
蔡沈《书集传》从道德主体的人格、道德实践的模式以及道德生活的视域三个方面对程朱的伦理思想进行推进。蔡沈《书集传》严格区分了圣人与贤人两种最高的道德主体人格,认为两者不可贯通,但主张成为贤人比成为圣人更能体现人的崇高性。蔡沈《书集传》区分随顺与持敬两种道德实践模式,认为前者包含后者,前者是圣人的专利,后者则属于贤人。蔡沈亦将随顺从被动的应物状态改造为主动的道德行为,使得程朱伦理思想的自律性得以突显。蔡沈《书集传》还通过构建出德性生活与政治生活的交互结构,揭示了德性与政治的内在关联,使得程朱的理学思想在政治领域得以进一步完善。
The traditional manual moxibustion therapy has poor positioning accuracy,high physical requirement for doctors,diffuse smoke and scald risk during the treatment process.Therefore,a 4-DOF moxibustion assistant robotwasdesigned based on robot technology.The coordinate system of the robot was established by D-H parameter method,and the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot were calculated.The robot model was built and simulated with the Robotics Toolbox in MATLAB,and the displacement and trajectory diagram of the robot end,as well as the Angle,angular velocity and angular acceleration change curves of each joint were obtained.The results showed that there was no impact or jam in the simulation process of the robot,and the kinematic performance was good,which verifies the rationality of the robot model.
Objective To compare the difference between psychological age and chronological age in community elderly in Nanchang,and to investigate the factors influencing psychological age.Methods The general biological and social characteristics(gender,age,education level,health status,environment satisfaction,recreational activities,difficulties,setbacks,etc.)were investigated in Nanchang community residents aged 60 years or older.The psychological age was measured using the Psychological Aging Self-Check Scale.Results Among the 110 community elderly residents investigated,psychological age was less than chronological age in 106(96.36%,psychological age was less than 60years).Furthermore,the psychological test scores increased with age(F=3.409,P=0.020).The factors influencing psychological age included age,health status,environmental satisfaction,recreational activities,difficulties and setbacks.Conclusion In general,the psychological age is less than chronological age in Nanchang community elderly.The main reasons leading to the difference include health status,environmental satisfaction,frequency of recreational activities,difficulties,and setbacks.Therefore,the physical health should be more concerned,social support and humanistic care should be given and social activities should be encouraged to promote the mental health of the elderly.
Since the existing intellectual property system in the protection of traditional knowledge exists drawbacks and shortcomings,in ordor to strengthen and improve the protection of traditional knowledge,this paper discusses the following two aspects. From the national level,based on the use of existing intellectual property system,countries need to develop special systems to protect traditional knowledge. From the international level,countries must work together with the United Nations,UNESCO,WIPO,especially the WTO,including the various international organizations,to promote the protection of traditional knowledge and coordination of international legislation.
In this paper,wind power spindle brake discs were carried out on three-dimensional solid model by ANSYS,while mechanical stress and thermal stress field were performed for this model of emergency braking. The results showed that the brake disc mechanical stress and thermal stress field both present a symmetrical distribution.Among them,brake disc mechanical maximum stress was shown on the outermost bolt holes for 39. 79 MPa; Thermal stress field,the maximum thermal stress occurs when braking time 7. 89 s,located inside of the friction zone and non-friction zone at the junction to reach 289 MPa; Both less than the material yield limit of 345 MPa,and the maximum thermal stress was greater than mechanical stress. Thus the thermal stress was the main factor that caused the failure of brake disc.
Biological organism aging,a biologically spontaneous and inevitable process,is characterized by the recession of biological organ structure and function and the decrease in adaptability and resistance to environment.It is associated with the chronic upregulation of inflammatory mediators at low rates.Leukotriene is an arachidonic acid derivative that has high biological activity.As an important inflammatory mediator,leukotriene is involved in the process of chronic inflammation with age.This paper reviewed the biological function of leukotriene and its relationship to biological organism aging.
