摘要
The article describes the interaction between nomadic and sedentary populations in the early Iron Age. The authors note the ambiguity of some common assertions on the interaction of nomadic and sedentary worlds; they do not deny that some samples of Sarmatian blade weapon could have been the subject of barter and trade with the population of Pyanoborskaya culture, and do not exclude imitation of some forms of Sarmatian weapons by local blacksmiths.
