
作为规避农村金融风险、满足农户资金需求的有效手段,合会的现实稳定性一直备受关注.在前人研究的基础上,利用非概率抽样方法在福建连城进行实地调研,设计17个描述性变量,运用因子分析法归纳出影响连城合会稳定性的四个关键因子:强关系网络、小规模结构、信息对称内部控制、柔性灵活参会动力,并根据不同因子对合会存续稳定的不同作用,针对性地提出规范合会存续的政策建议,以期对合会等非正规金融的稳定健康发展有所参考借鉴.
Digital images of maize canopies grown under five level of nitrogen treatment were taken with a digital camera for three times before 9-leaf stage and at the same time four plants were sampled to measure shoot dry weight,leaf area index,and shoot nitrogen accumulation in 2013.Canopy cover and 10 color indices were calculated from corn digital images by image analysis program(developed in Microsoft Visual Basic).Correlation analysis were carried out to identify the relationships between canopy cover,10 color indices and corn growth and nitrogen nutrition parameters,such as leaf area index,and shoot nitrogen accumulation etc.Stepwise multiple linear regression method and nonlinear regression method were used to establish the models to determine maize growth and nitrogen status.The results showed that canopy cover and all color indices except r and Hue showed significant correlations with shoot biomass,leaf area index,and shoot nitrogen accumulation.Canopy cover revealed the highest correlations with maize growth and nitrogen nutrition parameters.Canopy cover and more than 8color indices were nonlinearly related to maize growth and nitrogen nutrition parameters.Stepwise multiple linear regression models,constituting canopy cover and one color index,and nonlinear regression models with the independent variable of canopy cover were constructed to estimate shoot biomass,leaf area index,and shoot nitrogen accumulation.The validation results indicate that two series regression models had good ability to estimate shoot dry mater,leaf area index,and shoot nitrogen accumulation using canopy cover and color indices of color digital camera image.The validation results also indicate that the models using stepwise multiple regression method had better performance compared with the nonlinear regression model with independent variable of canopy cover.
Based on the new normality of urbanization and agricultural fiscal expenditure in China ,the relationship of urbanization ,agricultural fiscal expenditrue and farmers'consumption is analyzed through cointegration analysis , VECM model , impulse response and variance decomposition .The findings indicate that these three aspects have long-term balanced relationship .Urbanization and agricultural fiscal expenditrue can promote the farmers 'consumption.In the long term,urbanization plays a more important role than agricultural fiscal expenditrue in promoting farmers 'consumption.
The cooperative values are the cornerstone of the development of cooperatives .There are many problems in the present cooperatives which are caused by the deviation from the cooperative values of self -responsibility ,self-help,honesty, social responsibility and caring for others ,etc.The decline of cooperative values is caused by the lack of beliefs and values in the social transition period ,lack of education,collective values,the village culture with the characteristics of circle culture ,and the limitation of cooperative leaders'qualities.Countermeasures to promote the sustained and healthy development of cooperatives and strengthen the construction of the cooperative culture with values as the core are as follows:to strengthen the researches on the connotation and system of cooperative culture , deepen the education on cooperation spirits and cooperative values , rectify the nons-tandard cooperatives which violate the cooperative values ,set up advanced models of cooperatives'cultural construction ,and give full play to the exemplary role of the models .
In this paper,a novel noninvasive measurement system for measuring temperature changes in silage was introduced.This system designed on wireless sensor network technology was used to monitoring temperature at different locations in silage bin and significant growth points in the process of feed decomposition.The system adopts CC2530 as the main controlling chip.By this,the real-time temperature date in silage can be obtained and transmitted to PC by ZigBee network technology.Data collected by PC based on LabVIEW will be analyzed and processed.Proved by experiment,the system has the features of high reliability and low energy consumption,and it can monitor temperature changes in the process of making silage in effect.
