In this paper, we developed a model using CNN classifier that identifies whether a driver is sleepy or not. The model here also provides an alerting alarm when the driver is sleeping (whenever he/she closes eyes). The proposed model is also evaluated using large amount of data to increase its accuracy and correctness while detecting the person’s drowsiness.

A finite element analysis (FEA) model was developed to simulate the structural performance of these specially shaped CFS columns. Columns were analyzed under axial loading conditions. Investigation in buckling improvement due to partially and fully filled in CFS has good scope in the cost-effective method of improving stiffness and strength. Global buckling was the major failure mode detected. Cases in which the mask is improperly worn are when the nose and mouth are partially covered is considered as the mask is not worn. Our face mask identifier is the least complex in structure and gives quick results and hence can be used in CCTV footage to detect whether a person is wearing a mask perfectly so that he does not pose any danger to others. Mass screening is possible and hence can be used in crowded places like railway stations, bus stops, markets, streets, mall entrances, schools, colleges, etc. By monitoring the placement of the face mask on the face, we can make sure that an individual wears it the right way and helps to curb the scope of the virus

Three movies from the International and three movies from the Indian Film Industry are chosen for the study. The research is conducted on the basis of reviews from IMDB (Internet movie database). The study shows that the movies under review had a positive effect on society in creating eco-awareness. Numerous real-world applications such as electronic toll collection, automatic parking management, access control, radar-based speed-control, border control, criminal pursuit, traffic law enforcement, etc. have been benefited from it. A lot of commercial AVPR systems are available today and yet there are many challenges and issues in accurate recognition of license plates. In India, number plate standards are rarely practised. Licence plates recognition has many problems like unnecessary text, different font size and font type, blur, skew, environmental factors etc. The variations of the licence plate types or environments cause challenges in the recognition of number licence plates. The major objective of this thesis is to develop a robust, accurate and reliable automatic vehicle license plate recognition system. Our suggested approach is performed in three phases: In the first phase, the input image is pre-processed. Earlier there were many circuits which were made using buffer technologies but no such matter exists which implemented five different buffers in any modulation circuit.The whole work is been divided into 3 basic section which is active balun, buffer circuit and the complementary switches. 77The active balun can have relatively less loss than a passive balun. We preferred active balun in the circuit due to its gain characteristics. In our circuit active balun consists of two MOSFETs with applied in source and drain. The output obtained in the common source FET will have a phase shift of 180 with the input and the output obtained in the common gate will have a phase shift of 0 or multiple of 360.The input signal was passed to each of the tested buffers and the switching conditions were tested on each of them. CMOS, BiCMOS, FET, common collector and opamp circuits were used for the switching condition and were later added with the active balun for the final result. The main reason for implementing these many signals was to get more accurate and correct results in a shorter period. Based on all the simulations and parameters. In this paper we have further worked on different buffer technologies which were not included in previous works and have got various parameters to compare them and finally conclude which one is better. Also we calculated the rise time and fall time of the buffers to compare the spontaneously they give results. Before plotting the graph and comparing different parameters we have taken different cases and at different input value.

