Health information systems (HIS) are facing security challenges on data privacy and confidentiality. These challenges are based on centralized system architecture creating a target for malicious attacks. Blockchain technology has emerged as a trending technology with the potential to improve data security. Despite the effectiveness of this technology, still HIS are suffering from a lack of data privacy and confidentiality. This paper presents a blockchain-based data storage security architecture integrated with an e-Health care system to improve its security. The study employed a qualitative research method where data were collected using interviews and document analysis. Execute-order-validate Fabric's storage security architecture was implemented through private data collection, which is the combination of the actual private data stored in a private state, and a hash of that private data to guarantee data privacy. The key findings of this research show that data privacy and confidentiality are attained through a private data policy. Network peers are decentralized with blockchain only for hash storage to avoid storage challenges. Cost-effectiveness is achieved through data storage within a database of a Hyperledger Fabric. The overall performance of Fabric is higher than Ethereum. Ethereum's low performance is due to its execute-validate architecture which has high computation power with transaction inconsistencies. E-Health care system administrators should be trained and engaged with blockchain architectural designs for health data storage security. Health policymakers should be aware of blockchain technology and make use of the findings. The scientific contribution of this study is based on; cost-effectiveness of secured data storage, the use of hashes of network data stored in each node, and low energy consumption of Fabric leading to high performance.
The article discusses information technology and communication technologies in higher education, which traditionally boil down to two main areas. The first is to use the capabilities of these technologies to increase the accessibility of education, which is carried out by including in the education system those persons for whom another method may not be available at all. It is pointed out that distance learning meets many objections. Her opponents rightly point out that future students are deprived of everything that is required to receive a truly high-quality education: work in laboratories, access to scientific libraries, communication with teachers and other students at seminars and in an informal setting.
In order for the Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) environments to be able to provide such useful road services, large amounts of data are generated and exchanged among the various communicated entities wirelessly via open channels in these vehicular networks. This attracts adversaries and threatens the network with a variety of potential types of security attacks. In this paper, we focus on blockchain-based security schemes while demonstrating the effectiveness of blockchains in the VANET context. Following a thorough introduction to VANET and blockchain, a comprehensive list of security needs, difficulties, and potential threats in vehicle networks is presented. Then, with a thorough comparative assessment of the method- ologies utilized, network models, evaluation tools, and attacks mitigated, a more in-depth review of modern blockchain-based authentication systems in VANETs is offered. Finally, several potential issues with VANET security are presented that will need to be resolved in future studies.

The usage of social media platforms has excessively grown over the past decade due to their ease of excess, evolution, and accessibility. This increased usage has proved to be quite advantageous in terms of the benefits of staying connected, sharing posts and ideas, and exchanging thoughts, but it also has its fair share of drawbacks. These drawbacks arise mainly due to a lack of social media usage knowledge among consumers, their problem in understanding and comprehending non-native languages, and false efforts to obtain a response from other people within their community. As a result, of which, fake news, which has no real validity, starts accumulating over time and begins to appear in the feed of every social media consumer causing ambiguity and uncertainty. To sustain the integrity of social media platforms, such news and content must be distinguished from the real one. Recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have accelerated the creation of autonomous systems capable of achieving any desired result in a minimal period. This research proposes a novel approach for detecting fake news. Fake news dataset acquired from online sources is first preprocessed, textual features are extracted based on N-gram methods such as Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Bag of Words (BOW). Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) based topic modeling is also employed on data compilation to derive dominant topics from it which are scaled later on. Finally, the textual features and topic vectors are assessed on standalone ML classifiers Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), and Naive Bayes (NB) and ensemble ML classifiers Random Forest (RF) and Gradient Boost (GB) where results are evaluated based on several performance metrics.
The current research attempts to measure the level of the acceptance of the Blackboard System (BBS) during the Corona crisis, and whether this is one of the reasons for the low use of the BBS at Al-Jouf University. To achieve this, the technology accepting model in the time of crisis (TAMTC) has been proposed to measure the degree of acceptance by students, which was then applied to a random sample of 339 of such. The results show a high level of student acceptance, despite their lower use of the system. The research also highlights the importance of upgrading e-courses and that the discontinuation of exam disqualification of students is secondary to their poor course attendance.

Network Mobility Basic Support (NEMO BS) protocol has been accredited and approved by Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) working group for mobility of sub-networks. Trains, aircrafts and buses are three examples of typical applications for this protocol. The NEMO BS protocol was designed to offer Internet access for a group of passengers in a roaming vehicle in an adequate fashion. Furthermore, in NEMO BS protocol, specific gateways referred to Mobile Routers (MRs) are responsible for carrying out the mobility management operations. Unfortunately, the main limitations of this basic solution are pinball suboptimal routing, excessive signaling cost, scalability, packet delivery overhead and handoff latency. In order to tackle shortcomings of triangular routing and Quality of Service (QoS) deterioration, the proposed scheme (Diff-FH NEMO) has previously evolved for end-users in moving network. In this sense, the article focuses on an exhaustive analytic evaluation at Home Agent (HA) entity of the proposed solutions. An investigation has been conducted on the signaling costs to assess the performance of the proposed scheme (Diff-FH NEMO) in comparison with the standard NEMO BS protocol and MIPv6 based Route Optimization (MIRON) scheme. The obtained results demonstrate that, the proposed scheme (Diff-FH NEMO) significantly improves the signaling cost at the HA entity in terms of the subnet residence time, number of mobile nodes, the number of DMRs, the number of LFNs and the number of CNs.