The proof difficulty of the bribery crime of influence limites its operation. The criminal presumption is in favor of cracking the litigation deadlock caused by proof difficulty. As the supplementary means of judicial proof,criminal presumption is available in the litigation. But based on the nature of presumption's probability we should also regulate strictly the application of presumption of fact and the foundation of the presumption of law. Presumption is in the junction among the substantive law and the procedure law,if we want to solve the proof difficulty thoroughly,we should rethink and perfect our criminal legislation by shortening the distance between the substantive law and the procedure law with the help of presumption.

The practices of the Skills Literacy of Journalism Education in a community of the United States by the Brooklyn College,City University of New York( CUBC),Brooklyn Information Culture Center( BRIC) and the Brooklyn Public Library( BPL) illustrate a number of social organizations have involved in the skills literacy of journalism education which prompts the media education to the broader areas and which indicates that in- depth transformation of media education. Journalism skills education will be an important and even core content of media education. And it is necessary to integrate university journalism education in university and media literacy education by social organization to construct a convergence media education system by pluralistic society organizations.

The sense of belonging came into being with the human being,but the attention paid to it and research to it is in the modern society. In modern society,the capital logic brings people under the protection of the traditional communities into cities,the flow of urban life spawned atomism relationship,making modern people generally feel that the loss of the sense of belonging and fragmentation of life world,a sense of unworthiness,a sense of no purpose,a sense of meaninglessness enveloped the modern human heart. Thus it constitutes the living environment of the modern people's pursuit of freedom and the ownership of the yearning.
Objective To study the correlations between the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods According to the results of coronary angiography,238 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were divided into coronary heart disease (CHD)group (n = 162)and non-CHD group (n=76).Patients with CHD were subdivided into group A (LDL-C≤2.4 mmol·L-1 ,n=98)and group B (LDL-C>2.4 mmol·L-1 n=64).The levels of total cholesterol (TC),triacylg-lycerol (TG),LDL-C,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and HbA1c were measured in all patients.The severity of coronary artery disease was assessed using the Gensini score,and the correlations between TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and HbA1c levels and Gensini score were ana-lyzed.Results Compared with non-CHD group,levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HbA1c increased and levels of HDL-C decreased in CHD group (P <0.05).No correlations were found between TC and TG levels and Gensini score in CHD group (r =0.079 and 0.101,respectively;P >0.05). However,Gensini score was negatively correlated with HDL-C level (r=-0.168,P <0.05),and positively correlated with LDL-C and HbA1c levels (r=0.692 and 0.689,respectively;P <0.01). In addition,Gensini score was positively correlated with HbA1c level in group B (r=0.381,P <0.01),but was not correlated with HbA1c level in group A (r=0.195,P >0.05).Conclusion The levels of LDL-C and HbA1c are independently associated with the severity of coronary artery disease.Simultaneous increase in the levels of LDL-C and HbA1c is a significant predictor of the severity of coronary artery disease.
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and gastrin(GAS)in patients with chronic peptic ulcer or gastric canc-er.Methods The levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS were respectively determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and radioimmunoassay in 80 patients with chronic peptic ulcer(chro-nic peptic ulcer group),80 patients with gastric cancer(gastric cancer group)and 50 healthy sub-jects(control group).Results The levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS were,respectively,(8.55± 5.44)μg·L-1 and(42.36±12.44)ng·L-1 in control group,(18.21±9.81)μg·L-1 and(54.68± 13.81)ng·L-1 in chronic peptic ulcer group,and(26.91±10.80)μg·L-1 and(75.29±13.48)ng·L-1 in gastric cancer group.Compared with control group,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS sig-nificantly increased in both chronic peptic ulcer group and gastric cancer group(P <0.05).Com-pared with chronic peptic ulcer group,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS significantly increased in gastric cancer group(P <0.01).Compared with female patients,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS significantly increased in male patients(P <0.05).Compared with patients older than 50 years of age,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and GAS significantly increased in patients 50 years of age or younger(P <0.05).In addition,serum TGF-β1 and GAS levels were positively associated with cancer cell invasion,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Moreover, TGF-β1 levels were positively correlated with GAS levels in TNM stage Ⅰ - Ⅲ patients(P <0.05),but not in TNM stage Ⅳ patients(P =0.05).Conclusion The over-expression of serum TGF-β1 and GAS is correlated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
Objective To construct a recombinant adenovirus vector expressing human peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ).Methods PPARγcDNA from human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)was digested with AgeⅠ and NheⅠ and inserted into the plasmid CMV-MCS-SV40-EGFP to generate a recombinant shuttle plasmid.Then the recombinant shuttle plasmid and framework plasmid pBHG loxΔE1,3Cre were recombined with Cre/loxP system to produce the adenovirus vector expressing PPARγ(Ad-PPARγ).The Ad-PPARγwas transfected into HEK293 Tcells for package,amplification,purification and titer determination.Results The PCR and sequence analysis showed that the Ad-PPARγwas constructed successfully.Western blot analysis confirmed that the transfection with Ad-PPARγsignificantly up-regulated the expression of PPARγin HUVECs.Conclusion The Ad-PPARγ was successfully constructed and markedly up-regulated the expression of PPARγin HUVECs.