From the start of industrialization, air pollution in India and around the globe started increasing with new pollutants coming into existence. The extent of air pollution has also increased in the last few decades, very rapidly affecting human health and the earth's ecosystem badly. During pandemics like it happened in other countries, the same way, in India also government-imposed lockdown that resulted in the termination of all economic activities. The pandemic and imposed lockdown provided improved air quality as a gift to mankind. This duration also shows insight into the relationship between the economy and good air quality. We also get some insight into how to improve air quality without affecting the basic needs of society. This paper aims to examine the variation of the concentration of 5 main contaminants (PM2.5, PM10, NO2, CO and Ozone) before and after the lockdown imposed in 5 major Indian cities. After reading this paper, we get an insight into to what extent we can reduce air pollution by imposing lockdown and how the socio-economic, geographical variance across cities decides the extent of reduction in air pollution. We also get direction for future management strategies and policies to regain economic strength with sustainable improvements. So at the moment, we have to focus on both air pollution management and economic recovery. This study provides insight into the air quality index across the geographical variation of India.
Electric vehicles boom in the market started after the improvement in the battery technology but the improvement needs to be enhanced further. An Electric Vehicle has zero greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional ICE vehicles or Hybrid Electric Vehicles and hence is a better alternative. An Electric Vehicle has a longer charging time which is a drawback. Hence using Ultracapacitor for fast charging purposes can be coupled with a battery to overcome the drawback. Therefore, improving the transient power capabilities of the battery to satisfy the road load demand is critical. This research studies integration of Ultra-Capacitor (UC) to Battery. The objective is to analyze the effect of integrating UCs on the transient response of the BEV powertrain. UCs have higher power density which can overcome the slow dynamics of batteries. An energy management strategy utilizing a peak power-sharing strategy is implemented. The goal is to decrease the power load on batteries and operate Ultracapacitor in its most efficient region. A complete model to simulate the physical behavior of UC-Integrated BEV is developed using MATLAB/SIMULINK. This increases the life of the battery since its protected from overcurrent. which increases the health of the battery based on the number of charge/discharge cycles.
Malaria is one of the most common infectious diseases affecting 300-500 million people every year. The increased resistance of the parasitic strains to anti-malarial drugs have made it all the more difficult to combat the disease at an early stage. Therefore, there is an immediate need to come up with novel strategies to arrest the spread of infection. We have been able to conclude that falcipain2, cysteine protease from P.falciparum is mainly responsible for degradation of haemoglobin and thus inhibitors of falcipain2 will block the hydrolysis of haemoglobin, preventing the further spread of infection. This article mainly focuses on the identification of new drug targets for antimalarial therapy and characterization of falcipain2 inhibitors by carrying out docking studies and statistical analysis. We have used docking softwares to identify the specific conformations of ligands that show the maximum binding affinity with the target and further analysed these results by generating descriptors manually to perform QSAR. We have made use of regression studies to perform similarity analysis by generating optimum models using statistical software. The models were generated with r =0.99, rcv= 0.99, s= 0.002 when Ds and GATS8s descriptors were correlated. The main classes of falcipain2 inhibitors include peptides comprising of vinyl sulphones, aldehydes and ketone groups. These peptides were tested for anti-malarial activity and two potential hits were identified.

Social distancing has become a part of our lives more than ever during the recent times .From our project, we would like to analyze a video that displays people walking around and provide the output in the same frame whether or not the people shown in the video are maintaining a social distance between them. The code will then be generalized in order to take any sample video as input and to provide the output.This will potentially help authorities to monitor public areas for practicing social distance, which will eventually help to curb the spread of a contagious disease.
Glycerol, is being an attractive feed ingredient for cattle, is a by-product of a wide range of industrial applications. Glycerol has potential value in livestock feeding since it improves feed efficiency, metabolism, and can avoid ketosis. Research indicates that glycerol can be a suitable partial grain replacement in the diet of cows during the transition period and at early lactation. The impact on milk yield is not significant, but glycerol mostly decreases milk fat content. The inclusion of glycerol in the dairy ration has an effect on ruminal fermentation patterns. Glycerol is rapidly fermented in the rumen into propionate, and it is metabolized to glucose in the liver through the process of glycogenolysis, additionally, glycerol administration to ruminants can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The purpose of this review is to highlight the potential benefits and drawbacks related to the use of glycerol in cattle. Glycerol, from biodiesel Industries, must be purified in order to make it a useful product for livestock feeding. The use of glycerol in ruminant nutrition can be justified for several reasons: (i) as a source of energy, (ii) as a glycogenic precursor, and (iii) it may have an effect on milk composition. The high energy value of glycerol provides the opportunity to use it as a partial substitute for grain in dairy rations. Supplementation of glycerol in dairy animals' diets is associated with increased propionate, butyrate, valerate, and isovalerate concentrations in the rumen. Glycerol can be used as 10%–15% of the dietary dry matter (DM) and is a well-established tool for treatment for ketosis in cows. Glycerol increases plasma glucose and may reduce non-esterified fatty acids and hydroxybutyrate levels. The dietary supplementation of glycerol does not have a direct effect on DM intake, milk yield, or milk composition. However, some researchers reported an increase in milk yield after glycerol supplementation associated with decreased milk fat concentration. It is also possible that the concentration in the milk of odd-chain fatty acids and cis-9, trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid may increase after glycerol application.
