随着信息技术的不断发展,信息技术得到了更加充分的利用,各行各业都变得越来越信息化.把信息技术应用在建筑工程管理中,可以有效提高建筑工程管理的质量和效率,使施工过程显现出更高的准确性,为企业创造更好的经济效益.然而,就建筑工程管理而言,在进行信息化技术的应用时,普遍会存在很多问题.只有根据这些问题制定合理的解决措施,才能全面提高信息化工程管理水平.对此,本文首先研究信息化对建筑工程管理的作用,然后分析信息化在建筑工程管理中的应用现状及存在的问题,最后提出几点建议,以期提高信息化技术在建筑工程管理中的应用效率.

Detection is the significant basis of quality evaluation, also is the fundamental ground of appraisal and strengthening of building structure. Analysis and instruction of the method of testing on structure is given in the first part of the paper, and then the systemic statement of identification procedure is followed. At the end the manners of strengthen of structure is given.
As an important part of the quality assurance in highway pavement construction, the testing technology plays an important role in the quality of pavement engineering construction. Based on the testing methods and indicators of the main material in highway pavement maintenance, this paper described it's function and practical application of the material testing, and noted the importance of applying these indicators and methods in the maintenance.
随着经济社会的持续快速发展,低碳式建筑设计迎来崭新发展局面,如何有效运用科学合理的方法与策略,全面优化提升低碳式建筑设计的整体水平,备受业内关注。基于此,论文首先介绍了低碳式建筑设计的现实意义,分析了低碳式建筑设计优势及建筑形式。在探讨低碳式建筑设计技术及方法要点的基础上,结合相关实践经验,分别从规范低碳式建筑设计流程与规则等多个角度与方面,探讨了优化低碳式建筑设计效果的路径策略,阐述了个人对此的几点浅见。
