forward.
Industrial clusters are the main form of industrial modernization development,and studying the upgrading of industrial clusters is of great significance for China's economic development.This article uses CiteSpace to analyze the authors,institutions and keywords of 1004 literature on industrial cluster upgrading in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)CSSCI database.The results indicate that the number of publications has entered a stable period after a certain period of rapid increase;Research hotspots include innovation driven,cluster networks and global value chains.The upgrading routes can be classified into three categories:firstly,the ascent of the value chain;secondly,the overall cluster perspective on the upgrading path;and thirdly,the upgrading path under the heterogeneity of cluster enterprises.The forefront of this field lies in the area of digital transformation and upgrading.The future research direction is to establish a theoretical framework for both internal and external factors to promote cluster upgrading,explore new paths for global value chain climbing,and enrich cluster digital upgrading models.
In recent years,as people's living standards have improved and their health awareness has increased,their requirements for food safety have been enhanced.In order to meet consumers'requirements for high quality food,fresh food cold chain logistics has become an important development direction for the food industry.This paper first analyses the development status of meat cold chain logistics,then takes the Pengcheng Food Branch as an example to explore the problems in the cost control of meat cold chain logistics,and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions.
In the severe situation of rapid technological development,increasing competitive pressure,and continuous environmental turbulence,how logistics enterprises can achieve sustainable development has become a key issue that needs to be urgently solved.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to"accelerate the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy",where innovation is the primary driving force for development.Therefore,effectively activating employee innovation behavior to achieve sustainable development led by innovation has become an effective way for logistics enterprises to address this critical issue.This study uses 371 paired samples of logistics enterprise leaders and employees to empirically test the relationship between coaching leadership and employee innovation behavior in logistics enterprises.The research results contribute to promoting the proactive innovation behavior of logistics enterprise employees.

By consulting relevant materials,this paper discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of greenhouse planting of fruits and vegetables in Minqin County under the background of rural revitalization,from the aspects of greenhouse planting of fruits and vegetables in Minqin County,the basic situation of industrial growers,the initial construction scale of production base,production layout,planting area,crop varieties,product types,government policies,economic benefits,etc.this paper analyzes the development status of greenhouse fruits and vegetables,and expounds the problems existing in the greenhouse fruits and vegetables industry in Minqin County through the aspects of planting crop structure,farmers'knowledge level,mechanization level,technology promotion,brand awareness,planting cost production and marketing and so on.Finally,corresponding counter measures and suggestions are given for the existing problems,such as develop one town with one industry,one village with one product,optimizing crop variety,improving machanization,strengthening agricultural technology promotion,continuing to increase government policies,scientific planting,cost control and industrial chain development,to further promote the development of greenhouse planting fruit and vegetable industry in Minqin County,increase farmers'income and help local economic development.
In view of the characteristics of high timeliness,high cost and high risk of cold chain logistics,taking into account the constraints of time windows of intermediate nodes and destinations,the impact of transportation temperature and the difference of external temperature in different regions,and the impact of risk factors during transportation and node reloading,a mathematical model aiming at minimizing transportation costs and transportation risks is constructed and solved by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.Taking the multimodal transport network of refrigerated containers from Chongqing to Shanghai as an example,the transportation route and multimodal transport mode are determined,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out for the factors of receiving time window,which verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The results show that the algorithm can solve the effective Pareto solution set of the model,and there are differences in the Pareto solution set under different receiving time windows.The preference of transportation costs and transportation risks will affect the selection of intermodal transportation schemes.
In order to investigate the impact of regional logistics industry development and marketization degree on high-quality economic development,data from 30 provinces and regions in China were selected,a comprehensive index system was constructed to measure the development level of regional logistics industry,the super-efficiency-SBM model was used to measure the quality of economic development,the relationship between the two was tested by regression model,and the influence of the difference in marketization degree on the relationship between the two was analyzed.It is found that the improvement of the development quality of the logistics industry is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy,and the difference in regional marketization level will affect the size of the promotion effect.
