Objective: Design and develop a Clinical Care Classification (CCC) nursing information system aligned with nursing terminology CCC, emphasizing standard procedures and a responsibility-based nursing model to enhance efficiency and quality of care. Methods: Conduct thorough investigation into clinical nursing informatics needs, analyze existing system shortcomings, utilize Microsoft.net for development, integrate standard nursing procedures and clinical operating protocols into system functions. Structure database based on bed characteristics, implant CCC Nursing Terminology and clinical nursing knowledge base. Results: Successfully design and develop CCC Nursing Information System featuring patient list, nurse assignment, nursing evaluation, diagnosis, goals, plan, interventions, special care, shift handover, record query, workload statistics, and intelligent guidance based on patient assessment and nursing elements. Conclusion: The CCC Nursing Information System advances standard nursing procedures in clinical practice, promoting standardization and responsibility-based holistic care. It harnesses big data to enhance system intelligence.
Objective To understand the current situation and cognitive attitude of medical personnel to carry out Internet diagnosis and treatment,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward suggestions.Methods A question-naire survey was conducted among 790 medical staff in a tertiary public hospital in Beijing.SPSS 27.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results Among the medical staff who had been engaged in Internet diagnosis and treatment,the use rate of Internet diagnosis and treatment was higher in the medical staff who were male,had high professional titles,had been engaged in offline medical work for a long time,and had chronic disease departments.The willingness of female medical staff to use Internet diagnosis and treatment in fragmented time was significantly lower than that of male staff(P<0.05),and the willingness of medical staff in surgery department to use Internet diagnosis and treatment at home was significantly lower than that in chronic disease department(P<0.05).Conclusion Gender,professional title,de-partment and offline medical work time have significant influence on the participation of medical staff in Internet diagno-sis and treatment.It is necessary to formulate a reasonable flexible working system,carry out appropriate Internet diag-nosis and treatment projects,and optimize the performance appraisal system of medical personnel,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of medical personnel to carry out Internet diagnosis and treatment.
Objective Information technology was introduced to optimize the transport service mode of critically ill newborns and reduce the neonatal mortality during the transport process.Methods A 5 G technology based first-aid transport cooperation platform for critically ill newborns was built to realize real-time data interaction with the hospital system.Results In the 325 cases of children transported by the collaborative transport platform,the time spent in all cases was reduced by 4 minutes,achieving the goal of"hospital admission on board".Conclusion The critical new-born emergency transport collaborative platform can effectively improve the treatment quality of critically ill newborns,and improve the quality of medical services.
The coordinated development of one hospital with multiple districts is an important strategy for large public hospitals to implement the new medical reform and expand the high-quality medical resources.Taking the con-struction of Zidong District of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine as an example,the study analyzed the pol-icy background,operation mode and stage effect of sinking and expanding high-quality medical resources in public hos-pitals of traditional Chinese medicine,and discussed the appropriate key paths of this mode,so as to provided references for the high-quality development of public hospitals and the construction of branch districts with high standards.
The construction of national regional medical centers is an important starting point to further promote the reform of the new medical service system during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period in China.Taking Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to establish a national Traditional Chinese Medicine regional medical center as a practical case,the study introduced the practice and experience of"flat"hospital management,"double-di-rector system"discipline management,"double-cycle system"talent exchange,"Internet plus medical"health service,"retired experts"sinking help and"school-level experts"resource sharing.It is believed that government support is the foundation,output hospital sinking is the key,and input hospital active participation is the guarantee.
Objective To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of medical quality in tertiary cancer hospi-tals,and to provide tools for monitoring and continuous improvement of medical quality in cancer hospitals.Methods The medical quality evaluation index pool was preliminarily determined through literature review,two rounds of expert correspon-dence consultation were conducted by Delphi method,an evaluation index system was established,and weights were assigned to indicators at all levels by analytic hierarchy process.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert correspon-dence were 85.18%and 100%respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.82 and 0.85,respectively.The overall index coordination coefficients were 0.364 and 0.372,respectively,P<0.05.The comprehensive evaluation index system of medical quality in tertiary cancer hospitals included 5 first-level indexes and 55 second-level indexes.Conclusion The constructed comprehensive evaluation index system of medical quality of tertiary cancer hospitals is scientific,which can better reflect the policy orientation and the development needs of hospitals,and can provide a basis for further enriching the connotation of medical quality evaluation and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
Objective To explore the construction of access indicators and weights of high-value medical consuma-bles based on multi-criteria decision analysis,and provide decision-making basis for public hospitals to scientifically and reasonably access high-value medical consumables.Methods The Delphi method was employed to construct a multidimensional set of access indexes for high-value medical consumables,and the index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The expert positive coefficient and expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation were both above 0.8,and the expert opinions were consistent(P<0.05).Finally,the index system of high-value medical consumables in public hospitals was determined to include 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level in-dicators,and 14 third-level indicators,including clinical demand,clinical value,economic value,suitability,and acces-sibility.The top three weights were clinical demand(0.439 4),clinical value(0.275 1)and economic value(0.113 9).Conclusion The established index system of high value medical consumables access is scientific,mainly based on the needs of clinical departments,and is conducive to promoting the standardized management of high value medical consum-ables access in hospitals.

