
The objective was to describe public policies, innovation and territorial development in Sonora, Mexico. The contributions of Luna, (2017), Ramirez, (2019) and Avilez, (2019) were used. The type of research was descriptive, with a field study. The survey technique was applied, and the interview as an instrument. Based on the territorial diagnosis, the priority economic model was determined and a strategic project was designed. The results allowed identifying value networks of bovine products such as meat and milk. The experience allowed us to understand that territorial development must be approached from a transdisciplinary perspective.
The objective was to analyze the elements of the Yaqui culture as an ethno-tourist attraction in the southern region of Sonora, Mexico. It was supported by the contributions of Macionis and Plummer (2011), and Buenano and Marca (2015). The type of research was analytical, with a field design. A structured interview was applied to ten informants, leaders related to ethnicity. The results obtained show that the cultural sector is not totally in favor of the inclusion of the tribe as a tourist attraction; however, the various factors that intervene to enhance this attraction, such as values, traditions and beliefs, stand out.
The objective was to identify the innovation process in tourism companies in Sonora, Mexico. A descriptive research with a quantitative approach was carried out. As an instrument for collecting information, a 22-item questionnaire was applied to managers of 277 organizations. The results show that the tourism companies approached carry out innovation through the improvement of their processes, which promotes organizational innovation. However, they do not introduce or develop new methods or technologies as enhancing elements of their growth and positioning, since what they have acquired is focused on improving operational processes.

It was concluded that there is uncertainty in the teacher's perception of ICT, because they are appreciated as a limited instructional resource of little significance for the promotion of virtual interactions with students.

La investigacion inicio con la revision documental basados en los aportes de Peter (2018), Molina y Sanchez (2019); destacando Rassias (2016), quien establece los metodos para el diseno de un producto. El instrumento fue un cuestionario con alternativas de seleccion simple. El tipo de investigacion fue analitica con diseno de trabajo de campo. Concluyendose que es necesario un cambio sustancial en la asignatura para alcanzar el desarrollo de los objetivos del aprendizaje. EnglishThe objective of the study was to analyze the perception of Industrial Engineering students on the Product Design subject at the Cafam University Foundation, Colombia. The research began with the documentary review based on the contributions of Peter (2018), Molina and Sanchez (2019); highlighting Rassias (2016), who establishes the methods for the design of a product. The instrument was a questionnaire with simple selection alternatives. The type of research was analytical with a fieldwork design. It is concluded that a substantial change in the subject is necessary to achieve the development of the learning objectives.