本文采用了高效液相色谱法测定了崂山绿茶中邻烯丙基苯酚的残留量。邻烯丙基苯酚在崂山绿茶中的添加回收率在75.71%~83.51%,变异系数为0.46%~3.58%,最低检出量为3.8ng。其消解动态方程为C=4.860 0e-0.240 7t,r=0.992 4,半衰期为3.06d,降解率达90%。当施药量为1.25g/L时,收获前9d的最终残留量为0.092mg/kg。
In the current study,the generation of new germplasms by means of irradiation combined with tissue culture was studied.The newly-sprouted storage roots of Xushu 22 as materials were irradiated by60Co-γrays at the doses of 0,10,20,30 and 50Gy respectively.The sprouted sweet potato seedlings obtained were disinfected on the surface.Then,the leaves and petioles were taken out as explants and cultured on the induction medium supplemented with 0.05mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5mg/L KT.The formed calli were transferred on the medium containing 3.0mg/L BAP.The rest of the seedlings without the leaves and petioles were cut into stem segments and placed in the MS basal medium to promote the axillary buds to grow into plants.The results indicated that,with the increase of the irradiation dose,the formation rate of adventitious roots from leaf and petiole explants decreased obviously.At the dose of 20 Gy,the adventitious root formation rate was becoming approximately half of the control group without irradiation.Likewise,the rate of the axillary buds from inoculated stem segments to grow into plants was also apparently reduced as the irradiation dose increased.With the irradiation dose being 30 Gy,the survival rate of plantlets obtained was about half of the control group.Therefore,it is concluded that the optimal irradiation dose of 60Co-γrays is between 20 and 30Gy.
This study aimed to clone and express of recombinant infectious Bovine rhinotraeheitis virus(IBRV)gEgene.Specific primers were designed,and gE gene were ampilified by PCR.The PCR product were purifiedand ligated into pGEM-T3 vector,The target DNA fragments were separated by EcoRI and BamHI and purifiedThen the gE were ligated into the prokaryotic expression vector pET-32 a,which was double-digested with the EcoRIand BamHI.The gene of gE were expressed with N-terminal His-tag fusion proteins by IPTG inducton in E.coli BL21(DE3).S The results of protein expression were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.The results showed that IBRV gE protein were 87 kD.The purified gE protein =0.4mg/mL(0.123A)which were examined by ELISA and western blot.The recombinant protein could react with the antibody against IBRV by western bolt,and with good antigenicity.
The recognizing and converting system of the sweater Hollowed-out patterns,is designed and realized by Visual Basic,using Visual FoxPro database management system to manage data,and the ADO control objects to connect to the database.There are five functional modules in the system.Image inputting module is used to input the pattern into the system from a disk file;pattern digitizing module is used to convert each weave symbol in the pattern into a certain size lattice data and store it in a database file;pattern template managing module is used to design a standard template data for each weave symbol and store it in a database file;pattern recognizing module is used to identify each knitting symbol in the pattern and store the recognition results in a database file;pattern data converting module is used to convert the data into sweater knitting machine data and store the result into a database file.It provided a simple,convenient and practical tool for the sweater knitting enthusiasts.

In order to investigate the connection between changes of potosystem activity and photosynthetic capacity of tree peony leave during the aging process,premature senescenc Roufurong and late period senescence Juanyehong were used as material in this experiment and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),chlorophyll content and photosynthetic activity were studied through analyzing chlorophyll a fluorescence transient and 820 nm transmission.The results show that:the Pnand chlorophyll content decreased in the same trend in the aging process of tree peony,but Roufurong decreased faster than Juanyehong.It was also found that the damage in electron acceptor side of PS Ⅱ was greater than the electron donor.The density of RCs per CS(RC/CSo)was significantly decreased by analyzing the fluorescence parameters.PSⅠ activity also decreased significantly at the same time.PSⅡ and PSⅠactivity of Roufurong declined more than that of Juanyehong.So we draw a conclusion:the faster decline of potosystem activities of PSⅠ and PSⅡand severer deterioration of electron transfer activity are two of the most important reasons to cause earlier senescence in premature senescence of tree peony.
In order to improve the transaction success rate in P2 Pfile sharing system,to encourage nodes to contribute own resources to the network positively,and to increase the cyber source,a incentive mechanism based on dynamic topology is proposed in this paper according to the current situation of the lack of effective incentive mechanism in large scale P2 Pnetworks.The experiments and analysis results show that,the incentive mechanism promotes the network healthy and sustainable development based on topology optimization,ensure the P2 Pfile sharing system work normally,and improve the performance of the network.
One bacillus strain was isolated and purified from the faeces of healthy Holstein named K.Morphological observation,biochemical tests,16 SrDNA sequencing,etc.were conducted.Experimental results showed that strain K Gram stain was positive,spore staining was green.Its shape was a long rodshaped bacteria,and spores was oval.Common sugar alcohols could be fermented;Indole test was positive;Catalyst test was positive;It could produce amylase;It also could liquefy gelatin.16 SrDNA sequence homology comparison results showed that the strain K was identified as Bacillus subtilis strain.So it provided theoretical basis for developing probiotic preparations in ruminats.
