Adult hippocampal neurogenesis (AHN) has been widely studied in many aspects. AHN is showed to have causal relationship with depression and anxiety. Experimental data showed that sex hormones and sex hormone receptors can be a factor that modulates AHN. However, few studies have focused on sex hormones’ effect on exercise-induced neurogenesis, which the detailed mechanism is unknown to people. In this paper, we designed the experiments to find a casual relationship between sex hormones (receptors) and exercise-induced neurogenesis. We utilized castration (TX) and ovariectomy (OVX) to control the hormone level within the rats’ body. Noteworthy, we also tested how can the numerical ratios of androgen to estrogen and androgen receptors to estrogen receptors affect exercise-induced neurogenesis by using conditional gene knockout and Cre recombinase. If the results turn out to be consistent with the hypothesis that the level of sex hormones and sex hormone receptors have influences on exercise-induced neurogenesis and depression-like behavior, we can put forward a treatment on anxiety disorders concerning the combination of exercise and sex hormone regulation.
With the development of new public management theory, the functions of the government are constantly changing, and the masses of the society have more and more requirements and expectations for the government. As the users of government power, civil servants have an irreplaceable role and status, which is also a challenge to the quality of civil servants. How can we improve the enthusiasm of civil servants, work efficiency, loyalty and sense of belonging, which requires a series of incentive mechanisms to achieve the corresponding effect. This paper mainly studies the incentive mechanism of civil servants' human resources to provide new ideas for the construction of civil servants' human resources incentive.

Survey findings reveal that students liked blended learning but thought the course was still difficult.
Bilingual development of children who grow up in dual language environment is often the biggest concern of their parents. In bilingual families, most children grow up to speak the majority language very well, but some may have problems using the minority language, which is usually their ethnic language. However, there are also some children who managed to master both languages well when they grow up, which leads to the following questions: why do some bilingual children can successfully master two languages, while others can't? What are their differences? And what are their methods? Last but not least, what methods can help children who grow up in a bilingual environment to better develop their bilingual learning? This is the topic to be discussed in this paper. We would record the exposure time of children in two languages, and analyze the data to explore the impact of language exposure time on children's bilingual learning. We would also use Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test to compare the receptive vocabulary size of children in families who use two different types of language learning methods, one is the “one-language-one-parent” method, and the other is the “two-parent-one-language” approach, so as to explore the effectiveness of these two different learning methods for bilingual learning and development. We expected the “two-parents-one-language” method to be more effective. The significance of this study is to help bilingual children to find better ways to learn their two languages. It also provides a reference for parents and educators who are anxious to find suitable learning methods. This study can help them objectively deal with the experimental results and choose more appropriate methods for their children.

Then the information gain method is used to partition the risk assessment results of the P2P platform, and finally the effect of the partition is evaluated.
Hiring Bias has always been a popular topic.Especially in recent years, it has aroused great concerns from all walks of the society as the development of economy and culture. It is undeniable that women still somewhat suffer from discrimination in the employment. In China, some of the younger generation even choose to voluntarily state that they have no plans to have children in the next few years to ensure that they can avoid hiring discrimination as much as possible and thus get hired. From this phenomenon, we generate the idea that design an experiment to explore the influencing factors in hiring bias under the context of Chinese labour market. In this work, we develop a preliminary hypothesis that becoming pregnant and taking maternity leave is a significant factor of hiring bias, and try to use filed study to conduct the experiment.Basically, we propose to send resumes to real job openings of entry-level positions in real estate industry during the season of campus recruiting and measure the call-back rates. This work is a 2 by 2 design with male and female resumes and either with or without an additional statement saying that the applicant does not plan to have children. The predicted result is male has a higher call-back rate than female in general, while call-back rate of female-with-statement are higher than female-without-statement, which is the same in male group. But the difference between call-back rates of with-statement and without-statement are lower than female's.As a conclusion, gender discrimination exists during the hiring process while becoming pregnant and taking maternity leave is a significant factor. And potential gender bias does exist in employment which has already turned into discrimination against women and fertility.Through this study, we expect to gain a deeper understanding of hiring bias and find out the significant influencing factor, so that we can better improve the current situation of gender discrimination in Chinese labor market.
This paper reviews the disadvantageous position of migrant students in urban areas since numerous people hold a wrong notion that migrant students are so fortunate to go to urban schools and accept relatively more developed instructions on schoolwork. However, there are still many barriers for migrant students to have equal access to quality education as local urban students. This paper will investigate external and psychological factors contributing to this situation and illustrate the possible influence on migrant students. First, in terms of external factors, it is common for migrant students to be discriminated against by local citizens. Secondly, some migrant students attending local migrant schools are threatened by the weak teachers. In addition, the absence of parental care in children’s growth results in some behavioral problems, and the lack of parental supervision in schoolwork tends to cultivate many unhealthy study habits. Regarding migrant students’ psychological condition, they are inclined to have some mental problems. The inferiority complex is a negative mental state of migrant students due to the contrast between rural life standard and urban life standard, and loneliness is mainly caused by insufficient interactions between migrant students and local citizens. Moreover, the identification problem mirrors migrant students’ distinct definitions of their identity. Overall, the disadvantages curbs migrant students’ integration into the urban society, and in the long-run, their future development.

After the online series Word of Honor aired in 2021, “nisu ( 泥塑 )”, which refers to fans giving male characters traditional feminine traits in their second creations, became more frequent in Chinese fan culture. This “idiosyncrasy”, once marginalized by mainstream fans, seems to be going mainstream. This study attempts to take the image of Zishu Zhou in Word of Honor (2021) as a starting point to explain the emergence of this phenomenon from the perspective of female gaze. Its significance for the development of feminism and gender issues in China will be discussed as well. Online observation and semi-structure interview were both used in this study. 10 straight female fans of Zishu Zhou were interviewed to analyze their behavior, discourse and attitude. It is found that the rise of nisu culture on the one hand reflects the increasing awareness of female empowerment and the rebellion against reality. On the other hand, the stereotype of gender dualism has not been completely broken. Gender mobility still has a long way to go.
