First this paper introduces the features of historical buildings, expounds the purpose of developing and utilizing historical building archives. Then taking the development and utilization of historical building complex archives in Qingdao as an example, it introduces in detail the specific working methods such as archives acquirement, field survey and filming and database building, and based on the digging of valuable information in the historical building archives, forms the compilation and research achievements.Finally, it proposes to improve the development and utilization level of historical building archives by establishing sharing mechanism, gradually carrying out sorting in different regions, and adopting advanced technology.
The newly revised Archives Law gives legal effect to electronic archives. The National Archives Development Plan in the14th Five-year Plan points out that it is necessary to promote the single set filing of electronic documents in various fields, pointing out the direction for procuratorial organs to carry out the "single set" filing of electronic files. By collecting the existing literature,this paper summarizes the filing mode and practical experience of the "mixed single set" filing of the electronic files of Shanghai courts, and puts forward some enlightenment for the procuratorial organs to carry out the "single set" filing of the electronic litigation files based on the current situation of procuratorial organs.
From the relevant content of Archives Law and other laws, the administrative fines for archival illegality show the characteristics of diversified implementation subjects, different illegalities, various setting methods and wide ranges. By comparing and analyzing the administrative fines for archival illegality of Archives Law and other laws from differentiating the illegal subjects,seriousness of the case and harmful consequences, the combination of education and penalty, setting methods and combination with other punishments, we find a fundamental fact that Archives Law and other laws have different performances in the elements mentioned above and they can learn from the strong points of each other to offset their weaknesses, in order to give better play to the function of the administrative fines for archival illegality. The value of the comparative analysis of the administrative fines for archival illegality is reflected in two aspects: one is providing empirical evidence for dealing with the conflict of the administrative fines jurisdiction while the other is providing new elements for the scientific and reasonable formulation of discretion standard for the administrative fines for archival illegality.

The whole flow of archival work from collection, collation, storage to use costs a lot of energy, materials and financial resources, and the ultimate goal is the development and utilization of archives information resources. In recent years, the archives department of the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology has continued to practice and explore the development and utilization of electronic archives information resources, including the work of providing personal official archives commemorative album service for retired personnel of the department since 2021. Based on the work practice, the paper summarizes the experience, and explores and reflects on the development and utilization of archives information resources in the new era.
