With the rapid development of cities, the contradiction between urban ecology and urban development is becoming increasingly intense. To this end, three-dimensional green buildings that meet the convenience of human beings in modern cities while also taking into account the idea of harmonious coexistence with nature have emerged. In order to create a natural ecological residence, it is necessary to solve the key technologies for aerial planting of large green plants. Based on the roof garden design and taking the roof garden design of Fuzhou Strait Youth Convention and Exhibition Center as an example, this paper discusses the design concept, roof structure, drainage system, plant configuration, and other technologies of the roof garden, providing reference for the design and construction of three-dimensional greening.

Landscape planting is an important feature in the construction of cities within coastal area, which plays a key role both ecologically and environmentally.However, due to the salinity soil and the damage caused by the windstorm, most urban garden plants cannot grow well on the coastal area.Taking the core area of Fuzhou Binhai New Town as an example, this paper based on theoretical research and practical experience summary, and with the concept of full life cycle design, puts forward five key measures including tree species selection, windbreak, water-saving irrigation, salt alkali resistance and management and protection, in order to provide reference for the landscaping planting of other coastal cities in China.
Recently, a series of regulations issued by the government have gradually highlighted the requirements for building carbon emission calculation. In order to better understand the spirit of codes, analyze China’s carbon neutralization goals and the impact of the construction industry on carbon emissions, and discuss the background reasons for the current development of building carbon emission rules; Understand the significance of carbon emission calculation by analyzing the needs of environment, country and people. By interpreting the provisions and formulas of the code, the main points in the calculation of carbon emissions during construction operation are analyzed:（1）carbon emissions generated by various energy systems during construction operation;（2）carbon consumption which is avoided due to the use of renewable energy;（3）carbon dioxide absorbed and stored by plants in the site. Finally, through the above points, this paper put forward the feasible energy-saving and carbon-reducing methods corresponding to them in the course of building design, so as to design a green building which meets the requirements of energy-saving and carbon-reducing.
