
近些年,社会各界对电力需求逐步提高,如何保证电力系统具有良好的安全性与可靠性,已成为业内人士关注的焦点,在此背景下,智能微电网应运而生,将智能微电网融入现代电网,可有效提升电网稳定性及电力输送能力.文章以智能微电网为研究对象,首先介绍了可靠性分析所涉及的内容,其次详细说明了分析的过程,包括建模、确定可靠性指标和进行评估,最后以相关结果为依据,围绕负荷峰值、水库容量与电网可靠性之间所存在的关系进行分析研究,得出有关结论.
With the increasing complexity of the power grid,the traditional power maintenance methods are difficult to meet the needs of current power grid maintenance. This paper designs and implements a wireless monitoring system based on wireless communication of multiple single chip computers and CC1310 modules. The system transmits data and instructions through wireless interfaces,controls the opening and closing operations of high-voltage circuit breakers,and measures their characteristic parameters. The reliability test of the system under a series of typical disturbances was carried out in the vacuum switch cabinet. The parallel experiments were carried out on the data communication demonstrator without electromagnetic interference for comparison. In addition,a signal strength experiment is designed to investigate the wireless communication effect at different distances. Through the design and test,it is proved that the design of wireless measurement and control system for high-voltage circuit breaker monitoring is feasible.
The automation equipment status assessment and maintenance work of the substation has very strict requirements for the technical personnel and the maintenance methods to carry out the work in practice. The evaluation of automatic equipment status also requires technical personnel to apply scientific ideas and methods to implement specific work. In order to achieve a better operation status of the substation,the evaluation of the automation equipment status needs to start from the selection and quantification of the evaluation index,and the rational application of the evaluation method to optimize and improve the equipment maintenance and decision work. In the process of substation operation, the application effect of automation equipment can play the supporting role of the substation in the operation of the power system.

A fault diagnosis method of three-phase reconfigurable inverter is proposed. When any power switch in the inverter has an open circuit fault,first calculate the DC side midpoint voltage and its deviation from the reference DC midpoint voltage,and determine whether the fault occurs in the power switch of the upper bridge arm or the lower bridge arm according to the polarity of the DC side midpoint voltage deviation. Secondly,reconstruct the inverter topology,calculate the DC side midpoint voltage and its deviation from the reference DC midpoint voltage again,and determine which phase the fault occurs according to the polarity of the DC side midpoint voltage deviation,so as to finally determine the failed power switch. The effectiveness and rapidity of the fault diagnosis method are verified by simulation experiments.
All dry-type power transformers should carry out partial discharge test according to the requirements of the standard. This paper discusses the test method,test process,calibration process before test,measurement and judgment method of partial discharge of dry-type power transformers. The requirements of partial discharge test in routine test and special test of dry-type power transformer are analyzed respectively,and how to correctly judge whether the partial discharge test of dry-type power transformer is qualified is explained,and the corresponding judgment method is put forward.
In order to improve the reliability of microgrid, a reconfigurable inverter with secondary fault tolerance is proposed for grid connected microgrid. When a bridge arm switching device of the inverter has a fault, the DC capacitor bridge arm is used to replace the fault phase, and the inverter reconstructs the three-phase four switch topology to realize a fault-tolerant reconstruction; When the non-fault phase switching device of the inverter has a secondary fault, the inverter reconstructs the three-phase four switch topology again to realize the secondary faulttolerant reconstruction. A compound control strategy of droop control, virtual impedance control, voltage and current control and reset pulse control algorithm is proposed to realize the secondary fault-tolerant control of the inverter. The simulation results verify the correctness of the topology of the high reliability grid connected microgrid and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
The power system is the core component of China’s energy system. The scientific and reasonable power grid dispatching is the key to maintain the stability of the power system. The scientific evaluation of power grid dispatching service quality is of great significance to the analysis of power system supply side and load side satisfaction and the adjustment of power grid dispatching plan. In this paper, the power grid system is divided into load side, supply side and power grid side, and the independent indicators of the three sides are established. Based on subjective and objective evaluation and weighted analysis, the overall dispatching service quality evaluation process of the power grid is proposed, and the overall evaluation method of the system is constructed based on the indicator model and evaluation process.
