After a brief overview of the major constructs of DPE, this article presents an extensive interview with Norman Sprinthall about DPE's evolution and future directions.

A career counseling workshop for Black women featuring the Model—Mentor Process may be an alternative career intervention in a predominantly White coeducational university.
