在当代,房屋建筑行业已成为国民经济发展的支柱.从国家的经济发展形势上看,房屋建筑行业所带来的经济影响会使我国未来经济呈现快速上升趋势.但是,在当前房屋建筑工程中,由于制度不够完善、管理水平不足等,经常会出现房屋建筑质量不合格的情况,因而在施工过程中进行精细化管理迫在眉睫.因此,本文对精细化管理在房建工程施工管理中的应用加以叙述,并提出相应的解决措施.
In recent years,with the in-depth development of infrastructure construction in China,the construction of water conservancy projects has also developed rapidly.During the construction of water conservancy projects,curtain grouting construction technology is a relatively important technology.This technology can not only improve the overall quality and stability of the project,but also effectively reduce the probability of leakage.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply investigate this technology to ensure the full utilization of the advantages of this technology.The purpose of this paper is to discuss relevant issues and provide reference for practice.