Objective To explore nursing manpower allocation strategy for large general hospitals in response to major respiratory infectious diseases.Methods Based on the contingency theory of external scenario analysis,the con-tingency factors of the development process of infectious disease events were analyzed.With synthesis of contingency fac-tors in different positions'demand for nursing manpower in internal scenarios,nursing manpower was divided into levels 0 to IV based on individual abilities,and into three levels:low,medium,and high according to the degree of professional matching.A human resource adaptation strategy was established that was suitable for external situational changes and in-ternal positions'demands by labeling nursing manpower based on individual abilities and professional matching.Results The scenario-job-manpower adaptation strategy was established,and the differences in the distribution of nursing manpower supporting different positions were analyzed.The proportion of pre-test triage supported by level 0 nurses was the highest(83.20%),the proportion of nucleic acid collection supported by level I nurses was the highest(45.80%),the proportion of fever clinic/isolation ward supported by level II nurses was the highest(80.63%),and the proportion of dispatched medical teams supported by level IV nurses was the highest(10.30%).The support staff in the outpatient pre-test triage,nucleic acid collection clinic,fever clinic/isolation ward,and dispatched medical teams ac-counted for the largest proportion of the medium matching professional.Conclusion The scenario-job-manpower adaptation strategy under the guidance of contingency theory can guide the scientific allocation of nursing manpower dur-ing sudden outbreak of major respiratory infectious diseases,and realize the accurate allocation of nursing human re-sources.
Objective To investigate the status quo of doctor-patient relationship and job burnout in a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospital in Beijing,and analyze the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship,so as to provide reference for improving the doctor-patient relationship.Methods In June 2022,292 doctors in a TCM hospi-tal in Beijing were investigated by demographic data questionnaire,doctor-patient relationship scale and job burnout as-sessment scale.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results The score of doctor-patient rela-tionship among doctor of TCM hospital was 18.98±4.85,and the score of job burnout was 35.96±13.75.The scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,low sense of accomplishment and job burnout were positively correlated with the scores of doctor-patient relationship(allr>0,P<0.05).Gender,age,marital status,profession,emotional ex-haustion of job burnout and depersonalization were the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship in TCM hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion The relationship between doctors and patients in a Beijing hospital of TCM was at a good lev-el,and the degree of job burnout was low.Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization negatively affected doctor-pa-tient relationship in a TCM hospital.

Drug clinical trial is the key stage to evaluate the efficacy and safety of new drugs.By analyzing the safety issues related to clinical trials of a Class I new drug for children,and aiming at the safety problems such as unreasonable judgment of the correlation between adverse events and experimental drugs,the enrollment of patients who violate the inclusion criteria and the omission of adverse drug events,it was proposed to establish a demonstration research ward and carry out drug clinical trials,and prioritize the allocation of clinical pharmacists in the departments carrying out drug clin-ical trials,and strengthen the management of the whole process of drug clinical trials,and continuously improve the qual-ity of drug clinical trials.
Combined with the characteristics and process of Outpatient(Emergency)Department,a system frame-work for the homepage of medical records in Outpatient(Emergency)Department was established,which included four main contents:general information,medical information,diagnosis and treatment information,and cost information.An automated data collection system was also developed,which extracted data from patient information maintenance,num-ber source management,outpatient doctor workstations,outpatient electronic medical records,and other systems,a-chieving the collection and summary of batch medical data for patients in Outpatient(Emergency)Department,which provided reference for improving the refined management ability of outpatient services,carrying out the comprehensive e-valuation of Outptient(Emergency)Department and exploring the reform of medical inserance payment.The defects of filling in the homepage of medical records,the timeliness and accuracy of data reporting in Outpatient(Emergency)De-partment are the next improvement focus.
