This study aims to explore the contribution of an integrated therapeutic protocol based on integrated relaxation strategies in teaching and equipping delinquent adolescents with knowledge, skills and experience related to managing psychological stress responses. The protocol includes a series of exercises inspired by levels of muscular, respiratory and mental relaxation, using key mechanisms such as body awareness through muscle group activities, followed by mental focus on differentiating between muscle tension and relaxation to enhance imaginative activity. The study adopts a combined clinical and quasi-experimental approach, with each case being studied individually, using pre- and post-measurements and follow-up measurements spread over three different periods. The sample consists of fifteen (15) juvenile delinquents. The research instruments include semi-structured interviews, two scales developed by the researchers to assess the level of psychological stress among delinquent adolescents, and a questionnaire on the delinquent adolescent's response to stress (the diagnostic protocol). The therapeutic protocol, based on integrated relaxation techniques, is then implemented. The main finding of the study is the contribution of integrated relaxation to the management of physiological, emotional, cognitive and behavioural stress responses in delinquent adolescents.

The aim of this study was to enhance the academic achievement of a child with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) through a cognitive-behavioral counseling program. The program was implemented on a single case, a 9-year-old school child with low academic achievement diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). The study results confirmed a positive impact of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program on the academic achievement of the child with Oppositional Defiant Disorder. The quarterly average increased from 4.57 to 6.38 in the second quarter, and further to 7.42 in the third quarter of the academic year 2022-2023. The rise in sexual abuse and abduction incidents has become a persistent societal problem in Pakistan which requires an inclusive response. However, one of the most neglected group out of this vulnerable population is of autistic children. The statistics from South-Asia estimate that there may be 350,000 autistic children in Pakistan. Individuals with ASD may be at an increased risk of danger including abduction or sexual abuse and might face difficulties discriminating between safe and unsafe situations. The aim of this study is to teach social safety skills --abduction and sexual abuse prevention-- to autistic children. This study employs a digital interventional methodology enabling autistic children to learn social safety skills in an easier way. An experimental design framework is selected for the purposes of this research. 6 autistic children, 5 male and 1 female, aged 12-14, sampled through convenience sampling participated in this research. Questionnaires and open-ended surveys were used as data collection tools. Results showed that the video-game methodology was effective in teaching social safety skills to children with autism. There was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test outcomes and results were maintained during a 5 week follow up.
Every art is characterized by a set of terms that its scholars have agreed upon and distinguishes it from others, and the science of Sufism, like all other sciences, has its own vocabulary that distinguishes it, as dictionaries have been devoted to it and books written about it. Among the terms closely related to this science are the terms (Saint and karamah), as Sufis considered the second to be a sign of the first, so every Saint must contain a set of karamah; However, what we wanted to explain in this research is to point out some of the deviations into which the Sufis fell in their interpretation of these two terms, such as leniency in using the word Saint, as well as equating the karamah with a miracle, and the resulting effects on the Sufi heritage in general.
Since 2003, we have been providing consultations in the fields of childhood and education, offering guidance to both children and parents to improve academic performance and elevate educational standards. In recent years, I have seized the opportunity to study a topic that has caught my attention: the influence of parental educational level on a student's academic success. It's crucial to recognize that the family serves as the primary driver in nurturing a child and ensuring their academic advancement through collaborative efforts with other educational institutions, including schools, as highlighted in this study.

This research aims to find a solution to a problem faced by most researchers in the field of human and social sciences. The problem is related to the use of the appropriate statistical method for analyzing data and testing hypotheses, choosing between the two main types of statistics: parametric and non-parametric. Choosing the statistical method is not random, but rather depends on the fulfillment of certain conditions, such as normality of distribution, sample size, homogeneity, and measurement level (nominal, ordinal, categorical, or relative), the research poses a crucial question: How does a social researcher choose the appropriate statistical method to test the hypotheses of his research?
