
With the development of economy,joint venture cooperation,risk sharing,mutual benefit and win-win between different economies have become the norm.However,in the development process of gas stations,there is a one-sided understanding of joint venture cooperation,blind projects,and even abuse of joint venture cooperation.A correct and comprehensive understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of joint venture cooperation in gas stations,a comprehensive assessment of risks,and the risk style measures throughout the whole process are the only way for the success of joint venture cooperation in gas stations.This article analyzes the main risks in the early stage of joint venture cooperation and the operation process of joint venture companies,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures,which has certain guiding significance for the joint venture cooperation practice of gas stations.
Existent gum is an important technical index to measure the oxidation stability of diesel products,which is closely related to the quality of oil products.This paper introduced the standard methods GB/T 509-1988 and GB/T 8019-2008,analyzed the usage situation,differences and existing problems of them.Through experiments,This paper investigated the difference of measurement results between the two methods,analyzed the influence factors of evaporative bath temperature,evaporation medium,gas flow rate,evaporation time,equipment,sample size and other factors on the existent gum content of diesel oil and its reasons,and put forward the optimization direction of the method suitable for the actual gum determination of diesel oil,to provide reference for the compilation and revision of relevant standard methods.

As an energy and chemical raw material,oil and gas has an important strategic position in China's economic operation,and the demand will remain high and stable in the future.China's oil and gas supply is highly dependent on the foreign countries.Under the global changes of a magnitude not seen in a century and the frequent occurrence of black swan and gray rhino incidents,China's oil and gas supply is facing uncertainties and risks.With the status that domestic oil and gas production is limited,storage and transportation system is weak,imports mainly rely on sea transportation,and coal-to-oil and gas production capacity has limited contribution to oil and gas supply,it is proposed that core demand for oil and gas should be ensured first in extreme cases.It is recommended to make overall optimization,vigorously promote the increase of oil and gas storage and production,improve the oil and gas storage and transportation system,optimize the overseas oil and gas supply structure,strengthen the construction of import channels,and steadily develop coal chemical industry.Based on the above objectives,timely adjustments to policies and institutional mechanisms.
When the life cycle of oil and gas wells is over,they need to be abandoned.Taking into account factors such as well type,market conditions,and local variations,the cost of plugging and abandoning oil and gas wells may vary widely.The analysis of the factors affecting the abandonment cost of oil and gas wells is a necessary condition for fulfilling the abandonment obligation safely and economically.This paper has investigated the relevant articles and case studies on the abandonment of oil and gas wells at home and abroad,summarized ten factors affecting the abandonment cost of oil and gas wells,which has certain reference significance for the evaluation of abandonment cost in the actual oilfield.
Equipment and pipeline leakage is one of the largest fugitive emission sources of VOCs in petrochemical enterprises,and the best practical technology is leak detection and repair(LDAR).This paper briefly reviewed the development and application of the first-generation LDAR technology of Sinopec which based on independent implementation,systematically analyzed the main factors restricting the enhancement of LDAR quality and efficiency,and then introduced the technology and management innovation and application progress of the second generation LDAR.The relevant technology development and application experience can provide reference for petrochemical enterprises to improve LDAR quality and efficiency.
In the context of"dual carbon",China's hydrogen energy industry is rapidly developing,and supporting policies and regulations have been successively introduced.As a major carbon emitter,petrochemical enterprises have accelerated their new energy business layout with hydrogen energy as the core in recent years,and rapidly promoted the development of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain in the transportation field.This article investigates the current situation of global hydrogen energy supply and demand,domestic hydrogen energy support policies,and the development status of the entire industry chain.On this basis,it analyzes the development opportunities faced by the chemical industry under the rapid development of hydrogen energy.Combined with the actual development of the hydrogen energy industry in a petrochemical enterprise in East China,suggestions are proposed for the development of traditional petrochemical enterprises.

The global energy industry is facing profound changes in all aspects at present.Energy transition and carbon neutralization have become the trend of the times.Based on the follow-up study on the implementation of the low-carbon transition and green development path by the major international oil and gas companies and Baker Hughes,Schlumberger,Halliburton,the top three oilfield service companies,it is observed that those companies have been actively responding to the energy transition by adjusting their development strategies and accelerating the development of new energy business.Based on the current situation and changing trend of China's energy demand,it is suggested that the oilfield service enterprises in China,at present and in the future,should continue to improve high-efficiency and green oil and gas technology service capabilities,closely follow the development and changes of energy transition,actively layout low-carbon and new energy business,and strive to transform from traditional oil and gas technology service companies to energy technology service companies.
Economy and security are the main concerns of an economy's energy consumption.Western sanctions on Russia have a two-way effect on China's crude oil consumption.China obtains certain economic benefits by importing the low price of Russian crude oil with a large discount.However,the sanctions lead to the tight supply of global crude oil and transportation market,which pushes up the discount and freight of crude oil and increases the total cost of China's crude oil consumption.Using PIMS software to select the crude oil import scheme,the effects of Russia-Ukraine conflict on the economy and security of China's crude oil consumption are investigated.The results demonstrate that sanctions have a negative impact on the security of crude oil consumption in China.In order to cope with this situation,taking into account the two-way impact of western sanctions against Russia on China's crude oil consumption security,we should actively use favorable factors,strive to contain unfavorable factors,accelerate the construction of China's crude oil consumption economy and security of the dual barrier,in order to continuously improve China's crude oil consumption economy and security escort.