Three typical soil samples polluted by heavy metal were collected near the smelter and marked with no repair soil(A),under repairing soil(B)and the phytoremediated soil(C),the physical and chemical properties as well as the total heavy metals of the soils were determinated and analysed,and then assessed by the single pollution index and Nemerow pollution index,Hakanson index method was applied to ecaluate the heavy metals potential ecological risk.The results showed that:before soil phytoremediation comprehensive pollution index P=15.24,the soil belongs to high levels of pollution,with strong comprehensive hazard.6kinds of heavy metals Zn,Cd,Cu,As,Pb,Mo are accumulated in the soil with different degree,and the accumulate degrees of Cd、Cu、As is the most serious.Contention of Cr,Ni,Mn are lower than background values of the soil,which belongs to cleanness elements.After phytoremediation,all the heavy metal content are reduced,the comprehensive pollution index of soil P3,the comprehensive ecological potential harmfulness of soil is reduced significantly,which was in moderate pollution,Cd is still has a strong potential ecological risks,As with moderate potential ecological risk,Cu with minimal potential ecological risk.
Based on the quasi-static test results of 10 full-scale frame joints strengthened by self-compacting concrete,the hysteretic behavior of strengthened joints under different initial force,different initial axial compression ratio and different interface treatments were investigated. Considering the stiffness degradation,the tri-linear resto-ring force model of frame joints strengthened by self-compacting concrete was proposed,and the expression of resto-ring force model was given. Combined with the test results,the effectiveness of the restoring force model was valida-ted. The results showed that the seismic performance of the frame joints strengthened by self-compacting concrete was more effective. The skeleton curve of proposed restoring force model was very close to the experimental values, and this model can be use to analyze the elastic-plastic dynamic response of frame joints strengthened by self-com-pacting concrete and the seismic strengthening design.
The current stuy aimed to investigate the deposition regularity of selenium on rat's kidney,liver,heart and bones after been fed with different forms of selenium.The rats were fed by gavage once a day for4 weeks with organic selenium(L-SeMC),inorganic selenium(Na2SeO3),vitamin E and supplements(containing L-SeMC、Na2SeO3 and procyanidins),respectively.The samples of kidney,liver,heart and bones from the sacrificed rats were collected and digested by a wet digestion protocol.Total selenium content was determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(AFS).In this study,we found that the deposition of selenium in rats tissues increased after fed with the two forms of selenium in the experiment.Moreover,when compared with organic selenium/VE group,organic group and VE group,the total selenium content in the selenium/VE group was significantly higher than the other two groups except in kidney(P0.05),indicating that VE accelerated the deposition of selenium in rat tissues.Different doses of supplement groups revealed that the tissues selenium content was proportional to the dose of supplements.But the selenium deposition in supplements group was lower than the organic/inorganic group with the same dose of selenium.It could be speculated that procyanidins might inhibit the deposition of selenium in tissues.In conclusion,different forms of selenium exhibited good effects of selenium deposition in rat tissues.Combination of organic selenium and VE significantly increased the total selenium content.Within certain limits,the tissue selenium content increased with the dose of selenium raised.
