Nanozyme aptasensors combine the target specificity of aptamers with the catalytic signal of nanozymes, enabling sensitive, rapid, and field-deployable detection of infectious agents for point-of-care diagnostics.
Hyperpolarization by dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) enables direct monitoring of metabolism in living organisms. However, its broader application remains limited by the small number of molecular probes compatible with hyperpolarized...
Sepsis early diagnosis and therapeutic stratification require rapid, sensitive, and clinically actionable analytical systems capable of detecting both pathogen-derived signals and host-response biomarkers directly in complex biological samples.
Multifunctional and sustainable interface, comprising silk fibroin and gold nanoparticles, for developing an electrochemical genosensor, with 1-month stability under dry storage at room temperature, to determine the miRNA let-7a in cancer scenarios.
To address the need for high-throughput, biosafe live-animal imaging, we developed an integrated platform featuring a five-chamber biosafety cabinet for parallel in vivo imaging. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) optimization achieved uniform gaseous anesthetic distribution across all chambers, with an inter-chamber flow non-uniformity of only 2.8% (coefficient of variation). A custom singlet aspheric lens was designed to transform a multi-wavelength source (525, 635, 785 nm) into a homogenized flat-top beam, delivering >90% illumination uniformity across the imaging field. System performance was validated through both simulation and experiment. Proof-of-concept demonstrations showcased parallel fluorescence imaging of five mice and longitudinal bioluminescence monitoring of tumor progression over 28 days, with stable signal acquisition (signal-to-background ratio >10 : 1) and consistent tumor growth kinetics (R2 = 0.96). This configuration combines controlled airflow, homogenized optics, portability, and full imaging-system compatibility into a single platform, demonstrating strong potential for advancing preclinical research in infectious disease and therapeutic development.