Scholars are paying increasingly close attention to brain research and the creation of biological neural networks, artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence, neurochips, brain-computer interfaces, prostheses, new research instruments and methods, methods of treatment, as well as the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases based on these data. The authors of the study propose their hypothesis on the understanding of the phenomenon of consciousness that answers questions concerning the criteria of consciousness, its localization, and principles of operation. In the study of the hard problem of consciousness, the philosophical and scientific categories of consciousness, and prominent hypotheses and theories of consciousness, the authors distinguish "the area of the conscious mind", which encompasses several states of consciousness united by the phenomenon of integrated consciousness. According to the authors, consciousness is a kind of executor of the phenomenological idea of the "chalice", so the search for it should be conducted deeper than the processes in the power of thought consciousness and transconsciousness, to which integrated consciousness can act as a lever. However, integrated consciousness may have the capacity to transcend into lower states of consciousness, which requires further study.

Component-based software development (CBD) is a methodology that has been embraced by the software industry to accelerate development, save costs and timelines, minimize testing requirements, and boost quality and output. Compared to the conventional software development approach, this led to the system's development being completed more quickly. By choosing components, identifying systems, and evaluating those systems, CBSE contributes significantly to the software development process. The objective of CBSE is to codify and standardize all disciplines that support CBD-related operations. Analysis of the comparison between component-based and scripting technologies reveals that, in terms of qualitative performance, component-based technologies scale more effectively. Further study and application of CBSE are directly related to the CBD approach's success. This paper explores the introductory concepts and comparative analysis related to component-based software engineering which have been around for a while, but proper adaption of CBSE are still lacking issues are also focused.
The reliance on information systems within business in all societies, brings about the need for trust and security in their use. Technology is considered to be the foundation for securing such systems. However, technology alone is not enough, since users make mistakes, both in unwittingly and intentionally, which is why there is a need for well-defined information security awareness policies and practices that reduce the risk of incidents through continual assurance. Culture has been found to play a significant role when implementing awareness strategies, since the impact of information security awareness programmes has varied in their impact, and is influenced by national culture. This paper defines the essential factors that have to be maintained in MiddleEastern organisations in order to implement effective awareness strategies. In considering culture, we present a synthesis of features and components highlighted in the literature. This was supplemented by interviews with experts in information security about attitudes and behaviours among employees in their institutions. Current information security management systems standards were checked for security awareness in their policies. A framework of factors was created by applying thematic analysis to characterise information security awareness. The significant components of the framework were the factors that frame awareness in the light of cultural and environmental perspectives: Knowledge, Attitude, and Behaviour.

Strengthening global geopolitical instability in the world leads to an aggravation of international conflicts; it destabilizes the domestic political situation in countries, violates the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and also activates economic crime. The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine and the deployment of military operations in a large territory of a sovereign country have created a number of destabilizing factors in the development of digital technologies and negatively affect the state and trends of digital marketing, which allows establishing interaction with a wide audience and facilitating the search for new customers in various places. The purpose of the research lies in substantiating the theoretical and applied principles for studying the features of digital marketing in the conditions of wartime posture in Ukraine. In the course of the research, general and special methods of economic analysis have been used and applied, namely: analysis and synthesis; analogies and comparisons; generalization and systematization; graphic and tabular methods. Regarding the results of the research of digital marketing in the conditions of wartime posture in Ukraine, it has been established that the intensification of the development of digital marketing is caused by the crisis phenomena of socialeconomic, social-political and military nature, as well as exacerbated by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been proven that highly developed countries use innovative digital technologies more effectively in the field of marketing, which indicates the importance of the Multidimensional Index of Digitization (the USA - MID: 0,92-0,92; the UK - MID: 0,80-0,97; Japan - MID: 0,80-0,88; Canada - MID: 0,78-0,81; Germany MID: 0,78-0,88; France - MID: 0,72-0,76), however, the developing countries record much lower values (Ukraine - MID: 0,22-0,48). Accordingly, the level of cybersecurity in highly developed countries is also significantly higher than in transitive countries, in particular, in the United States (GCI: 0,919-0,999); Great Britain (GCI: 0,783-0,995); Canada (GCI: 0,818-0,978) and in Ukraine (GCI: 0,501-0,661).
