Сравнительные Отдаленные Результаты Коронарного Шунтирования «на Работающем Сердце» У Больных ИБС Старше 70 Лет

There have been studied the long-term results of OPCAB in elderly patients. From 2001 to 2009 1146 patients were underwent OPCAB. Two groups of patients were formed. The first group included patients aged 70 years and older (n=43). The second group included patients aged less than 70 years (n=215). Survival of patients older than 70 years (group1) after surgery was significantly worse than that of patients who have not reached this age (group 2). Frequency of MACEhas no significant difference for both groups of patients.
