The improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity is conducive to agricultural green transformation and sustainable development.Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2020,this paper selects the SBM-ML index method,uses MaxDEA software to measure agricultural green total factor productivity,and uses the systematic GMM model and the dynamic panel threshold model to em-pirically test the impact of agricultural trade on agricultural green total factor productivity.The results show that agricultural trade can effectively improve agricultural green total factor productivity,and its effect has regional heterogeneity,which is more significant in the eastern region.The influence of agricultural prod-ucts trade on agricultural green total factor productivity has threshold effect of regional economic develop-ment level.The higher the regional economic development level,the more obvious the positive spillover effect of agricultural products trade on agricultural green development.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural trade in each province,the government should formulate relevant agricultural trade policies according to its trade development status and economic development lev-el,give full play to the positive spillover effect of agricultural trade,and promote the green development of agriculture.
基于2017-2020年沪深A股上市公司数据,探讨上市公司所处地区营商环境优化对公司违规行为的影响.研究发现:优化营商环境有助于抑制公司违规行为的发生,且该结论在经过内生性问题处理和稳健性测试后仍然成立.作用机制检验结果表明,优化营商环境通过减轻企业经营压力(缓解融资约束、降低纳税负担)、改善企业内部控制以及强化企业外部监督(吸引机构投资者和分析师关注),降低了其违规行为发生的概率.进一步研究显示,营商环境优化可以显著弱化公司违规倾向,但并不会提高公司违规被稽查的概率;优化营商环境对不同类型的公司违规行为均存在显著抑制作用.
利用2015年、2017年和2019年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,实证分析互联网应用对农村企业就业带动效应的影响及作用机制.研究发现,互联网应用对农村企业劳动力需求存在显著正向影响,但该影响主要体现在雇佣员工上,对家庭自雇劳动力的影响并不显著.作用机制检验结果表明,互联网应用主要通过创新带动和收入增长两条路径提升了农村企业的就业带动效应.异质性分析表明,个体工商户应用互联网带来的就业带动效应显著小于公司制企业、独资或合伙企业;相比于中西部地区,互联网应用对东部地区农村企业就业带动效应的影响更显著.
随着全球气候变化的加剧,利益相关者愈发关注企业的ESG信息,而政府机构也希望通过气候政策引导企业ESG转型与可持续发展,但频繁出台的气候政策很可能会带来显著的不确定性,诱发企业策略性的ESG印象管理行为.基于企业层面的气候政策不确定性指数与ESG文本语调的匹配数据,考察外部气候政策不确定性冲击下的企业ESG印象管理行为.研究发现,气候政策不确定性与企业ESG文本语调显著正相关,且该结论在经过一系列稳健性测试后仍然成立.作用机制检验结果显示,气候政策不确定性通过强化外部投资者迎合动机和ESG业绩掩饰动机引发了企业的ESG印象管理,提高了 ESG文本语调的积极性.异质性分析表明,当企业风险免疫力较差、操纵动机较强、外部监督机制较薄弱时,气候政策不确定性对ESG文本语调的影响更明显.经济后果检验发现,在气候政策不确定性较高的情况下,企业ESG印象管理策略会加剧未来股价崩盘风险,不利于企业的长期价值稳定.
从发展性、共享性和可持续性维度测算共同富裕指数,并基于2010-2019年长三角26个城市的面板数据,实证检验产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的影响.研究发现,产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的实现有着积极影响,且该结论在经过一系列稳健性测试后依然成立.作用机制检验结果表明,产业结构升级通过提高生产率、促进技术创新以及推动劳动力就业转移,促进了共同富裕的实现.异质性分析显示,相对于其他规模的城市,产业结构转型升级对共同富裕的影响在Ⅱ类大城市中更明显.据此,应持续推动产业结构高级化,缩小产业结构偏差;注重资源要素与优化产业结构相匹配,推动产品与产业创新;因地制宜,促进科学循环发展.
