The Olympic Refuge Foundation(ORF)is a new measure taken by the International Olympic Committee(IOC)as its long-term commitment to refugee protection after the success of the IOC Refugee Olympic Team.The establishment of the ORF can strengthen the relief of sports rights for refugee groups,highlight the universal values of the IOC,and promote the improvement of the global refugee governance system.Drawing lessons from the corporate governance mechanism,the ORF has a board of directors to govern internally,and is constrained by different Swiss legal requirements and obligations externally.At the same time,with partners as the core,it implements projects and distributes grants on a global scale.However,there are some problems in the current the ORF,such as imperfect governance system,inadequate supervision,insufficient independence,limited project operation,and gaps in service supply.We should improve the internal and external governance structure and optimize the operation management system;Strengthen the organization's own construction and maintain independence in cooperation;Actively go deep into refugee groups and take the road of embedded relief,thus promoting the effective development of global refugee governance.
High-foot racing is a traditional sport for ethnic minorities in China,in order to revitalize the traditional sport of ethnic minorities,carry forward the national spirit and inherit the traditional sport culture of ethnic minorities.In this paper,based on literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the SWOT theory in management is applied to investigate the real problems and constraints in the development of high-foot racing sport.The results of the study:the sport of high-footed racing has the advantages of good exercise,good physical and mental health,and is liked by students;however,there are also disadvantages such as weak teachers,lack of organization and publicity,lagging theoretical research,and the development challenges of fierce competition with other sports and certain safety hazards.In the face of the current policy support and leadership attention,it is recommended that:the school regularly carries out training work of high-foot racing sports,organize more competitions about high-foot racing sports;strengthen the construction of high-foot racing sports coaching team,establish relevant incentive mechanisms,improve management methods;school-school joint,further exchanges with other universities;use a variety of ways to raise funds,multi-faceted to improve the culture of high-foot racing sports.The culture construction of high-footed sport is improved by using various ways to raise funds,and special attention is paid to safety issues when training high-footed sport.
