บทคดยอ การศกษาครงนมวตถประสงคเพอ 1) ศกษากระบวนการจดการโลจสตกสของอตสาหกรรมผนงคอนกรตมวลเบา 2) ศกษาตนทนในการจดการโลจสตกสของอตสาหกรรมผนงคอนกรตมวลเบา 3) ศกษาการประยกตใชเทคโนโลยสารสนเทศสำหรบระบบโลจสตกสของอตสาหกรรมผนงคอนกรตมวลเบา กรณศกษา บรษท ไซมส อโคไลท จำกด การเกบรวบรวมขอมลโดยวธการสมภาษณเชงลก และนำขอมลทไดมาตรวจสอบความครบถวนและความถกตองของขอมลแบบสามเสา วเคราะหเนอหา สรปผลการศกษาและนำเสนอผลการศกษาในรปแบบการพรรณนาความ ผลการวจยพบวา 1) กระบวนการจดการโลจสตกส ทง 14 กจกรรมพบวา กจกรรมทมประสทธภาพการทำงานตำและใชเวลาในการทำงานมากกวาเกณฑทกำหนด ไดแก กจกรรมรบคำสงซอ จดซอ บรหารคลงสนคาและบรการลกคา โดยสงผลกระทบตอระบบการทำงานทงระบบ ทำใหไมสามารถสงมอบสนคาใหกบลกคาไดภายในเวลาทกำหนด 2) ตนทนในการจดการโลจสตกสทางบรษทจะใหความสำคญในสวนงานการพฒนาในดานการนำเทคโนโลยสารสนเทศมาใชในระบบโลจสตกส เชนการนำชอฟแวรการการจดซอ การควบคมสนคาคลงสนคา และระบบขนสง ซงตนทนในการขนสงจะสงกวามาตรฐาน บรษทตองเลอกพาหนะใหเหมาะสมกบปรมาณ 3) การประยกตใชเทคโนโลยสารสนเทศในบรษท มการวางแผนการพฒนาใหไปในทศทางเดยวกนกบกลยทธและทศทางของธรกจ การดำเนนโครงการพฒนาระบบเทคโนโลย ผบรหารตองสนบสนนทรพยากรทงงบประมาณและบคลากร ตลอดจนตองมการสอสารและบรหารความเปลยนแปลงทเกดจากการใชระบบแกทกหนวยงานทเกยวของ จากผลการศกษานผวจยมขอเสนอแนะเชงนโยบายใหผบรหารของอตสาหกรรมผนงคอนกรตมวลเบาทควรใหความสำคญเกยวกบการจดการโลจสตกส ดานการพยากรณ ดานการคำสงของลกคา ดานการจดซอ และดานการบรหารคลงสนคา โดยธรกจควรมงเนนกระบวนการวางแผน การปฏบตการและการควบคม การเคลอนยายและการจดเกบสนคาอยางมประสทธภาพและประสทธผล รวมถงการใหบรการและสารสนเทศททนสมยเขามาใชทเกยวของ ตงแตจดกำเนดจนถงจดการบรโภคสนคา เพอวตถประสงคในการตอบสนองความตองการของลกคา คำสำคญ กระบวนการจดการโลจสตกส Abstract The objectives of this study aimed to 1) study the processing management of logistics, industrial concrete aerated 2) study to the cost of managing logistics industrial concrete aerated 3) study the application of information technology for system's logistics industry aerated concrete, case study of Siamese ecolite Company Limited data collected by in-depth interviews and bring the data were checked for completeness and accuracy of the data three pole, content analysis.
