
The coding gene sequence of the cell wall's fixed region of SPA(621bp,named SPA-X)is amplified from staphylococcus aurous from animal.Then the PCR products of SPA-X are linked and cloned into prokaryotic excrete expression vector pEZZ-18 and resulting recombinants are called pZSPAX.The SLT-IIe subunit B gene(slt-IIeB)is selected to be a tested gene and cloned into pZSPAX to confirm whether pZSPAX could be a surface display vector.With the technology colloidGold staining,SDS-PAGE and western-blot,it is shown that the recombinant pZSPAX can surface display the gene of SLT-IIe subunit B.

The inheritances of Pear fruit characters, including size, shape, peel color, flavor, flesh, fruit core, stone cell, seedlessness, spot, skin thickness, stalk length and juice are reviewed to afford some references for pear breeding.
Based on the investigated data from pure forests and mixed forests in the clear-cut area, the growth situations are analyzed. The results show that there is an evident difference between stand growth of various tree species in pure forests, which says choerospondias axillarisliriodendron chinensehybrid L. chinensecanninghamia lanceolataalnus cremastogynetsoongiodendron odorumschima superba, and there is an evident difference between the stand growth of various mixed forest modes, the growth situation of elaeocarpus decipiens and kalopanax septemlobus mixed forest mode is best; the mixture of A.cremastogyne and C. lanceolata is more propitious for C. lanceolata growth and the interspecific relation is more coordinative in 3 modes of mixed forests of C. lanceolata and broadleaved trees.

对13个柳桉种源速生性、适应性和抗逆性进行了测定与分析,并经多性状综合评判,选择出速生性和适应性强、耐寒性较强或中等,适合福建省中亚热带东部山地发展的柳桉优良种源有14435、13340、14508、14429、15011和13263等6个,5年生年平均树高和胸径生长量分别可达2.4m和2.2cm以上,其中前3个种源可耐-4℃左右的低温,可在该区重点发展,后3个种源可耐-3.5℃左右的低温,较适合在该区沿海或低海拔山地引种栽培。而14526、14507、14524和14054等4个种源,适应性较强、耐寒性强但速生性中等,可在该区较高海拔山地有选择地应用。

The phenomenon of dsRNA inducing gene-silencing has widely existed in lots of organisms, especially the existence of RNAi in mammals maybe become an advantageous research tool of the treatment for human's diseases.

The result shows that the yield of capsicum frutescens var increases remarkably with interplanting corn and oily-sunflower by 9.04% and 7.77% respectively,and the yield reduces by 0.97% with interplanting peanut.The effect of interplanting oily-sunflower is the most remarkable,and the effects of corn and peanut rank secondly and thirdly respectively.

Experiments of fertilization were conducted in Fuan City to find out the effect of fertilization on the dendrocalamopsis oldhami low productive forest on the hill. The results show that applying the cake fertilizer has the best responds with growth rate of number 63.14%, the output of bamboo shoot per cluster 13.3kg, the diameter of old bamboo 11.6%, and the diameter of new bamboo attained 5.5cm. Applying the compound fertilizers is the second and the urea the third. Applying the cake fertilizer can increase net profit with little investment but high production.

Eighty male chickens for twenty-four days old were randomly allocated to four groups to check clinic symptom of every group and pathological changes of muscle, liver, spleen, kidney and bursa were obverted in different periods. The result shows that group A appeared trifling pathological changes and all other groups hemorrhaged of stripe type and spot type, liver, spleen, kidney and bursa swelled and so on, and then treated for 144 hours,pathological changes of group A and B and C disappeared,but group D had pathological changes and bursa atrophic. By microscopic examination, histopathological changes of bursa of group A and B and C are better than that of group D. Nangfukang of traditional Chinese medicine successfully prevents and controls chicken infectious bursal disease.

The production technology of adopting microwave to pickle sweetened garlic with garlic as raw materials is studied. The result shows that it is better to pickle garlic being pretreated under the low temperature and short time, with the fire power of 180W~360W for 2 or 4minutes each time, lasting 18 to 21minutes. Phomopsis vexans isolated from diseased plants of aubergine grows well when it is inoculated the culture medium of wheat, aubergine stems or aubergine fruits. The crude toxin is extracted by using different detorication solvent, toxin-protein is measured by using an 53-WB spectrophotometry. The results show that content of toxin-protein is higher by using culture medium of wheat cultured 28 days under 28℃ and using 85%ethonal as detorication solvent.
