
This article briefly describes the current situation of the drainage system in iron and steel enterprises,and proposes two stormwater and sewage diversion engineering programs.Through the scheme comparison and analysis,the final implementation plan is determined.Through the analy-sis of the implementation of an enterprise's stormwater and sewage diversion project,the reasons why there is still a small amount of drainage in stormwater pipes on sunny days are clarified,and rel-evant recommendations for improvement are put forward.
In view of the phenomenon of water bubbling up from the top of the multi-media filter occurs when filtering the recycling water in the pre-treatment stage of the wa-ter desalination process of a desalination station of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd.,the top ex-haust valve,water cloth,filter material,backwash discharge pipeline,air source pneumatic valve,operation mode,operation method and other factors of the filter were analyzed,and the paper puts forward to adapt the stainless steel float,optimize the water distributor,re-place the filter media,backwash discharge pipeline dredging and other measures to solve the problem.
The article describes the supporting inverter over-temperature failure com-bined with the variable pressure adsorption oxygen production process,briefly explains the reason of heat generation inside the frequency converter through the case study,and puts forward the optimization plan for the poor circulation heat dissipation of the frequency con-verter cabinet and the problem of reactor heating,aiming at explaining that the optimization of frequency converter and the supporting equipment should be based on the actual process and working conditions at the site during the design,selection,and manufacture,so as to improve the stability of the frequency converter operation.
In the turbine system of a power plant,condenser vacuum will directly affect the reli-ability,safety,economy and stability of the unit,and the leakage of the vacuum system is the main cause of vacuum degradation.By means of helium mass spectrometry for a comprehensive inspection of the unit vacuum system and the application of a soft treatment process,the vacuum of the system can meet the standards of the electricity regulations and lead to a significant improvement in the economy of the generating unit.
The convective thermal resistance and fouling thermal resistance of the con-denser are the key factors affecting its heat transfer efficiency,and the condenser heat trans-fer efficiency directly affects the unit vacuum value.From the mechanism of condenser ther-mal resistance,this paper explores the reduction of condenser convective thermal resistance and fouling thermal resistance,so as to improve the condenser heat exchange efficiency.Studies have shown that changing the fluid pattern in the condenser tube can reduce the thermal resistance of the condenser.Adding RCCS device to alter the condenser fluid pat-tern can improve the thermal efficiency and power generation of the unit with significant economic benefits.
This article briefly describes the modification and operation analysis of the wastewater reuse system process in an iron and steel enterprise,which improves the quality of water production,achieves zero discharge of reclaimed water,improves the reuse of pro-duction water,and reduces the amount of new water intake and wastewater emissions.The process can achieve a good effect of water reuse to alleviate the contradiction between sup-ply and demand of water resources.
The paper studied current problems of iron pretreatment equipment of Long Product Department of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.After theoretical analysis and field mapping,the existing iron pretreatment desulfurization system has been upgraded and transformed,realizing the transformation from single spraying magnesium powder desulfuriza-tion to mixed spraying lime plus magnesium powder desulfurization,and achieving the pur-pose of stable desulfurization.

As the secondary energy source for iron and steel enterprises,gas plays an important role in the process of energy saving and consumption reduction.The corrosion of gas on pipelines,compensators,drains and other facilities can seriously affect the safety of the enterprise.By analyz-ing the composition of the gas medium and identifying the causes of corrosion of the gas facilities,the company took the measures of replacing the corrosion-resistant gas pipelines as well as on-line leakage control for the gas condensate downpipe flares and corrugated compensators,which effec-tively solved the problem of corrosion of the converter's gas pipeline network and ancillary equip-ment,so as to protect the company's safe production.
The paper introduces the working principle of frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor,as well as the successful case of that the original fan drive de-vice was replaced with frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive fan in machinery ventilation cooling tower of Meisteel.Compared with the traditional cooling tower fan drive system,frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive cooling tower fan has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,simple structure,energy saving and environmental protection,less faults,etc.,the application prospect is broad.
The blast furnace supporting slag treatment system of Ironmaking Plant of Liusteel has INBA method,Jiaheng method,SAR method,slag pool method and other slag treatment process.On the basis of the existing raw fuel conditions and equipment,it is com-mon to have a high content of fine slag in the flushing water,which cannot be effectively separated and removed,leading to serious slagging in the flushing ditch and pool,easy wear and tear of pipelines and valves,and a high failure rate of the system and high mainte-nance costs.In order to improve the water quality and reduce the content of fine slag in the flushing water,in recent years,the slag treatment system has been gradually optimized by adding sedimentation tanks and adopting environmentally friendly combined hopper sedi-mentation tanks,which have achieved very good results.

The 6#casting machine of the third workshop of Bensteel steelmaking plant is a one-tension-leveler two-billet wide slab casting machine introduced from Danieli Com-pany in 2008,which is mainly used for the production of automobile plates.Since the start of production,because the casting machine does not have automatic casting function,it can only cast manually,which causes a lot of inconvenience to the production operators,and at the same time,due to the different operating habits and judgment ability of each person,the quality of slabs is directly affected.Therefore,in order to improve the automatic control level of casting machine,the plant carried out technical research on the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine,and finally restored and improved the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine after 5 months of technical research.

Aiming at the situation that the total phosphorus indicators of both influent and effluent of the 20 m3/h wastewater treatment plant of a steel plant have exceeded the standard values,combined with the source of wastewater from the steel plant and wastewater treatment process,the existing process was optimized and improved,so as to increase the chemical phosphorus removal to improve the stability of the total phosphorus control of the effluent while strengthening the biological phosphorus removal,and finally ensure that the to-tal phosphorus index is stable and meet the standards.
Due to the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed combustion ash and slag,a large amount of SO2 and SO3 will be generated during the calcination process of making ceramic pellets,which will bring more difficulties to the treatment of back-end envi-ronmental protection facilities.In order to ensure that the emission standards are met,analy-sis from the perspective of flue gas composition,flue gas temperature and treatment process are carried out combining with engineering experience.A set of reliable and comprehensive flue gas treatment process is proposed for the comprehensive utilization of circulating fluid-ized bed combustion ash and slag.