Motor is a mechanical device with complex structure, large number of parts and high requirements of assembly process, and the accuracy of motor assembly process directly affects the effect of motor usage. In this paper, we design an industrial robot motor assembly system based on virtual simulation technology, which uses industrial robots as the core and uses virtual simulation technology to operate the industrial robots to assemble motors. The introduction of the industrial robot into the motor assembly operation can easily complete complex assembly tasks, and improve the assembly accuracy and effectively reduce human resources costs. The virtual simulation-based industrial robot motor assembly system studied in this paper has a very positive effect on the improvement of the motor assembly quality, significantly improving the manufacturing qualification rate of the motor, ensuring the use of the motor effect, and is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
As an auxiliary device for the generator,the excitation transformer provides three-phase AC excitation power for the generator excitation system,which plays a key role in the safe,reliable and stable operation of the generator. The insulation performance of the excitation transformer will be affected to a certain extent after it stops running for a period of time,so it is necessary to repeatedly bake the excitation transformer to ensure that its insulation performance can meet the requirements,which not only reduces the operational reliability of the excitation transformer,but also increases the workload of the power maintenance personnel. In this paper,we propose a method for optimizing the moisture defects of excitation transformers,which can effectively improve the moisture defects of excitation transformers. The method proposed in this paper has been verified to be effective through the use of examples.
In the discontinuous random piezoelectric energy collection system,in order to avoid the problem that the collection circuit still works and consumes energy when the environmental energy is low. In this paper,a lowpower piezoelectric energy collection circuit with circuit state control is designed. When the voltage generated by the piezoelectric energy collector(PZT)is greater than the set threshold voltage,the DC-DC switching converter starts to work and perform impedance Matching to achieve the maximum power output of the piezoelectric energy collection circuit,when the voltage generated by the PZT is less than the set threshold voltage,the DC-DC switching converter stops working and enters the sleep mode,reduces the power consumption of the circuit,and increases the piezoelectric energy collection efficiency.

This paper designs and develops a virtual simulation system for industrial robots, which improves the industrial manufacturing process by reducing manual operations(such as heavy and repetitive actions or manual quality inspection). The biggest challenge of large-scale industrial robot and human cooperation is the safe and intuitive interface and design method. The paper proposes a comprehensive framework, which uses virtual simulation to realize the cooperation between human and robot. It defines a development process including five main steps, and studies it through practical cases.
自动化仓储系统能够有效缩短货物的周转时间,并能在提高仓库使用效率的同时降低仓储管理工作的强度.为进一步发挥自动化仓储系统的优势,研究人员从堆垛机系统及出入库输送系统入手,一方面了解巷道堆垛机的操作模式及运行流程,并根据实际需求设计其PLC控制系统,以实现堆垛机速度、位置等的有效控制,另一方面深入分析出入库输送系统的实际需求,并通过合理调整硬件组态和软件组态,完成PLC系统选型工作,提升该系统的电气控制水平,以期为自动化作业模式的持续发展提供参考.
With the increasing complexity of power grid, people pay more and more attention to its security and stability. The correct selection of load model is closely related to the security and stability of power grid. This paper takes the static load model as the research object, selects the classical load model of the parallel ZIP load of induction motor, and simulates it using IEEE 3-machine 9-node system. By setting three different static load models, the results of their influence on the transient stability of power system are obtained and analyzed when three-phase short circuit fault occurs. The simulation results show that the constant power model has smaller fluctuation range, stronger security and better stability than the constant impedance model. Therefore, the static load model should be carefully and correctly selected.
自主行进成套配电箱可翻转运转车系统设计的主要目的是实现载有多种硬件模块运转车系统的自动避障测距行进功能,系统具有简单、经济、可靠、智能化的特点,适合应用于配电柜在生产试验场所各小室短距离自动转运,为配电柜生产检测企业频繁流转柜体提供便利.本设计运用了多种传感器测量技术进行避障和测距控制,人工势场法全区域覆盖局部路径规划行进路径,完成道路行进作业的自主实现.成套配电箱可翻转运转车系统硬件电路设计部分包含了控制器子系统、动力和电力子系统、传感探测子系统三部分的方案论证和选择;软件设计部分对于实现系统功能的运转车系统主程序和各个子程序绘制出软件流程图并进行了理论分析.
Since the traditional electric lighting energy-saving control effect is poor and the energy consumption is high, this paper proposes a civil building electric digital lighting energy-saving control method. The method uses the brightness detector and infrared sensor to collect and control the lighting brightness data, and then transmits these data to the computer through bus communication, and adaptively adjusts the lighting on and off time according to the local sunrise and sunset time. In the above lighting time, according to the demand of lighting brightness, the PID control algorithm is used to optimize the lighting brightness parameters. The experimental results show that the power consumption of civil building lighting is reduced after the application of the energy-saving control method in this paper, which has a good energy-saving effect.
In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional power communication technology and adapt to the rapid development of energy Internet technology, this paper proposes an energy Internet of Things data service platform based on Internet of Things technology, which can provide PAAS services for widely distributed Internet users. After completing the installation of the Internet of Things products, the users can access the platform by scanning the code on their mobile phones. They do not need to pay attention to the debugging and platform operation process. They can choose the platform functions independently and obtain the corresponding data services. The service platform has well achieved the goal of reliable, economic, efficient and green operation of the power grid and the comprehensive perception and interconnection operation of various power terminals.
