
Focusing on the demand for building a national unified certification system for green power consumption,this paper analyzed the current certification and standardization needs of green power consumption in China,and also proposed a certification system construction approach that is in line with China's national conditions.This paper proposed standardization work ideas from four aspects:standard system planning and development,standard implementation,standardization internationalization and standardization promotion path,which provides reference for the standardization of the construction of a unified green electricity consumption certification system.
In response to issues such as inconsistent identification of measurement points in traditional gas control systems,large fluctuations in gas pipeline networks,difficulty in pipeline control,and a lack of autonomous and controllable PLC automation control systems.This paper proposes a refined gas management and control method based on the identification analysis application system,and achieve the goal of reducing gas consumption and emissions through four stages:building an industrial internet identification and resolution system,single furnace combustion optimization,furnace group gas consumption system optimization,refined gas pipeline network management and gas storage PLC independent control.
To promote the modernization of urban governance system and capacity and lead the large-scale development of city brain industry through standardization,this paper summarizes the development progress of urban brain industry,key technologies of city brain,and the current status of city brain standardization.Referring to the international standard on technical readiness level(TRL),this paper analyzes the relationship between standardization and industrial development,the relationship between technical readiness and industrial maturity,and the relationship between technical readiness level and standardization readiness level.A comprehensive standardization roadmap is proposed including the overall,infrastructure,data,key support capabilities,application servicesand construction management of the city brain standard system,providing reference for synchronizing the standardization and industrialization of urban brain development.
This paper introduces the current situation of recycling anode materials of lithium-ion batteries in China and the requirements of the New"Battery Act"of the European Union on recycling waste battery materials.According to the industrial situation and the current status of positive electrode material recycling and repair technology,this paper analyzes the current status of China's power lithium-ion battery positive electrode material recycling and standardization and puts forward standard requirements,focusing on the recovery process and repair process content of the two electronic industry standards for the recovery,repair and utilization of lithium ion battery positive electrode materials currently compiled.The contents that need to be standardized in the next step are discussed.
In order to solve the problem of abnormal business functions when the visits of a Web application increases sharply,a lightweight defense scheme for Web applications based on IP access control is proposed.The solution proposes a three-level defense strategy that includes ensuring the stability of server resources,ensuring high-frequency access for normal users,and controlling malicious access.It can ensure the stability of business functions in the absence of rapid expansion of server resources.The results after implementation on an e-commerce website show that the implementation of the scheme is low in difficulty,short in implementation cycle and high in versatility.

Focusing on the low-carbon management system,this paper first introduces the current development and application of the ESG system.Based on the ESG concept,a framework for enterprise low-carbon management system is proposed,which provides guidance for enterprise low-carbon management practices from the perspectives of decision-making management and operational execution,in terms of environment,social responsibility and governance.Secondly,the paper analyzes the standardization progress of low-carbon management systems at home and abroad,and provides relevant standardization suggestions.

In order to improve the service delivery quality and market competitiveness of ITES-BPO service providers,and to fill the gaps of relevant standards targeting ITES-BPO process capability assessment and organization maturity assessment,there is an urgent need to develop GB/T 42749-2023 Information technology-IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing(ITES-BPO)lifecycle processes.This series of standards specifies the lifecycle process requirements performed by ITES-BPO service providers,defines the main contents of the process reference model,process assessment model,measurement framework and organization maturity model,terms and concepts as well as guidelines,and analyses the relationship between the various parts of the GB/T 42749-2023 series of standards,which gives ITES-BPO service providers scientific guidelines and industry best practices.

To address the disjoint between the demand for industrial intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation talents and the talent cultivation in vocational colleges,taking the construction of a digital twinned intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation teaching and training system at a College in Shenzhen as an example,a research on the innovative model of standardized sustainable industry education integrated teaching and training based on digital twins is conducted.A digital twin teaching and training support system is structured based on digital twin software and teaching and training demonstration production lines.Depended on the digital twin production line and joint faculty from industry and colleges,innovative development of curriculum systems and practical training projects,innovation expansion of digital twinned intelligent manufacturing teaching,study,practical training and generative capability expansion are practiced together with the promotion of good interaction between industry and education and sustainable integrated development.