Third level maternal and child health institutions can continuously improve the connotation quality through performance management.Literature analysis and Delphi method were used to construct an internal hospital per-formance appraisal index system combining comprehensiveness and specificity,operability and sensitivity,including 5 first-level indicators of pre-requirement,service ability,service quality,operational efficiency and cost control,and patient satisfaction,and 37 second-level indicators.Furthermore,a digital performance monitoring and assessment platform was built to achieve real-time dynamic and efficient management.Through practice,the hospital's service abili-ty and service quality had been continuously improved.Establishing standardized data management mode and giving full play to the advantages of informatization can promote the refinement of performance management and continuously im-prove the quality of maternal and child health care services.
Objective To understand the medical resource allocation and medical service provision of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals from 2011 to 2021,and to compare with the relevant indicators of hospitals in the same period,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods Data relat-ed to medical resources,medical services,economic operation and doctors'work efficiency during 2011-2021 were ex-tracted from China Health Statistical Yearbook and National Statistical Extracts of TCM,and descriptive statistical anal-ysis was conducted by means of composition ratio,growth rate and average annual growth rate.Results In terms of medical resources,the number of institutions,the number of health technicians and the average number of open beds in TCM hospitals increased year by year,and the average annual growth rate of the number of health technicians and the average number of open beds was higher than that of the national hospitals.In terms of medical services,except for 2020 and 2021,which were affected by the epidemic,the number of outpatient and emergency patients and the number of dis-charged patients in TCM hospitals from 2011 to 2019 showed a continuous growth trend.The average annual growth rate of outpatient and emergency patients was lower than that of national hospitals,and the growth rate of discharged patients was significantly higher than that of national hospitals.The rate of hospital bed utilization was lower than that of national hospitals and the gap with national hospitals was narrowing gradually.The proportion of TCM prescriptions in outpatient prescriptions showed an increasing trend.In terms of economic operation,the total income and total expenditure of TCM hospitals had shown an annual growth trend and the average annual growth rate was slightly higher than that of national hospitals,and the average medical expenses of outpatients and inpatients in each year were lower than that of national hospitals.In terms of doctors'work efficiency,the annual number of consultations and inpatient bed days per capita of doctors in TCM hospitals showed a trend of"first increase and then decrease",and the annual number of consultations and inpatient bed days per capita of doctors in all years were higher than that of national hospitals,and the annual busi-ness income per capita of doctors was lower than that of national hospitals.Conclusion The overall medical resources of TCM hospitals are expanded,the medical service capacity is continuously enhanced,and the economic operation is good,but the high-quality development foundation is relatively weak,and the development of outpatient services is rel-atively slow.In the future,it is necessary to improve the allocation of TCM health resources,give full play to the advan-tages of TCM outpatient services,and pay attention to the adjustment of TCM service prices and the business income of doctor.
Information technology plays an important role in enhancing the emergency capacity of traditional Chi-nese medicine hospitals.Based on the business requirements of digital construction in traditional Chinese medicine hospi-tals,the pre examination and triage system is used to achieve orderly triage of patients,the transfer and handover man-agement system is used to achieve closed-loop management of diagnosis and treatment links,and the information sha-ring platform is used to solve the problem of data fragmentation.The traditional Chinese medicine emergency knowledge base and specialized quality control management system are utilized to promote the improvement of the quality of tradi-tional Chinese medicine emergency medical treatment.
Objective To further improve the implementation path of health emergency work in regional medical centers,and enhance the coordinated capacity of each member unit of the medical consortium.Methods From Febru-ary 2022 to February 2023,a questionnaire survey was carried out among staff of medical institutions and community res-idents,and interviews with staff of health authorities were conducted to analyze the status quo of health emergency work in medical consortium from three aspects,including awareness,participation and evaluation.Results There were differences in the awareness,participation and evaluation of health emergency among medical institutions and community residents.Although the construction of emergency work in the medical consortium had achieved some results,there were shortcomings in the understanding of core function positioning,overall participation in work,construction of health e-mergency facilities and equipment,and diversified needs,and there was still room for improvement in health emergency work.Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the health emergency work from the aspects of clear functional o-rientation,clear division of responsibilities,pay attention to the level of grass-roots,give full play to the initiative of all staff,and base on group differences,so as to give full play to the role and function of regional medical centers.