In this paper,we synthesized three new Schiff bases containing 8-hydroxy quinoline unit by the combination of 8-hydroxy quinoline derivatives and 4-Hydrazine-N-(2-ethylhexyl)-1,8-Naphthalimide.Their structures were characterized by IR,NMR and HRMS spectra.The corresponding photophysical properties were studied by UV-visible and fluorescence spectra.The results show that a strong absorption was observed around 440~460nm and the emission around 500~550nm for each of Schiff bases with 8-hydroxy quinoline unit.Not only the corresponding absorption and emission were found red shift along with the increase of the conjugation,but also the emission of each compound appears red shift with the increase of polarity of solvents.This is because a polar solvent is proportional to the Stoke's shift,which means that the emission of the moleculars are caused byπ-π*transitions.
Synechocystis PCC 6803 mutant strainΔggtCDΔggpR(ΔΔ)can produce and secrete glucosylglycerol into the medium under salt stress condition.9kinds of resins,as well as a powder activated carbon were compared for the effects on adsorption and separation of glucosylglycerol.The results showed that the activated carbon performed better on separation of glucosylglycerol from both high concentration of standard solution and cyanobacterial cultures containing 600mmol/L NaCl.The optimized adsorption and elution conditions were as follows:5g of activate carbon for product absorption,50% ethanol(v/v)for product elution.Under these conditions,the percentage of adsorption and elution can reach 83.87% and76.57%,respectively.The establishment of this method will promote the application of glucosylglycerol production by photosynthetic cyanobacteria.
At present,the ice and snow on the main road are often cleaned by large-scale cleaning machine.However,the cleaning work has to be performed manually on some narrower streets,for example in communities and schools.Such places are mostly crowded.Different from places simply covered by the snow,ice and snow are combined together because of stepping and melting.Therefore,we designed a kind of low-cost and easy-operated light cleaning machine.This kind of machine is powered by the mini gasoline engine,breaking the ice using broken device.And then it could collect the broken ice and snow by the collected device.We can carry the ice and snow to where it could be unloaded after the container is full.This machine is easy-operated and practical.We got good experimental performance after we tested the sample machine,thus it completely reached our expectation in terms of the proposed technical parameters.
Using conventional paraffin method and the microscopic photography,stems and leaves of Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC were studied to observe the anatomical structures and the root structures of different years were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that:the secondary structure of root was composed of periderm and secondary vascular tissue.The roots of different years had similar structures,but with the different ages of the root,the length and the diameter of the root,the thickness of periderm,the ratio of phloem area and xylem area,the number and the arrangement of vessels in secondary xylem were different.Among them,there was a significant relationship between the arrangement of vessels and the age of the root,that was to say,the age of the root could be judged through the arranged laps of the vessel group.In addition,the structure of the stem included epidermis,cortex and vascular cylinder.The vascular cylinder was in a cycle,which wasnu0027t separated by wide pith ray,so that there werenu0027t obvious and independent vascular bundles in the cross section.This structure was different from that of the stem of general herb dicotyledonous plants.The leaf structure consisted of the epidermis,mesophyll and vein.It was typical bifacial leaf,and it was found that there were stomata only on the lower epidermis of the leaf.
7isolates of Botryosphaeria dothidea were isolated and purified from apple fruits and xylem of cherry stem,and the mycelia growth-rate method was employed to determined the toxicity of 6fungicides to these isolates.Results showed that toxicities of tested fungicides from the biggest to the smallest were fludioxonil,tebuconazole,thiophanate methyl,difenoconazole,pyrimethanil and azoxystrobin respectively.Different isolates showed different sensitivity to the fungicides.All isolates were sensitive to fludioxonil,tebuconazole,thiophanate methyl relatively,and the value of EC50 of all isolates was lower than 1μg/mL,the toxicity of the 3fungicides to the most sensitive isolates was 7.5times、13.67 times and 9.14 times respectively compared to the most tolerant isolates.All tested isolates showed a little bit lower sensitivity to difenoconazole than the 3fungicides mentioned above,the value of EC50 was between 0.51~2.27μg/mL.Pyrimethanil and azoxystrobin showed lower virulence to the 7isolates,and can not be used as a fungicide to control apple ring rot disease.Only isolates 1010 looks like more sensitive to pyrimethanil,the EC50 value is 0.02μg/mL,but the slope(b value)of the toxicity regression line is too moderate,so the EC95 is up to 2.95×104μg/mL,and this fungicide also lost the value of practical application.