Using AVL FIRE software to numerically simulate the spray characteristics and combustion charac-teristics of JX493ZLQ3 diesel engine burning diesel,B20,B50,and B100. Simulation results showed that biodiesel fuel atomization effect was poorer,and biodiesel have high cetane number,low calorific value,the pressure rise rate was gentle,which can make diesel engine work more downy,and make the noise falling,and oxygen in biodiesel,can improve the combustion. The diesel engine have a drop in dynamic performance when the high blending quantity biodiesel using in diesel. But the small blending quantity biodiesel using in diesel were helpful on diesel engine of dynamic performance and fuel economy.
The atmospheric samples in three typical districts of Changzhou city during the period of 2011~2012were collected and measured.The data were processed and analyzed with the mass concentration to be differential mode.The results showed that a typical bimodal type of PM10 distribution existed,with the peaks occurred in 13~3.9μm and 1.3~0.51μm,respectively.Therefore,there could be at least two different types of pollution sources in Changzhou.Mass concentration distribution forecasting curve and measured curve were found in a similar change trend,and the peak occurred in 6.95~10.65μm and 1.04~6.95μm,respectively.These results suggested that four times polynomial function could well describe the bimodal distribution of PM10 in Changzhou.PM10 on average accounted for 82.86 percent of PM30,PM2.5on average accounted for 51.52 percent of PM10.Therefore,PM10 and fine particles were still the main pollutant ambient air.
High concentration of uric acid in the body will lead to high uric acid hematic disease,which can cause gout attacks.Xanthine oxidase catalyzes hypoxanthine to xanthine and then to uric acid.In order to provide the basis for a healthy diet,to reduce or prevent the occurrence of gout disease,this article studied in vitro inhibitory effect of ethanol extracts of 41 kinds of common vegetables on xanthine oxidase activity. At the dose of 500 mg·L-1 ,24 kinds of extracts exhibited inhibitory activity to xanthine oxidase,and even Artemisia selengensis Turcz extract’s inhibition rate was higher than 50%.Four kinds of the vegetable ex-tracts which had stronger activities among all 40 vegetable extracts were the ethanol extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz,Coriander,Red pepper and Snow peas.Their inhibition rates were 65.7±0.26%,44.2± 0.1%,40.1±0.12%,and 36.6±0.35% respectively.Results of in vivo animal experiments showed that four kinds of extracts all had uric acid reduction effect on high uric acid hematic disease model mice caused by oxygen oxazine acid potassium,and also could inhibit the activity of the liver xanthine oxidase.The ex-tract of Artemisia selengensis Turcz behaved the most remarkable action.
In the current study,the interaction of sodium cyclamate with bovine serum albumin(BSA)under simulative physiological conditions(pH 7.4)was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy technique.The observed result of fluorescence quenching indicated that a ground state complex was formed between sodium cyclamate and BSA,resulting in the intrinsic fluorescence quenching of BSA.The binding constant K at25°C was calculated to be 3.05×103 L mol-1,and the number of binding sites were approximately equal to1.The calculated enthalpy change(ΔHθ)and entropy change(ΔSθ)values by Van't Hoff equation was-3.46KJ·mol-1 and 48.23J·mol-1·K-1,respectively.These findings suggested that hydrophobic interactions and hydrogen bonding were the main forces to maintain the stability of the BSA-sodium cyclamate complex.The site markers competitive experiments revealed the binding of sodium cyclamate to BSA primarily in the subdomain IIA(Site I)of BSA.Analysis of synchronous fluorescence spectra demonstrated that the hydrophobicity around tryptophan residues increased and the polarity weakened,but there was no obvious effect on the microenvironment of tyrosine residues of BSA.Moreover,the effects of some metal ions on the binding constant of BSA-sodium cyclamate interaction revealed that the presence of Zn2+and Mg2+could increase the stability of the BSA-sodium cyclamate complex,while the stability of the complex decreased in the presence of Ca2+,Fe3+and Cu2+,respectively.
