This paper presents the results of a numerical study of cluster growth in a high-temperature steam-gas flow under radiative cooling. Since the steam supersaturation increases rapidly after radiative cooling, cluster growth occurs rapidly. This article demonstrates that at a distance of less than 10 μm from the nozzle exit, the cluster radius increases to 3 nm. Although the radiative cooling of the jet continues further, the cluster growth stops due to the complete condensation of the vapor. It is also shown that at a relatively low cluster density, their radii increase significantly in supersaturated vapor.
